The Woman the Lord Pays

The Woman the Lord Pays
Don't Leave Me

Eliana was still weeping over her two absent babies as Grace stood in front of the room. Honestly, Grace did not have the heart to see Eliana but she was just a worker.

Grace was there to bring Eliana's belongings on the island. After storing the items he would leave let alone the two men sent by Ray were watching him.

She knows everything, she even begs Ray not to take the two newborn twins Eliana away. She asks Ray to do it later after Eliana sees the look of the baby but Ray instead says, Eliana will be more difficult to part with the two babies after seeing the look of the twins.

It feels unfair but all of it is in accordance with the agreement that must be obeyed by Eliana. From the beginning she knew she would not have the baby she gave birth to.

Grace did not dare to go inside, she asked a nurse to come in and bring Eliana's belongings. Eliana's gaze was empty, tears were incessantly flowing as she turned to look at a nurse coming inside.

"There's a deposit for you, miss," said the nurse.

"My baby, where are my two babies?" eliana asked as she approached the nurse.

"Sorry, I don't know anything!"

"There's no way you don't know" cried Eliana, both hands on the nurse's shirt.

"I really don't know, Miss. I was just asked to drop off Miss's luggage and a message saying Miss's mom was waiting" the nurse said.

Eliana's hand that was gripping the guard's shirt came off, her legs were stepping back. Right, mother. She forgot her mother because she was too sad to lose both babies.

Eliana took the bag given by the nurse, she had to go to see her mother even though the circumstances were not possible and the pain after giving birth was still felt. Eliana changed the clothes of the patient she was wearing, sick, all over her body was painful but she had to leave immediately.

She hopes to have time to meet her mother. Let's just hope he is given a chance and there is a miracle so that he can accompany his mother in the last seconds that his mother has.

After changing her clothes, Eliana came out of the hospital with great difficulty. He wanted to run but he couldn't. Eliana limped over, tears still rushing. However, in addition to fearing the loss of her mother, she is still saddened by the loss of both babies.

It took him almost an hour to get out of the hospital. A taxi was dismissed, and Eliana immediately asked the driver to drive her to the hospital where her mother was being treated.

Her mother was really critical, actually her mother's condition worsened after Eliana left. The uterine cancer he suffered increasingly gnawing on his body so that his condition is getting thinner. Saying like a withered flower, he was just waiting for the fall.

Eliana tried to hold on, she hoped not to fall unconscious because of the pain she felt. Cold sweat had even flooded his forehead, the more pain he felt each time he walked. Eliana even had to stop for a while to rest but the fear of running out of time made her move again even though she was already unable to.

Everyone who was there even saw the situation, some nurses tried to help her and wanted to take her to care but Eliana refused. If he had to die, he would have died with his mother.

It took him a long time to get to his mother's room. Eliana gasped, after being in front of her mother's room. Sweat was wiped, Eliana tried to smile so that her mother was not suspicious of her condition.

"Mom, I'm coming" Eliana went inside, her mother lying weakly on the bed. He wanted to run to his mother but again he could not do that.

"El," one of her mother's hands raised, her mother even tried to raise her head to look at her daughter but was unable to.

"I'm sorry I'm late, Mom. I'm sorry," her tears flowed back, Eliana tried to speed up but the pain in the area made her pause. His face was already pale, both feet were already trembling. A little more, a little more she'll get to her mother.

After trying to survive, Eliana was able to reach and hold her mother's hand. A smile was engraved on his mother's face that was already so pale.

"It's okay, Eliana," her mother's voice was so soft, Eliana even tried to get closer to hear what her mother said.

"Mommy's so happy you're here, now Mommy can go in peace" her mother said.

"Don't say that, Mom. Don't speak words that make me sad" Eliana asked.

"Listen to Mommy carefully, Eliana. Live well after Mommy leaves. Don't forget Mommy's request, I'm sorry that Mommy's been making life difficult."

"Please, don't feel that way. I never thought Mommy was my burden because it was my duty as your daughter to do what I had to do as a child" Eliana said.

"You're a really good boy, Mommy really wishes you were happy," now her mother is crying because their separation is in sight.

Eliana hugged her mother tightly while crying. The mixed feelings he felt. She hopes her mother doesn't leave her, she hopes to have a chance to spend some time with her mother but fate says something else for her mother.

"Mommy really wants to spend time with you in the park again, Eliana."

"If so let's go to the park!" although he must feel the pain very much but he will grant his mother's last wish.

"No, Honey. Mommy can't afford it!" her mother's hand rubbed her daughter's face slowly, and Eliana's tears were wiped away.

Her mother smiled, seeing her daughter's face for the last time made her happy. He didn't need anything anymore because he had already met his daughter.

"Mommy loves you, Eliana. Until whenever you're my precious little princess."

"I love you too, Mom," Eliana lowered her head and gave a kiss on her mother's forehead.

"Now, Mommy wants you to lie down with Mommy!" pinta.

Eliana granted her mother's request, she climbed into the bed with great difficulty and lay down on her mother's side. Eliana hugged her mother tightly, and she did the same. Tears cannot be blocked, flowing like rain. Eliana cried sobbing, one touch on her head she felt. He desperately hoped that time would come to a standstill and desperately wished that his mother would not leave him.

"Babys, Eliana. Mommy loves you so much" said her mother.

Eliana did not say anything but her cries grew. The hug to his mother's body was getting tighter, as if he would not let go.

"Don't leave me, Mom, don't leave me!" pinta Eliana but no answer.

"I've been lying to you all this time, I've been tricking you. I sold myself all this time and I don't even dare say that you have two grandchildren. I'm sorry, Mom. I'm sorry!" Eliana embraced her mother's body which was so thin.

"Don't leave me, Mom. I beg!" eliana shouted because there was no reaction anymore. Eliana even wept wailing, weeping over the loss of her mother and weeping over her two babies who were deprived of her.

His cries filled the room to the point of making two passing nurses go inside to see what was happening and they found the patient was no longer alive.

Eliana still begged her mother not to leave, but her mother had already died in her arms. Her crying became more and more after Eliana saw her dead mother but her mother died smiling because she died in the arms of the daughter she loved so much. That was all he wanted, to die in the arms of his only daughter.
