149 - Meet the Snake Demon

Even when there was free time, Shi and Cakra immediately asked him to show the techniques they had been practicing for this week.

After filling the supplies with apples, they went back on their way. The apples were kept in Amdara's Ring of Space. Initially Shi did not expect that Amdara could have the object. So does Cakra who is surprised when he sees it.

They didn't take all the apples. Just bring some fruit for supplies.

The day was getting late, the three boys did not rest back. Along the way, they continued to discuss basic techniques. Actually the one who spoke the most was Shi, the little girl as if she could not remain silent on the way. Well, Amdara and Cakra certainly don't matter. Because without Shi, their journey would be boring.

Cakra stopped his flight, he circulated the sight like he was looking for something. Shi and Amdara who had just arrived behind Cakra frowned in confusion.

"Cakra, is there something?" ask Shi curiously. However, the next second he focused on the senses of the listener. Instantly his face turned serious.

Fast movements, being surrounding them with a distance not too far away. The bushes even the surrounding trees were almost made to sway over something. Strange sounds began to sound.

Amdara felt something too. He circulated his gaze and said, "there's a demon."

Just as Amdara said this, a hissing sound was heard from the front. Cakra had guessed, he was preparing to attack. Shi is unlikely to take Amdara away now, there they will be attacked first.

The wind turned around, a bad premonition felt by Amdara, Shi and also Cakra. The three of them prepared with a demon that was about to approach.

Those tall bushes were moving unnaturally. The gaze of the three boys was clearly directed towards there. Suddenly a moss-green Snake Demon appeared, its face sinister. He stuck out his long tongue while hissing staring intently at the three humans before him. A blood red gem was attached to his head, even in the shape of a huge pyramid. The Serpent Demon with its speed attacked the frontmost Cakra by trying to wrap around the boy's body. Cakra dodged quickly, he sent lightning bolts towards the Snake Demon but what happened was that his lightning did not hurt the enemy at all.

Cakra held his breath, lucky after learning the speed technique he could avoid the lunge of an enemy whose body was as fast as lightning.

Amdara and Shi watched as Cakra tried to dodge and also carry out an attack. But out of all the attacks no one had scratched the Demon Snake's skin. Such skin is very strong and also slippery.

Shi raised one hand, the next second he unleashed a huge force to attack the Snake Demon. Enemies who do not know there is an attack, seem to stop moving because of the attack that hit it. But the next second he hissed, turning his body to stare at the perpetrator who dared to attack from behind.

Shi and Amdara gulped their hard-earned saliva. Because Shi's attack turned out not to have the slightest impact on the Snake Demon who was now wriggling his slippery body. Using a long tail, he flicked it at Shi and Amdara. The two boys avoided simultaneously.

Amdara asks Shi to lower him, feeling that he will only become a burden to Shi and Cakra. As the Serpent Demon dealt again with the Cakra, Shi was eventually forced to take Amdara to a place some distance away from the fight.

Shi advised Amdara to take good care of herself, as did Amdara who apologized for not being able to help. After Shi's departure, Amdara took a deep breath. He circulated a glance around which only overgrown shrubs whose height exceeded his height.

It seemed that the devastating attack from Shi had managed to injure the Snake Demon.

Cakra's eye gaze turned towards the smiling Shi, before slowly falling down his body. The receding chakra shot up, carrying Shi's body and landing him slowly.

Shi's condition turned out to be bad. He spent a lot of strength just to bring out that one move. However, the skill could not even kill the Snake Demon.

"Ah, I'm sorry. The demon turned out to be very powerful. Hah ... My body is completely limp now."

Shi said, he arranged the breathing. Blood started to flow from the corner of his lips. Still did not expect to be able to bring out that great power, but the enemy did not disappear as well.

Shi shifted his head slightly towards the right, trying to see the condition of the Snake Demon that was still not moving. Shi smiled and was just about to open his voice as the eyes of the Snake Demon moved, staring intently back and unexpectedly darting towards them.

Shi widened his eyes, he exclaimed, "Cakra, behind you ...!"

The chakra that did not have time to look back, his body was immediately wrapped around by the tail of the Serpent Demon whose body was very slippery. Shi is similarly entangled. The two boys could not resist as the twists felt increasingly pressing against their bodies.

The movements of the Snake Demon were completely unconscious of the Cakra. He let his guard down thinking the Demon was already heavily injured on the inside due to Shi's strength. In fact, such thinking has plunged him into his own danger.

The Snake Demon hissed, as if laughing at these two boys. His long fangs appeared suddenly, his mouth open about to eat these two human bodies.

Shi shouted, rebelling with all his might. But the enemy instead tightened the winding to the point of barely making Shi unable to breathe.
