Chapter 14 Promise

Then Erlin rubbed his head and looked at him with pity and said what he was saying to his mother.

"Mom today I have an important meeting and we take turns keeping it,now you stay in the hospital and later in the afternoon I'll come to watch at night and you'll be home at 17:00 and then I'll change here to look after Lica"

That afternoon Erlin kept her promise to her mother and came to the hospital then Erlin ordered a taxi online to take her mother home.

Because while working with his laptop, it does not feel when Erlin saw his watch time shows at 20:00 pm.

Erlin ordered food online, not long after the food came then she ate while working and her eyes did not stop looking at her laptop screen hoping her work was soon done and Erlin was surprised when she heard Lica deliriously call out the name.

"jeez, even though my sister smiles but still she looks really scary" then Erlin slowly opened the bathroom door and pulled out her head to look left and right but she did not find Rafael with confidence Erlin then came out of the bathroom and walked approaching Lica's bed, then Erlin fixed the blanket Lica put her hand in the blanket and rubbed her head while saying.

"Lica I've been so guilty of this and I'm sorry, but I promise you from today I'll take care of you, I really mean it and this is not because I'm afraid of your ghostly husband, but this promise comes from my own heart" after saying so then Erlin tried to sleep on the couch, he was surprised when Lica suddenly shouted calling Rafael's name because Lica woke up from her dream with Rafael, her screams made Erlin who was asleep followed by surprise then Erlin rushed to her.

"Have you just had a bad dream?" erlin asked astonishedly then took the water on the table and gave it to Lica while saying.

"Drink" then Lica drank and then she lay down again and Erlin asked.

"Are you hungry" Lica shook her head and closed her eyes again.

In the morning, the doctor allowed Lica to go home, then Lica went home to pick up mother and Erlin, Setiba at home mom to the kitchen and Lica in the delivery room Erlin.

"Lica, you just take a break and don't do anything because there will be a maid coming to this house"

Then Lica lay down and Erlin helped her put up the blanket then Erlin sat down beside her Lica then said.

"If you need anything, just call me or mom"

"Yes...!" even though she was a little confused by the change in nature of Erlin, then Erlin also came out of the room and Lica and mother came to bring milk and then Lica drank milk.

"Rest, son...!" said the mother while rubbing the head of the pepper then the mother also came out died in the room Lica.

Lica was alone then took Poto Rafael who was located on the table then hugged her Poto while crying because she missed Rafael and in front of her Rafael just looked at her without being able to do anything pun.

Lica closed her eyes then fell asleep, when she woke up she went to the kitchen and in the kitchen there was already a maid who was cooking and Erlin was also in the kitchen to make milk for her, when he saw Lica in the kitchen, Erlin asked.

Mother invited me to eat together at the dinner table then Lica drank half a glass of milk and felt nauseous then said.

"Sister!! sorry the milk can't run out of me right, I'm going to the room" then Erlin glanced at the milk glass and said gently

"Sister!! Mama!! Excuse me for going to the room" said Lica, then Erlin nodded and Lica left.

At night Erlin did not see Lica at the dinner table and Erlin asked the priest.

" Where's Lica??"

"Sorry sir!! I haven't been to the mistress' room I'll call the mistress after I've prepared the food at the table" Erlin nodded with a smile and mother came to the kitchen and asked.

"Where's Lica?"

"Let me pick her up" said Erlin,then Erlin knocked on the door of Lica's room and opened it because it was not locked then Erlin approached Lica and called her 2 times but Lisa did not respond then Eryin held her hand then her forehead and Erlin noticing that Lica had a fever, she rushed to the kitchen to pick up the ice cubes and put them in a small bucket, the mother asked.

"What's for, son? where's your sister?"

"He has a fever, ma'am...!" said Erlin, then Erlin brought a bucket of ice water to Lica's room and followed the mother then Erlin compresses Lica and the mother said to Erlin.

"Are we as good as going to the doctor?"
