The question of a mad witch is quite time-consuming Nick after a long time away from home. Lucky for this matter too she doesn't have to meet Josette every day. Make it easy to avoid problems at home. Nick lived with the vampires of his creation for days. This place has indeed been fenced off by a protective spell, but because the witch always hunts vampires, Nick lives here.
Unfortunately Nick's quiet days at this place are over. He had to go home to discuss their war strategy with Jonathan.
“You already have plans for that witch?” Jackson enters Nick's room and the man invites him to sit down.
“Sure. Soon I will come to him. But before that, Jack, ask all your men not to leave this place.”
“You locked us up, Nick. Without food?” Jackson sounded disapproving.
“I've asked Freya to provide supplies for you guys. Obey my orders and you'll be safe.”
“You talk as if you're going to leave here.”
“We're fighting a mad witch and I can't possibly stay here watching you. That's yourjob. I'll do my own part.” After patting the guy on the shoulder Nick left.
No one saw him enter the Sherwoods' residence. Knowing where Jonathan is, Nick rushes to his brother's reading room. Before climbing the stairs he heard the laughter of Freya and Josette. The brief conversation that had caught his hearing was that the two women were discussing about clothes and babies. Not wanting to hear more Nick rushed to meet Jonathan.
“Seeing you are in a hurry to come here, it seems like you want to talk to me about something.”
Nick nodded.
“Have talked to Josie about your problem?”
“My problem with him can wait, Joe. We need to discuss something more important,” furious Nick. “It's about the witch.”
Jonathan offers Nick a glass of wine. “I listened.”
“Remember our last conversation? I think I can lure him out of his hiding place.”
“How?”
Nick smiled cunningly as he confirmed his sitting position. “This looks like a magic trick.”
“Please don't beat around the bush, Nick.”
Nick's small laugh gushed out a look of impatience on Jonathan's face. “Told you he wanted the strongest vampire, didn't he? I'll make that wish come true with a little help from our little brother. Freya!” Shouted Nick calling his name. Since Freya doesn't come to see them, Nick uses a bit of magic to force her.
“Fuck you, Nick!” Freya looked in pain. It was as if an invisible rope was pulling him towards Nick.
“Nick, you are not allowed to use magic on your brothers in this house.” Jonathan warned.
“Ups. Looks like I forgot that rule,” he said a little jokingly. Waving his hands, Freya was free from magic. Nick threw an amused smile at Freya.
“What was it for?” Freya glared at Nick who seemed to ignore him.
“Because you didn't use your ears—”
“Nick, stop,” reprimand Jonathan. “We plan to trap a witch—”
“And I need your help, Sister.”
Nick stood up and took a small knife out of his jacket pocket and took Freya's hand. Flipping it over and then scraping the woman's palm. Bolted toward Jonathan, he snatched an empty glass from the man's hand to hold Freya's blood.
“Is this really necessary?” Freya sounded unacceptable.
“Taste so.” The answer is Jonathan. “Now, Nick, explain what your plan is.”
“Whatever our enemy's goal, he needs great time and strength. I think he's halfway through until the action is known to us, which means it's interfering with his evil purpose. She must have been unhappy with the disturbance and wanted to speed up the ritual. This is where I'll use the chance.” Nick's evil gaze leads to Freya. “On the night of the new moon, the power of the witches will weaken. He'll be easy to track at that time.”
“What is the function of my blood?”
“Thank you for asking. I'll use it for my magic.”
“When exactly is that new month?” ask Jonathan.
“Besok.”
“That means you will also be affected?”
“Indeed. But don't forget that I'm a tribrid, Joe. My magic will still remain strong,” he said confidently.
“What kind of magic will you make using my blood?” Freya looked suspicious.
“You will know tomorrow,” whispered Nick last time. “Thank you,” he said raised the glass before it vanished from the reading room.

Pressing the bell, Jonathan waited for the owner to open the door. The door opened, Jonathan's smile flashing across his face as a woman tilted her head from behind the door. It was Serafina. The woman hugged Jonathan and invited him in.
“Tumben once you come to me, Mr. Sherwood. Is there an important issue?”
“No,” Jonathan replied quickly. Pointing their arms to Serafina's waist, they brought their faces closer and kissed each other. “I want to give you new information.”
“About that witch?”
Jonathan nodded. “Nick returns to London and begins an investigation. You won't believe what he's found.” Jonathan told him some things Serafina needed to know and kept some of them.
“I thought your brother would help a lot,” Serafina said as she stroked Jonathan's handsome face.
“Let me be a little suspicious of his plans. But I have to trust Nick.” completely
“Then relax for a while.”
Serafina changed her sitting position, moving onto Jonathan's lap. They drown in a long, hot kiss. Then take off each other's clothes.
Jonathan's adoring gaze towards Serafina was clearly visible in his eyes. Standing up until Serafina spontaneously put her legs on Jonathan. They fuck each other. Jonathan dropped Serafina on the bed. They threw laughter at each other before doing something more intimate.

Josette's movements look suspicious in front of Nick's room. He watched around before sneaking into the room. The room was bigger than any other room in the house. The room is victorian style. In addition there is a secret room where the storage of antiques and dark magic objects belonging to Nick, in the room the man also has a private library. All the writings of famous writers from different eras are in that room.
Since the room was abandoned by its owner, Josette has often sneaked in to sleep there or borrowed Nick's book collection. Like at the moment. He wanted to return one of Shakespeare's books and borrow another to read. Unfortunately the action was caught red-handed by Nick. Spontaneous books from Josette's hand fell and she retreated away from the shelf before Nick grew angry with her.
“Sorry. I'll be out now.”
“No. Wait.” Heading towards Josette. Before bowing to pick up his book, Nick rewarded Josette with a fierce look. “It looks like you forgot your book,” he said flat and cold while thrusting the book at Josette.
“Ouh!” Realizing Nick's condition at that time, Josette immediately turned her face away. Judging from his wet hair, it seemed that the man had just finished his bath and caught him here. “Wear your shirt, Nick.”
“You've seen every inch of my body, Love. Why do you look embarrassed now?” Nick's smile appeared.
“Then is not the right word.” Josette took the book. “I just don't want to see it again,”.
“While women are out there scrambling to see it. Too bad,” said Nick and put on his black shirt. “Before you leave my room,” he said out loud. “It seems that you are always in and out freely, yes. Make sure next time you knock on the door. You understand?”
Josette was melengos and certainly it was not the behavior Nick liked. Darting towards the door, he purposely blocked Josette's exit.
“Soge, Nick.”
Closer to the face, with a typical Nick Sherwood-style oppressive, he said, “You haven't answered me, Josette. Or I will cast a limiting spell so that you can't freely enter this room again,” he said slowly.
“Good.”
“Please do not enter this room for the next few minutes. There's business I need to clear up.” Then closed the room door.
Walking towards the storage room, Nick picked up the container, the urn filled with ash, the jar filled with black liquid, along with several other magic objects. He brought all the things into the middle of the room, not forgetting Freya's blood. Before starting the ritual, Nick made a circle from the ashes and placed the magic objects in the four corners of the wind.
Lastly he poured blood into a container mixed with black liquid. Nick took the container with him into a circle and sat there. Wash both hands into the container, then begin to cast a spell. “Levien du lieth. Levien du lieth ko.”
In the middle of the blood-soaked hand mantra, it was rubbed into the face. He continued to do that until some parts of his body were swept away with that blood.
Nick felt his magic weaken a little, his ears ringing, enough to annoy him but overall the spell worked. He came out of the circle and walked towards the mirror. Freya's face was reflected off the mirror. But the way he looks and smiles grinned, it's a hallmark of Nick.
“Time to surprise everyone,” Nick said in the form of Freya. He took the jar out of the room.
“Freya? You shouldn't have gone into Nick's room!” Tegur Josette's. It clearly looks panicked. “Wait, that's the outfit Nick was wearing. You stole it?” his question was accompanied by an accusatory look.
“Freya didn't steal it,” Jonathan continued from the end of the hall. “You're talking to Nick, Josie.”
“What? Clearly—”
“I just crossed paths with the real Freya outside.” Jonathan grinned at Nick's appearance at the time. He approached his brother, looking at him from head to toe. “Even if you've seen you turn into someone else, you still amaze me, Nick.”
“Thank you, Joe.”
“So here's your plan. Brilliant! What's next?”
“Easy. Track him down and show himself to him. I want to see how he reacts when I see him.” Nick rubbed his palms, looking enthusiastic by his own plan.
“Sounds very risky, Nick. He could have bounced you.”
“I won't fall in her spell. Because this is not Freya's real body. No need to worry, there is no danger here. I alone will guarantee Freya's safety if she is affected by that person's magic. I won't let my sister in danger.”
“How about you get affected?”
“I can take care of myself.”
“I believe you, Brother.”
“Even the sound is also like Freya!” Pekuk Josette after being silent to the conversation.
“Sure, Little Josette. If you have to go undercover, then your disguise must be absolutely perfect.”
Seeing the way Freya spoke in Nick's style gave Josette goosebumps. “I think I'm nauseous.”
Nick and Jonathan laugh at Josette's reaction and let the woman go. The two of them went down the stairs together, towards Jonathan's reading room. Several books and other objects are removed by Nick while Jonathan opens a map on it. He gestured through a nod of the head. Nick picked up a handful of ashes, sprinkled them on the map. His mouth was blurting out a spell.
“Singuir re' ulurth. Singuir re' ulurth's. Singuir re' ulurth.”
The ash began to move towards a single point. When all the ashes had gathered together, a hole was formed in the center. Hyde Park. Jonathan touches Nick's shoulder until he stops chanting.
“Then, that's where I'm going.” When reading the map.
“I'm coming with you.”
Nick put his hand on Jonathan's shoulder, with a sweet Freya-style smile he said, “It looks like you forgot that I'm not Freya.”
Jonathan realized that and laughed softly realizing his boredom. “True, I forgot. Be careful.”
The fake Freya hurriedly went and passed the real Freya in the doorway. Seeing herself almost made Freya drop a vase of flowers from her hand. But the fake Freya seemed unconcerned and rushed away.
He arrived there as the sky began to darken. Now Nick just needs to find the guy to continue his plan. Walk around for a moment, pretending to enjoy the air. When he felt someone look at him, Nick smiled. He stepped towards the person to be sure.
Nick sat on the same park chair as the man. Now, he just has to wait.
“You must be Miss. Freya Sherwood's. Right, right?”
With convincing acting, Nick replied. “True. Do I know you?”
The woman extended her hand. “Include. Michelle Larue.”
Michelle Larue looks like a woman in her mid-forties, according to Nick's observations, she's still pretty enough. There is a special attraction in him, Nick thought. And it has absolutely nothing to do with magic.
“It's nice to meet you, ma'am. By the way how do you know me?”
Michelle laughed softly. “A Pure Blood is not difficult to recognize. Moreover, your beauty is much discussed by people.”
“Oh, glad to hear it.”
They have a light conversation as Nick secretly awakens memories of a past showdown between him and Freya. He felt that there was a touch so subtle in his mind that it might not be realized if there was no magic talent in him. Nick knows that trick works. From here, the game begins.
“See it looks like you're in trouble, Miss Sherwood.”
“See clearly yes on my face?”
Michelle laughed a little. “I'm willing to listen if you want to tell me.”
“Thank you. I really need a storyteller. This is about my brother Nick. I can no longer stand the cruel and arbitrary attitude of asking all of us. You know, ma'am, I really want to get rid of him. But no weapon can kill him. ”
“I understand your suffering. If you'll let me, I'd love to offer you some help. That's it if you want.”
“Sure I want!” Nick was very interested in the offer. “What should I do?”
“You don't have to do anything, Darling,” Michelle said gently as she held Nick's hands together. “Come to my place whenever you're ready. There's something I'm gonna give you.”
“Good. Thank you.”
Gotcha. Nick didn't expect his skit to go this well with Michelle Larue biting the bait he threw. The first stage of the plan worked. Second, Nick makes sure Michelle doesn't live to see the sunrise.
...***...
Delivering food to the vampires has been Freya's routine task for the past few days. Every three days he would come to visit Nick's men's residence while carrying a large bag containing a blood bag. It's a senseless task, Freya thought. Although not happy with the task, he could not refuse it because he knew that Nick was concerned about this group.
Nick never bothered to care about anything other than himself, that was one of his traits. Or so he was after becoming a tribrid. Nick used to be a very nice person. He laughs easily, ignorant, even if sometimes he looks so vulnerable to his own inner wounds.
Freya had always had a fear that her brother would be defeated by all the grief she had so long endured alone. That's why he's been following Nick everywhere. No matter if Joe, Alex, and Josie taunt him, he just wants to protect his brother Nick. Then everything changed.
Including Nick. But there is one that is not really missing from inside the man. The generosity is at least still there even though Nick rarely wants to help others. One that Freya understands, if Nick can be generous to someone in his own way.
Someone's been waiting for Freya behind the fence. The woman's smile dawned on Lucian waiting for her. The turnstile opened, Lucian invited Freya to enter.
“Hungry already, huh?” tanyanya tempt. Then give one bag to Lucian, while the rest he gave to be divided.
“Not really. But this situation is a bit frustrating as well.”
“I'm sorry,” said Freya in a contrived tone.
Freya's up there provoking Lucian laughter. After some time getting to know the man, only now did he see him laughing freely. Freya liked to listen to that laugh, like melodious music in her ears.
“Tak what. I love to see others laugh.”
Lucian looked at Freya fixedly. I don't know who started, the two of them approached each other and pursed their lips. Both of them look hot. Freya had already removed Lucian's jacket, while Lucian's sturdy fingers held Freya's slender waist, carrying her all of a sudden until Freya was suffocated.
They both laughed. Lucian twisted his body and Freya's laughter sounded even firmer. Pasting one another's forehead, seeing Lucian's bright blue eyes is very reassuring.
“SO THIS IS YOUR ACTIVITY BEHIND ME, SISTER?”
The sound of anger came from Nick. Both Freya and Lucian were shocked to the point of making them freeze for a moment. Aware of his shock, Freya descended slowly from Lucian's sling. The woman's eyes looked terrified. Nick catches her wet and he knows how this is going to end.
“Lucian is completely innocent, Nick.” Freya stepped dumbly towards her brother. Not afraid if the storm of anger Nick will wipe himself out.
Nick was still petrified where he stood, but it was his death highlight that looked the most terrifying. Sharp and cold. Passing Freya, a blink of an eye then Nick was already standing behind Lucian with one arm pressing Lucian's neck and the other hand pointing a long iron right towards the man's heart.
“This iron will kill him if I stab him. You want me to do it, Freya?”
“Do not!” Freya screams, spontaneously grabbing her own hair out of fear.
“THEN WHY DID YOU BETRAY ME?” Shouted Nick. “I warned you not to approach let alone mess with my men! Why don't you obey him, Freya?!”
“Mr. Sherwood, just kill me and let Freya go,”, Lucian pleaded.
Snorting happily, Nick lightly replied, “It is with great pleasure that I will kill you, Lucian. ”
“No. Nnnnope. Nick!”
Freya lunges at Nick from the side, Lucian snatches the iron from Nick's hands which fall due to Freya's lunge. Stamped on Nick's chest, the iron tip was now pointed at Nick's heart.
“Hohoho, so you repay all my kindness during this time with treason, Lucian.” He looks hurt and angry.
“If I have to.”
But Nick is not easy to conquer. As fast as lightning Freya slammed into the ground. Lucian broke his hand and threw the iron until it was no longer visible. The next thing the man did was to beat Lucian all out.
“Ho! I always like to beat the face of a traitor,” he said with a stinged breath. Clutching him the collar of Lucian's shirt, pulled the man to his feet. “What next, Lucian?” His psychopathic smile appeared.
“Nick, please let go of him.” From behind Freya tried to beg. “Let him go.”
Nick looks unhappy with the plea, but he lets go of his grip. “Good. I grant your request, Sister.”
Highlight Nick's eyes still exuded evil. Freya had already taken the horses if her brother would have done anything beyond estimate. But Nick only approached Lucian while cleaning the dirt off his clothes.
“You can go. Never go back to this place. I'm expelling you, Lucian. Forget you ever met Freya.”
Realizing that Nick's last sentence was to hypnotize Lucian, Freya roared sadly. Lucian actually left without looking again.
“One-time cruelty to you,” muttered Freya while holding back tears.
But Nick instead smiled happily to cover up his heartache over Lucian's departure. “Thank you for my forgiveness this time, Freya. That way no life will be wasted tonight.”
“Shoppers you.”
“Thank you. I'm so glad to hear your compliment. Well, let's go home now.” Nick reached out but was brushed aside by Freya.
“That's you from before me.”
“Well, see you again at home.”
...***...
That morning Jonathan gathered the whole family in the dining room. Breakfast was already available on the table, while Freya had yet to be seen. While waiting for his brother, Jonathan took a piece of toast and put butter on it.
Even if they are vampires, they should no longer need the food or drink that humans used to enjoy. Actually, it all feels so bland. But because it has become a habit brought since they were still humans, the vampires still do it. They also still feel physical pain and even bleed when injured.
As the first vampire ever created, the Purebloods had no problem with it. They seem to prefer to look like other normal humans even if they have been cursed for eternal life.
Well, that's why Freya showed up. He looks disheveled, he's still wearing the clothes he wore last night. Wanting to please her a little, Jonathan gave her a plate of toast.
“Thank you,” murmured Freya with forced smile.
“You are like someone who just came home from war,” josette said.
Freya remained silent. But not so with Nick who laughs at Josette's curse. Freya gave him a look full of anger that Nick did not care about.
“What's with you two?” Jonathan points at Nick and Freya in turn.
“It's not good if I tell the story. Come on, Freya, tell us about our excitement last night to Joe,” Nick said, still looking the rest of the smile on his face.
Wordlessly Freya threw her toast at Nick. Fouled the long-sleeved black shirt and it looked to make Nick unhappy. Freya starts to get angry when Nick suddenly enters Michelle's mind. He went into a trance for a few seconds, waking up when someone stabbed him.
Groaning in pain, Nick was back in the dining room again. There was a fork stuck in his chest, Freya looked so angry that she crawled up to the table to stab Nick. The man did not reply, pulling the fork out without making eye contact with Freya. Freya was about to hit Nick with a vase of flowers but the woman's hand was immediately pushed aside until the vase flew and broke on the floor.
In order not to go back on the rampage, Nick held Freya's hands together.
“Freya, you will destroy this room,” Josette said. Standing some distance away from the arena of the two brothers' quarrel.
“I agree with Josette. Now, redam your anger first,” said Nick slowly. “Joe, I just went into a trance and saw the witch, Michelle Larue. More precisely, I was in the mind of that witch.”
Then Nick told me everything about his meeting with Michelle yesterday.
“May Michelle really give me anything to get rid of you,” Freya said after calming down.
Nick smiled at him, then glanced at his vibrating phone on the table. “This, Michelle sent me an address.” He gave the phone to Freya so she could read it. “And you will go there to meet him.”
“No, Nick. I think it's a trap,” Jonathan continued.
Shifting his chair back then Nick stood up to Jonathan. “I think it is.” Suddenly he stabbed Jonathan with a magic peg until the entire color on the skin of the man disappeared.
“What are you doing!” Jerit Josette was silent. He jumps towards Nick but the man pushes him with the full force of his tribrid to make Josie flung.
Nick chases after him, then paralyzes Josette with a sleeping spell.
“You're really crazy, Nick. Attacking your family without cause.”
“Don't accuse me haphazardly so, Sister.” Josette in her cradle. “You remember when I said I was in Michelle's mind? I know why he is targeting Pure Blood and I. will give you for him.”.
“What? You can't do as well as you can yourself!” Jerit Freya's.
“Sure I can.” Nick's sneaky gaze was on Jonathan. “If you refuse, Jonathan will stay that way. She must be happy if I let her sleep for another hundred years.”
Freya's eyes glazed over. “Basic you monster.”
Nick's sharpness turned flat. “Well. Quickly leave. I'll take care of them both,” he said in passing. Josette was laid in her room and she took Jonathan to her own room.
Upon exiting Jonathan's room, Nick finds out that Freya is gone. He smiled happily and went back to his own room to read a book.
Nick seemed to be enjoying his free time. Read a book while drinking tea. He suddenly flinched, dropped the book from his hand then gripped the arm of the chair firmly. Nick has a vision of Freya. He met Michelle at her residence. Michelle did give Freya something, a totem.
Obviously it wasn't to knock out Nick, instead it was to cripple Freya. The vision blurred and Nick returned to his room. In front of her stood Josette. He looked so angry that he threw a fist into Nick's face.
The chair Nick was sitting on was toppled backwards along with the person who occupied it.
“Where did you send Freya away?!” josette asked, stepping on the side of the man's face. “ANSWER ME.”
Clutching Josette's ankle almost to the bone, as the woman screamed in pain, Nick rolled to the side and stood up. “He's running errands.”
“I don't believe you! You told him to go to fetch death. He's your brother, Nick!” Josette was screaming loudly. “She's my family too. I love him so much.”
“I love him too,” muttered Nick.
“No. You don't have that feeling for her. You're just a monster.”
Those words sounded sharp and piercing. It made Nick hurt to hear it.
“Oh. What do you want me to react to, Nick? Loving you because your humanity is gone? It's just your excuse to be cruel to others. And now you risk Freya's safety.”
“You don't know what you're saying. Please shut up.” Although Nick spoke in a calm tone, there was a threat in that voice.
“I won't be silent until—”
“STOP.” Nick's thunderous voice silenced Josette.
Nick has another vision. Only sekelumpat. And it shows that Michelle is moving Freya to another place.
“I don't have time to serve you, Josette.”
Nick took wide steps leaving his room towards Jonathan's room. Behind her Josette looked tailed. The magic peg that was plugged into Jonathan's heart was plucked away, making the man conscious instantly but looking weak.
“You take care of him,” Nick told Josette before leaving.
“Don't run away you,” growled Jonathan. Wanted to chase Nick but didn't have enough energy to do it.
...***...
His family must have thought Nick's actions weren't right. Jonathan will be angry with her. Josette would look at him as a heartless monster. Freya must have thought of him as a traitor because he had subverted his sister to a mad witch. Behind all that thought Nick had his own purpose. She knew how strong and dangerous Michelle Larue was. Nick has already seen it in Michelle's mind.
That the woman for all these years has been gathering power. Nick doesn't know what exactly is the purpose of it all. If a tribrid alone managed to be made worried, it meant that Michelle was not an opponent that could be underestimated.
Nick found out about it when he went into a trance this morning. How all the preparations were, what dark magic items he had gathered, including his own magic source. Yeah, that's why Michelle killed so many vampires, for the source of her magic. If added to Freya, then she would not be able to be stopped.
So, why would Nick send Freya to Michelle instead? The answer was so that he could capture at once destroy all those monstrous magic rituals. Nick didn't just send Freya. During a fight this morning with Freya, Nick held both hands of the woman, at which time he connected himself with Freya through magic.
It's not nice to do that, because all of Freya's emotions flowed into her. Make his attention divided. But one thing Nick knows if Michelle succeeds with that plan. He would target all of the Pure Blood then defeat the tribrid. So that no one will stand in the way of his primary purpose.
“What a terrible,” muttered Nick while focusing on staring at the road ahead.
After driving for two and a half hours, Nick arrived near a farmhouse. He saw the vehicle carrying Michelle and Freya. Darting towards the house, Nick's steps come to a halt when he crashes into an invisible barrier wall. Upset, Nick hits that invisible wall.
Off guard, that's when someone stabbed Nick in the heart from behind. He was unconscious for hours. As soon as he woke up, the witch bound him with a chain of dark magic objects. The chain not only deterred Nick from using magic, but also made him weak as a vampire.
“Halo, Mr. Sherwood,” said Michelle once she knew her prisoner was conscious. “I didn't expect you to find me so soon.”
Nick smiled his smile. “It's not hard to track you. Thank you for keeping your promise. Remember about ‘something’ you wanted to give my sister?”
Michelle's face changed hearing that remark. “How can you know?”
“Consider because I'm so clever that I can easily fool you. You couldn't see me then, could you? Though I was right in front of your nose.”
Michelle did seem surprised for a second, then turned her shock into laughter. “I really didn't think that the woman I met was you, Mr. Sherwoods. So the rumor is true if a tribrid is very strong.”
Nick is disgusted by Michelle's greedy look at him. It looks right if the woman is thirsty for strength. The woman smiled cunningly. He took one step closer to Nick. Michelle made a gesture with her hand, successfully making Nick scream in pain. Feeling the power, the woman laughed happily.
“The most powerful being fell before me.”
Nick almost laughed at that and then Michelle went back to tormenting him with pain. “Beginner magicians can also do that, Ma'am. You don't change the little witch. If you really want to conquer me, take off these shackles. Let's fight fair.”
“You tried to influence me? Too bad it won't work, son.”
This time Nick really laughed. “Nak? I'm a thousand-year-old vampire, ma'am. You should show me a little respect.”
Michelle snickered, giving a soft nod to a man by the door to carry Freya to another room. Nick just realized that Freya was laid on the sofa since.
After Michelle's death, a young man entered the room where Nick was being held. Ordinary man. The young man was obviously afraid of Nick. Even to just stare at him he did not dare. Nick will try this opportunity to break free from these shackles. He called the young man until they looked at each other. Nick hypnotizes him into opening the shackles.
“Thank you,” said Nick so liberated. He looked at the young man again and said. “You won't scream. The shackles make me weak and I need to eat to recover.”
Nick preys on the young man. Drank the young man's blood to death. But he's still hungry. Fortunately, when he walked out of the room, he passed two other witches. It was like having a small party, Nick thought. Then she went to find Michelle.
Suddenly the atmosphere of the house changed. Nick felt the air become heavy around him, the darkness seemed to creep into the house. Apparently Michelle was having a ritual in a basement. There were five witches with him standing around the altar table, two of whom were women. Freya lay not far from the altar, unconscious. A circle complete with symbols along with dark magic objects surrounded Freya.
Their goal is to put Freya in that circle to channel Freya's power to every witch. Moments later Nick hears a spell being spoken by them. The spell was to resurrect the dead with the darkest and most evil magic. Looking for something, Nick finds a pipe and throws it at one of the men. The pipe was pierced and penetrated in the man's stomach.
Before recovering from Nick's shock, he returned to action. Taking a chain, Nick snared the neck of one of the men until the man's head was removed from his body. Blood splashed into Nick's face, no one dared to deny that Nick looked happy in the middle of his slaughter. He plucked out another man's heart. Smiling Nick ate the man's heart in front of Michelle.
“Josh!” Shouted Michelle. Apparently Nick just killed Michelle's husband.
Nick lets Michelle lament for a moment the corpse of her husband, while he walks towards Freya, resuscitating the woman.
“Nick!” Freya looked surprised after opening her eyes.
“Quick leave this place.”
Freya doesn't need to be told twice about it. After Freya leaves, Nick turns around. His sharp eyes seemed to be searching for one more female figure, yet he did not find it. Nick thought the man must have run away in fear, he didn't bother with it and went back to Michelle.
“I wanted to let you live and tell people that Nick Sherwood's cruelty wasn't just a rumor. Look how spectacular this place is. But, it seems I changed my mind.”
Nick darted towards Michelle. His werewolf eyes and claws appeared. And so are his vampire fangs. Shredded the woman's neck. Unsatisfied with that, he pulled out Michelle's entrails, took the woman's heart and squeezed it to pieces. Then he got into the hard part. Destroying the dark magic objects in that place.
Such things are usually difficult to destroy, but if not destroyed Nick is worried that someone will take it. That worry is because Michelle herself made those things. With the run of one witch, who knows what he will do in the future if he has these objects.
After collecting all the dark magic objects, Nick also cast a spell. This spell he had learned from Rose's mother's book of magic. The spell was quite complicated and required a great amount of energy to cast. A few minutes later, the objects were destroyed. Both of Nick's knees were bent, blood was flowing from his nose, and he looked so exhausted and hungry.
Finished with all that he burned the house down and left from there.
“Halo, Joe. Tell our beloved sister Freya, soon I will arrive home,” he said as soon as disconnected the phone.
NEXT CHAPTER
“Nick? What's this commotion?” That was Jonathan.
“One two people in this family sometimes behave strangely.” Nick quoted Freya. “Josette We're not so, Joe. ” The grin on Nick's face disappears. “She did.”
“No need to worry. I've killed the alpha of that herd.”
“No idea what the consequences are. Congratulations, you brought a myriad of enemies here. The whole werewolf clan won't be happy, Nick. That means a threat to us. Including... for your child,” Jonathan said coldly while pointing the index finger at Nick.
