When Levi ran to Oakland City with Okano, he heard the news that Ms. Wilcox sent an open invitation to leading medical specialists. After knowing Ms. Wilcox is Wynona, and that the patient he seeks help with is a woman, he soon suspects the patient is Zoey!

Originally, he planned to interrogate Okano once they settled in Oakland City. However, when she heard the news about Zoey, she put everything aside, found out the hospital they were in and rushed over.

Okano's interrogation was no longer important in comparison and could wait. Zoey's sick, so she has to be there for him.

It baffled Zoey, it seemed like she was going to tear Levi apart and eat him alive. Isn't she—husband?

Little did he know, the only thought in Zoey's mind back then was to kill Levi!
