Knight's departure

Clara ignored Lee Tan's words and headed towards the cafeteria. He ordered his favorite bottle of tea and chicken bento. Lee Tan ordered his favorite ramen noodles. They enjoy their own food.

The atmosphere in the canteen was very quiet, only occasionally there was a clashing sound between the spoon and the plate. Clara finished her meal and returned to class.

"Clara" called Lee Tan who was running small while carrying Clara's purse.

"Yes" Clara replied briefly.

"Your wallet was left on the table" Lee Tan said, handing over the wallet in his hand.

"Thank you" said Clara who was reaching for the wallet from Lee Tan's hand.

"Yes together, let's go back to class" Lee Tan asked

Clara simply nodded and followed Lee Tan's footsteps. Lee Tan occasionally looked back and he observed Clara only speechless.

Clara's steps came to a halt when she saw Mr. Lucas walked in from a distance, "You still fascinate me with your good looks" said Clara softly heard by Lee Tan.

"Do you admire him?" ask Lee Tan.

"Yes, I even like him. But it seems like my love is clapping one hand" Clara's words passed leaving Lee Tan.

Lee Tan realized that with a slight run following Clara who was walking towards the classroom. Lee Tan's gaze continued towards Clara.

Today's course has ended, Clara circulates her views across campus in search of Lucas. He did not see Lucas' whereabouts with a slight disappointment he returned to the dorm.

Lucas watched Clara from a distance and smiled, saying, "Are you looking for me dear"

Before returning to the dormitory Clara sat by the lake. "Is it that easy for you to turn away from me and get another woman here?" clara lirih.

"drink" Lucas handed him a canned drink.

Clara looked at Lucas, "You here?"

"Yes" said Lucas.

"Did you hear all that?" ask Clara to make sure.

"A little bit" said Lucas briefly as he sat next to Clara.

"Is your disappointment bigger than your love for me?" ask Lucas.

"I." Clara's speech was cut off

"It's been... I'm not going to force you to accept me back as your lover" Lucas said as he threw the ring he was holding.

"Lucas..why dumped, dear" said Clara ran towards the lake.

"it's worth nothing" Lucas passed by leaving Clara.

Clara ran towards the lake and threw herself into the clear lake looking for her beloved ring. Lucas looked back and saw Clara in the lake.

"Clara" cried Lucas and Lee Tan at the same time, they both ran towards Clara and extended their hands.

"thank you" said Clara

"Yes together... Can I ask you a question?" said Lee Tan.

"Please" said Clara.

"What are you doing there?" ask Lee Tan.

"I. planned to take the ring that Mr. had thrown away. Lucas's in there. But I didn't find it" Clara said

"Are you crazy... It's a deep lake once you can die silly earlier" Lee Tan snapped.

"I'm sorry... But I love him so much and the ring means so much to me" Clara said with sobs.

"You love him not. Why don't you just say it. Don't torture yourself" Lee Tan said.

"I love him, but I'm disappointed in him. I'm..." Clara was crying. Without them realizing Lucas went inside and hugged Clara.

"Mrs. Lucas" said Lee Tan.

"Thank you.. You can come out now... I have business with Clara" Lucas said with a close embrace.

"I'm sorry" said Lucas

"What's it for here?" ask Clara

"to meet my lover" Lucas said.

"go ahead... I'm no one else" Clara said with her head lowered.

"this is your ring... I gave it back to the owner... I didn't throw it away, I swapped it for a rock. I didn't think this ring meant much to you" Lucas said.

"go and bring back your ring" Clara said.

"Is that hard for you to accept me ? You said something else when your friend was here" Lucas said disappointedly.

"give me another chance... If I can't make you happy... I'll get out of your life" Lucas asked.

"I've given you a chance but earlier you even had fun with other women" said Clara annoyed.

"He's my cousin, a lecturer at this campus as well" Lucas explained.

"lying" said Clara.

"I'm not lying" Lucas said.

"I don't want any ties... We live first if our relationship is good, I will consider our relationship" said Clara.

"Thank you" Lucas said, peeping at Clara's head.
