Unstoppable Antihero
Chapter 28: Go

One ..., no. Two steps …. He was two steps faster than me. Kaysen leaped high while swinging the sword vertically forward, but Menes leapt back, dodging the attack. Unfortunately, behind the young man was Felix who was now swinging the sword horizontally, precisely aimed at Menes.

Exhaling a long breath. “Fire Element: Sword of Fire!”

Menes' sword and Felix's sword clashed against each other, creating loud noises and waves of strong winds. Meanwhile, Kaysen slipped behind Menes, looked for a gap and attacked again using a swing of his sword.

Although he had been strongly urged from various sides, Menes remained calm, using a fire robe to withstand a surprise attack from Kaysen. Once again, they were scattered in different directions. However, Kaysen immediately darted forward, unwilling to waste much time.

Kaysen unhesitatingly swung his sword swiftly right at Menes. The attack was indeed shocking, but Menes was still able to anticipate. Their swords clashed against each other, revealing just how fierce the fight between the two youths was.

“I won't lose either!” Felix darted forward, synchronizing with Kaysen's movements, pushing Menes from both sides. “Ha!!”

“This will be the end of your history, Menes!” Kaysen took one step back, swinging the sword vertically with all his might.

“It won't be that easy!” Menes did not give up, fending off Kaysen's sword swing until it slipped from Kaysen's hand.

Kaysen was forced to withdraw, but Felix continued to mount an attack on his own. “Wind Element: Wind Wave Liberator!” Felix swung the sword vertically forward.

“Fire Element: Sea of Fire Destruction!”

The two attacks clashed against each other, creating a wind wave that was so fierce. Felix slammed into the back, lucky Kaysen swiftly caught the young man. However, Felix's breathing was so breathless, and his hands were now trembling while grasping his broken sword. Felix was exhausted, unable to continue the fight.

Thick smoke seemed to blanket the place where Felix and Menes' attacks clashed. Dust flew here and there, making the vision not so clear.

Kaysen glanced forward, wary of any sudden attacks that might come. However, after a long wait, there were no signs of an impromptu attack. Not only that, Menes has also disappeared from the battlefield.

“Sial ...,” said Felix, trying to stand upright. “She managed to escape ...”

When Felix was able to stand up straight again, Kaysen fell to his knees on the ground. The young man's breathing was already irregular, and his legs were no longer able to support his body which lost a lot of strength.

“Sorry ..., Felix,” said Kaysen, bowing his head. “I can't fight anymore.”

“It wasn't your fault,” Felix replied. “I'm late to come.”

Sad ..., thought Kaysen, I can't even defeat that person with my strength right now.

...*** ...

The sea of fire above the barren desert might be something that was impossible to happen. However, this is happening now, where Draco stands in the middle of the blaze while exhaling a long breath. From the look on his face, it appeared that the young man was being disappointed.

“What's with your face?”

Draco was on alert when he heard the familiar voice. He immediately smiled widely, saying, “I thought you had given up ...”

“Hah?” There was a sound of fire burning. “Libra Scales: Equivalent Exchange!”

“Indeed it should be like this, Libra!” Draco enveloped his entire body with a harness made of fire. He then tightly clenched both hands, as his eyes stared intently forward. “Aries Robes: Fire Conquerors!”

“Libra Scales: Equivalent Exchange!”

Atlas and Draco darted forward. Now, Atlas is no longer afraid to touch the hot lava that was Draco's flagship weapon. The young man unhesitatingly swung the sword forward horizontally and vertically quickly.

“Ha!!” Draco deflects all Atlas attacks using both hands covered in flames.

“Libra Scales: Equivalent Exchange!” Atlas attacked Draco with a blaze that came out of his manual scales.

The dance floor has changed, no longer covered in red carpets, but a blaze. However, the two youths were without dancing in the middle of the blaze. They move quickly regardless of the discordant music produced by their respective movements.

“Aries Robes: Fire Conquerors!” Draco leaped high utilizing the flames on the soles of his feet, dodging Atlas' sword slash.

Atlas gouged the sand with his left foot, until it touched the left side of his manual scales. “Libra Scales: Equivalent Exchange!”

The high-speed sand instantly lifted, attacking Draco. The sand spun rapidly, confining Draco in a huge ball of wind.

Meanwhile, the fire that had been burning, was now extinguished. Atlas makes the best use of time, taking a lot of sand with his left hand, and then draining the erabus in the sand. Without a doubt he put the sand to the left side of the manual scales.

“Libra Scales: Equivalent Exchange!” Once again Atlas attacked Draco using high-speed sand. He who had been avoiding, now can make Draco desperate using the strength and intelligence he has. “Star Child, I'm the one who will stop you from getting too involved in this world!”

“You think you're strong enough, Atlas Hiromasa?”

At once Atlas gasped at the sound. He looked up, making sure he didn't hear wrong.

“Destroyed Cloak: I'm the Fire!” Draco's body instantly turned to resemble fire. With such a body, he managed to get out of the ball of wind created by Atlas. If it were to be noticed again, the young man was now a fire itself, it could not be hurt by the sand, and the wind would only make it blaze even stronger.

Draco stood a few steps ahead of Atlas. Now Atlas is raising his vigilance, not letting anything pass from all his senses.

“This is the second stage,” Draco said sticking his right hand forward. “With this I will defeat you, Atlas!”

Atlas immediately reacted by swinging the sword vertically as Draco suddenly shot towards him. However, Atlas's sword slash pierced through Draco's body, as if he were slashing fire.

“Argh!” Atlas staggered far back as Draco kicked the young man in the stomach with all his might. He rolls around on the ground, but Draco doesn't stop the attack.

“Still not!” Draco darted forward, kicking Atlas' body several times making a hole in the sand. “This time you will die!”

Draco jumped up, crashing at Atlas' stomach with all his might. However, in a desperate situation, Atlas managed to resist the attack by crossing his sword.

“Ugh!!”
