The Sword of Somplak

The Sword of Somplak
Secret Path

The morning sun shines brightly, the light penetrating the hole between the room, where Ucup and the girl sleep in her sleep.

Several streaks of light struck the face of the young man who had instantly awakened to it.

He saw the face of the girl who was so beautiful like a celestial angel who was still in her arms.

"Beautiful to you, Miss. You also have a beauty that fits in my hand," praised Ucup with a perverted smile looking at him. He then resumed his sleep, not wanting to take off his arms.

The girl squirmed, opening her eyes. Awakening, the morning sun greeted him. However, his bright gaze turned cloudy when he found his body in the arms of the young man.

Plaque!

A loud slap was thrown by the girl who made Ucup surprised to wake up from his sleep.

“Bawkish men! Why are you holding me?” the girl moved away from him.

Ucup scrunched his face staring at the wonder of the girl.

“That's one-time light of your hand, Miss. You who fell asleep hugged me, I who you slapped,” annoyed Ucup was astonished by the character of the girl.

“That's because you suck!” the girl doesn't want to be blamed. He stared at the face of the man he had slapped.

The new girl realized the young man in front of her was so handsome. He kissed the cheek that he had slapped.

“It was as my apology,” said the girl then left Ucup.

“Basic girls. She thought it was that easy I forgave her,” muttered Ucup and then walked after the girl.

The girl turned to look at Ucup who followed her.

“Don't think of anything because I kissed you,” said the girl reminding her.

Ucup grinned coldly in response then passed the girl and left her.

“Hey, where are you going?” ask the girl in a high tone.

“I will continue my journey towards the Xiao Empire. You are free to go wherever you like.” Ucup continued to step without looking at the girl standing at the door.

“Wait!” peeking the girl ran after him.

Crew, kruuk!

There was a sound coming from the girl's stomach.

“I'm hungry,” I watered the girl slowly, staring at my back Ucup in front of her.

“Not my business,” reply Ucup without turning her head. He just kept putting his feet.

The girl was upset, but what a force, her body was limp.

“Young Master, what you did to me was evil!”

“Sorry, I'm not Rangga.”

The girl frowned while scratching her head not understanding what the young man who just kept walking said without caring about it.

After a long walk, Ucup no longer heard the voice of the young girl behind him. He turned his body to look at it. Seen by him, the girl sat down with a bent knee position feeling pain in her stomach.

Ucup then approached her and crouched her back to the girl.

“Allah! I'll carry you until we find something to eat, just don't ask for it. I'm not sure in this nature anyone is selling it,” said Ucup offer.

“You always say things I don't understand,” reply the girl then climb on the back and wrap her hands around Ucup's neck.

The journey resumed the handsome young man by holding a beautiful girl who was hungry.

Long enough Ucup walked down a path full of weapon debris and scattered bones. After arriving at a low hillside, there was the sound of hissing from the surrounding living creatures. Ucup then scans the side of the slope to find the source of the sound.

Ucup's lips expanded, and saw the existence of a large snake hiding in a cave disguised by roots creeping on the slope wall.

“Do you like snakes?” ask Ucup.

“What do you mean?” ask the girl back.

“Bby too, than my stomach keeps screaming.”

Ucup directly walked towards the cave and then removed the roots that covered the cave hole. But suddenly, Ucup was silent. He then turned away from the slope.

“Why not go in?” ask the girl to be surprised.

“The switch is laying eggs, I cannot kill it,” Ucup explained.

After that, Ucup decided to climb the hill that is not too high. He went around the hillside until he reached the area he could tread to climb to the top of the hill.

Arriving at the top of the hill, Ucup scanned the dry forest in front of him. He hopes to find the existence of animals that can be used as food. Almost the entire forest area was scanned, however, he still did not find any animals he saw.

“Your Majesty, why not try scanning into the ground? Maybe there are animals that can be found,” proposed Long An.

Hearing what Long An had proposed, Ucup smiled then went back to scanning into the ground in the forest area.

Moments later, the results were very surprising, Ucup saw a basement in the middle of the forest area. There are plenty of animals in it that can be caught.

Not wanting to waste time, Ucup ran down the hill towards the middle of the forest area.

“Young Master, why are you running?” ask the astonished girl.

“I found something we can eat, be patient!” answered Ucup excitedly while continuing to run into the middle of the forest.

The girl was excited to hear it. His two hands increasingly tightly wrapped around Ucup's neck.

Ucup stopped his running steps, feeling something move underground where he stood. He scanned the ground below. Ucup saw hordes of animals roaring causing the ground to shake like an earthquake.

“Ha-ha-ha, it turns out more than what I saw from the top of the hill!” he grinned at the movement of the long-horned animals being hunted by a white lion.

The squatting Ucup flicked his finger.

Booms!

The sound deposited in the depths of the ground instantly shattered forming a hole through the walls of the underground chamber.

A loud roar rang out from the basement, all the animals running away from the rumbling direction of the shattered ground. Some animals even collided with each other because the path of the basement was not as wide as the area above it.

Ucup immediately jumped down tracing the path of the basement that looked like it was inside a long tunnel following the footprints of the animals imprinted on the damp ground floor.

“Brother Ucup. I know this line. This is the secret path of the Xiao Empire and the Fei Empire, but I am not sure any imperial family has managed to find the portal entering this path,”, Prince Xiao Li Dan said, after seeing the typical imperial mark engraved on the wall.

“I don't like being called like that,” protests Ucup while continuing to walk watching the hallway area.

“Keep, I should call you what?” asked Prince Xiao Li Dan a little annoyed.

“Call me Lord Ucup!” answer Ucup straightforwardly.

“Alright, it's up to you, Lord Ucup,” said Prince Xiao Li Dan, then told me, “when I was 8 years old, my grandfather Emperor Xiao Junda told me about the secret path that was built with the Fei empire. My grandfather and Emperor Fei Xing predicted the destruction of the two empires that would happen in the future. Nonetheless, until my grandfather died no one knew the location of the secret passage entrance portal.”

“Interesting story, but, ... who asked you to tell a story?” cut Ucup.

“Damn, you! Well, I won't continue,” annoyed the Prince immediately fell silent.

Ucup laughingly responded.

“Don't baper! Continue your story, Brother Xiao!”

“I regret not being able to find it until a war with a demon nation that suddenly made my mind deadlocked. I only remember another secret passage in the palace basement towards the Silver Luo hill,” Prince Xiao Li continued.

“You need not regret what was destined, Brother Xiao. We'll find whoever we can find to help him,” Ucup's dream is to understand what Prince Xiao Li Dan is feeling.

Groars!

A loud roar echoed in the underground passageway. A cold grinning Ucup accelerated his footsteps towards the sound.

“Young Master, be careful! It was a monster beast roar,” said the girl reminding her.

Moments later, the cold burst into the body of Ucup and the girl. Apparently, the walls of the hall began to drip water droplets that instantly froze instantly.
