The Legendary Ghost Curse
THE CURSE THAT BEFALLS ARTHUR

"You guys called me here?" Ask Arthur.

It's been 3 days since Arthur and the rest of the teenagers came home from Curse Field. They just finished a massive party to celebrate the victory against the Scarecrow. Now, life in the colony is back as usual.

And now, Arthur is facing Brian and Vince, the two men calling Arthur to go to the roof. I don't know what they both meant to call Arthur to meet them.

"Yes, we call you" said Vince.

"What's wrong?" Ask Arthur who doesn't understand what he means to be called here.

"You are the one who has the power of that Demon right? Your name's Arthur?" Brian with questions.

"Yes, I'm the one, why did you two call me here?" Ask Arthur back.

After making sure that they did not call people wrong, Brian and Vince were compact to look at each other. The two of them seemed to signal each other to speak to Arthur.

"Well, Arthur, what we're calling you here is..."

"We both want you out of this colony"

Vince cuts Brian off and tells him why they called Arthur to the roof. Hearing the strange request, Arthur certainly did not want to do it.

"Go? What do you mean?!" Ask Arthur with a slight tinge of emotion.

"You're Roberto's friend, right?! Were you told by him to do this?!" Keep Arthur back.

"No! It has absolutely nothing to do with Roberto, it's purely a request of both of us" Brian said.

"Arthur, you're carrying a terrible curse, this colony could be wiped out if you stay here" Vince said.

Arthur himself did not understand the meaning of the words of the two men, even Arthur did not understand why people who want to throw him always said that he had brought a curse to him.

"Curse? No kidding! What exactly do you mean?!" Arthur's emotions slowly began to rise.

Brian and Vince don't want any disagreement going on, they both realize they're not strong enough to fight Arthur with his Red Devil. They both try to calm Arthur down.

"Arthur relax!" Vince.

"It seems you don't know about the legend" Brian said.

"Yes, of course I don't know, to be honest even I don't know why I'm the only human who has the power of a Demon" Arthur said.

"So let us explain to you, be calm and not be angry, let's sit down" Vince asked Arthur to sit on the edge of the roof.

Arthur was a little calm and he wanted to obey Vince's request, Arthur wanted to listen to the story of the two teenagers.

"Tell me now!" Pinta Arthur was impatient.

"Arthur, in general humans are only endowed with the power of Angel, not Demon, Demon is the embodiment of the devil, and for hundreds of years there has never been a human who has the power of Demon" said Brian.

"And now that you have been born in a world with the power of a Demon, the ancients said, if a human is born with the power of a Demon, then over time that Demon will rule over its human body, in other words, the human body, sooner or later your body will be taken over by your Demon" Vince said.

Arthur just kept quiet and continued to listen to the story seriously, Arthur really did not know if the Red Devil could take over his body someday. Despite this, Arthur still does not believe it even though Brian and Vince have told him the legend.

"Where could I possibly believe that? My Red Devil will never be able to control my body" Arthur said.

"That's what the legends say, and if your Demon had taken over your body, then no human would have been able to defeat it!" Vince said with great emphasis.

"No matter how strong the Angel the chiefs have, they will never be able to face your Demon if he has taken over your body" Brian continued.

"It's just a legend! Not necessarily it will happen someday" argued Arthur who still does not believe.

"Humans who have the power of a Demon were originally just a mere legend, but now the legend has become a reality, right?" Ask Brian.

Arthur was immediately speechless and could not say anything, Brian's words were true. Before Arthur was born into the world, mankind thought that humans who had the power of the Demon was just a myth and not real. However, now it is not just a myth after Arthur was born into the world.

"If it's going to happen, then what does that have to do with me leaving the colony?" Ask Arthur.

"That is the curse mentioned in the legend, where a human who has the power of a Demon must be willing to take over his body by his own Demon someday, someday, so you have to get out of this colony and go as far as possible so that when your body is taken over your Demon will not target this colony" Vince said.

"You will lose your identity, in other words your mind is dead and only your body is left that has been controlled by your Demon" Brian continued.

Arthur fell silent again after hearing the explanation, now he began to believe in the legend. If it is true that one day his body will be controlled by the Red Devil, then inevitably he must go as far as possible from the colony of mankind so that the Red Devil does not kill humans. Arthur's consciousness will be gone and he won't be able to control his Red Devil anymore.

"Honestly, we are very grateful to you, because you are the strongest man in this army, but you should also know that our colony is the last hope of mankind" Brian said, he asks Arthur to leave the colony.

"We can definitely defeat the ghost of legend that is left without you, which is why we beg you, go as far away from this colony" Vince said.

Arthur was completely speechless and did not respond to the two teenagers' remarks at all. Brian and Vince looked at each other, confused as to why Arthur remained silent and said nothing.

"Arthur?" Call Brian.

Brian and Vince begin to worry that Arthur will get angry and attack them here. Because if that happens there is no guarantee they can both survive after fighting against Arthur.

"Hoi, what's the name of the 3rd legendary ghost?" Arthur asked with his head down.

Brian and Vince are shocked to hear the question, but they are grateful to learn that Arthur is not angry with them.

"He's a vampire who lives in a castle, he's in Transylvania, Vampires" Vince said.

After hearing that answer, Arthur immediately stood up with a grin on his face "Before the Red Devil takes over my body, let's kill all the ghosts of the legend!!".
