Fabian and his wounds

Arriving at home after delivering Baskara, Fabian immediately went up to the second floor to his room, ignoring the existence of Raya (her mother) who was sitting alone in the living room with a can of beer in hand. On the floor near the sofa, scattered cans of other beer that were already empty.

For Fabian, such a sight was common. So, she would not take the initiative to tell her mother to stop drinking. As usual, he would only let Raya chug her drink until she fainted. It was only when the woman was unconscious that Fabian would carry her body and put the woman to sleep on her bed.

In the room, Fabian immediately threw his body onto the mattress. Grabbing the phone from the pants pocket and struggling for a while with the smart thing. Only to be made to laugh when finding the upload made by Reno and Juan at about the same time.

Through their personal Instagram accounts, the two young men uploaded photos of their togetherness with their extended family while attending a dinner on Friday. Just one look, he already knew that the photo uploaded by Reno and Juan was the same photo.

In the caption section, Reno and Juan write something that is exactly the same, it sounds like this: At our family dinner. Emoticon heart red as much as two pieces.

If this were anyone else, Fabian would probably believe it was a photograph taken at a family dinner, where all the family members seemed happy and filled with joy.

But because this is Reno and Juan, and Fabian knows how exactly the pair of cousins are related to their respective families, so what Fabian can capture is precisely the bitterness that emanates from the eyes of his two friends.

Fabian clearly knows that Reno and Juan were forced to be there, attending events that never made them comfortable.

Satisfied with laughing at his friend's unlucky fate (which was no more unlucky than his own), Fabian got up from the bed. He threw the phone on the bed and walked to the bathroom.

Today, I don't know why the weather is so hot. Because of that, Fabian also sweated more than usual.

So, on the occasion tonight, Fabian decided to flutter his body using a flow of cold water through the shower.

Fabian took off the T-shirt he was wearing and immediately threw it into the dirty laundry basket in the corner outside the bathroom door. Then, he stepped into the bathroom still wearing long pants.

However, Fabian's attention was immediately stolen as he walked past the large glass in the bathroom. He immediately focused on the puncture scar that was on the left chest.

Fabian walked up to the glass, glued for quite a while with his hands creeping up and touching his own scar.

The wound had long since dried, the stitches he had received had long since fused back into the skin. But the pain was still there, even more excruciating every time he looked at the scar for a long time.

Fabian's memory was thrown back in time a few years ago, when he was only nine years old and he was still too naive to realize that the world was so cruel.

That night, the electricity suddenly went out when it was raining very hard outside. Lightning flashed, lightning roared and the wind gushing through the branches of trees around the house added to the noise that little Fabian heard that night.

Little Fabian didn't know exactly what night it was. What was clear was that he had just woken up from his sleep due to the heat and found all the lights in his room had gone out.

With the courage he had as a nine-year-old little boy, Fabian walked out from inside the room. He touched his palms on the wall to help him through the streets.

He was about to go down to the living room, intending to find a candle that his mother used to keep in a drawer near the television for him to light up his pitch-black night.

When his mother realized his presence, Fabian thought he would be scolded like his usual days.

However, instead of being scolded, Fabian found his mother smiling. Perhaps, it was the first time Fabian had seen the woman who had given birth to him smile at him.

Because all this time, what Fabian had always seen from the woman was an angry face and what was always heard by her were the full of scornful cries that should not be said to children like her.

That night, Raya wasn't just smiling at him. The woman also waved her hand, asking herself to walk over with a smile that was still on her back and felt so alluring.

Even the plain little Fabian according to. He walked up to the Kingdom in the hope that when he got in front of his mother, he would get a warm embrace that he had been craving all along.

A smile rose on Fabian's little lips as his steps drew closer to his mother. Especially when his eyes caught the movement of the mother who began to rise from her seat, as if preparing to welcome her son into the arms.

However, the wishful thinking Fabian held so high was instantly dashed, when what he got was not a hug, but a painful stab right in his left chest.

Apparently, Raya had kept the kitchen knife in her hand and was waiting for the right time to dispose of it to her own son's body.

Contrary to Fabian whimpering in pain and begging to be released, Raya smiles happily as blood begins to seep soaking through the shirt that little Fabian was wearing. In fact, the smile was growing when he saw Fabian's face began to lose its tone and the little lips of the boy began to weaken, unable to make any more groans.

And before Fabian's life was completely taken that night, two men came to them and immediately lunged at Raya's body to get away from Fabian and stop hurting the boy.

The two men were Fabian's nanny and a security guard. The two split tasks, one calming Raya and another calling an ambulance to save Fabian's life.

It was Fabian's scariest night. The night left a deep trauma and left her unable to sleep properly whenever heavy rain fell and her room was in a dark state.

But strangely enough, even though his life was almost taken away by his own biological mother, the foolish little Fabian still tried to get love from her.

"Unblocked," Fabian murmured as his consciousness had returned.

Recalling the bad events of the night was draining more energy. Until now Fabian felt his body was filled with sweat and his breathing felt rather short.

Not wanting to be further immersed in the wounds he desperately tried to bury, Fabian immediately moved from the front of the glass. Hurriedly he stood under the shower and turned the tap, until the water droplets immediately fell soaking his body that was not yet completely naked.

Fabian closed his eyes, allowing the flow of water to wash all over his body, as well as carrying away all the bad memories from inside his head.
