A REJECTION?

"Hey stop! You two!" Clara is hysterical when she sees Arthur taking out his Demon.

Everyone who saw the incident just watched silently without wanting to interfere at all.

"Heh, that's your Demon" Roberto smiled sinisterly looking towards the Red Devil.

"You go, I'll destroy all your Angel's shields!!" Arthur Seru.

Both Arthur and Roberto were prepared to attack each other, they did not care if their actions could destroy the building they were currently occupying.

"Stop!!"

A loud voice suddenly emerged from a figure of a man in a black suit.

"Mr Joseph?!" Roberto was surprised to see who had come to stop him.

"Thank God" Clara wiped the sweat that was pouring down her face.

"What are you two doing?!!" Joseph to Arthur and Roberto.

"Sir, why did you agree to him to join our colony?!" Roberto shouted while pointing at Arthur.

"What's the problem?" Ask Joseph back.

"He is a human who has a Demon, he will bring misfortune to our colony!" Roberto's Exclamation.

Joseph shook his head, he did not think that the conflict that occurred at this time only came from that ridiculous reason.

"You're here but why are you quiet, Joker!!" Arthur cried to a man who sat down and smiled.

"Hihi, to be honest I want to see the Demon boy fight" said the Joker gigglingly.

Joseph was furious to hear the answer from the Joker, he clenched his hands as if he wanted to beat the man.

"DON'T KIDDING! WE AS THE CHIEFS SHOULD BE ABLE TO ACT MATURE, DO YOU UNDERSTAND? JOKER!!" Bentar Joseph's.

Everyone who heard the clash could only bow and be silent, even Arthur was trembling from Joseph.

"Hmm, I'm sorry" instead of being scared, Joker smiled and apologized like a child.

"Easy! If I hear any more commotion..." Joseph did not continue his sentence and preferred to leave.

Everyone gulped when they saw Joseph leaving with anger covering his heart.

"Arthur!" Clara approached Arthur who was silent.

"Ah, yes?" Arthur regained his senses and looked up at Roberto who was standing in front of him.

"You're lucky boy! If only master Joseph hadn't gotten in the way, you would have died by now!" Grumpy Roberto.

"Hey stop! Why are you doing this!!" Jerky Clara.

"He's right Clara! People who have a Demon should not seem to join us!" Typal is one of the men.

"Aaron? Why are you supporting him?!"

"Huh, so you all hate me?" Arthur stared at the table, where all the teenagers were gathering and looking at him.

"Of course!! The human who possessed the power of a Demon was just a mere legend!!"

"My parents told me that if a human had a Demon, there would be bad luck going on with the people around him" Roberto said.

Arthur started to feel a little furious, he kept staring back at everyone who was looking at him. Arthur doesn't care anymore, if necessary he'll take out his Red Devil to kill everyone he doesn't like.

"Hey Arthur, let's get some food and we'll eat somewhere else" Clara tried to pull Arthur's arm to take him away.

Clara is worried when she sees Arthur making eye contact with all the members of the colony who have Angel powers.

"Look! It's not just me who hates you" Roberto said, as if to show Arthur that he's not welcome here.

"Arthur come!" Clara forcibly pulled Arthur's arm and finally managed to make Arthur fall.

"See you, loser!!"

"You're so weird, you're not welcome here!!"

"Freaky men!!"

However, for some reason Arthur's heart felt so hot when he heard those insults. Though Arthur can still hold his emotions when he was humiliated by the people in his colony first. However, right now, Arthur really could barely control his own emotions.

They all really seriously hate Arthur.

Indeed, this was the first day Arthur lived with the colony and Arthur had received such unenviable treatment.

"Have it, don't you listen" Clara tried to calm Arthur down.

Luckily, there was Clara who could calm Arthur down. If not, there might be a fight going on now.

"Hmm that's okay, I've heard those words a lot" Arthur said with his forced smile.

Clara realizes that the smile is just a fake smile, but she doesn't want to bother him further because she doesn't want to offend Arthur.

"So where are we going to eat?" Arthur asked after he had eaten the food.

"Umm, how about we just eat out there?" Clara pointed outside the hotel.

"Hmm, okay" Arthur agrees and walks out with Clara.

As they passed by the breakfast men, Arthur and Clara again heard the curse and the curse that led to Arthur.

"Go!! Go there!!"

"We don't need a Demon user like you!!"

"SILENCE!!"

A teenager of Arthur's age suddenly shouted and made everyone who cursed Arthur speechless.

"Ace, what are you doing?!"

"Are you trying to defend that kid?!"

The man named Ace only smiled slightly and said "you are noisy, lowly people like you have no right to decide anything!!".

"Fucking ace! How dare you say that to us!!" Roberto doesn't accept Ace calling him a lowly man.

Arthur only notices the man named Ace who is in a dispute with his friend, he knows that Ace is defending him but he does not want to interfere anymore.

"Umm Arthur, let's just go" Clara asked.

Arthur nodded and again stepped out of the hotel, leaving Ace arguing with Roberto and the others.

Clara invites Arthur to eat near the hotel fence, they both take two chairs and sit on it.

"Clara, who was the man who defended me?" Ask Arthur.

"Hmm, she's named Ace" Clara replied with a gloomy face.

Arthur wondered why Clara's cheerful face had suddenly turned moody.

"Claras? Why are you so moody?" Ask Arthur as he starts eating his food.

"Umm, that's okay" Clara tried to smile back so Arthur didn't suspect anything.

Arthur knows Clara is lying to him and Arthur knows something is hiding from him.

However, Arthur does not want to interfere in the secrets of others. He let Clara eat her food without speaking any more.

"Umm, Arthur" call Clara on the sidelines of their meal.

"Hmm?" Arthur looked over with the food he was still chewing in his mouth.

"Is the red creature you exuded just now really a Demon?" Asked Clara in a doubtful voice.

Arthur swallowed his food first before replying.

"So far as I'm concerned he's Angel, but Mr. Fergie said he was a Demon" replied Arthur.

"Is he so strong?" Ask Clara back.

"Hmm, strong enough, I killed quite a few powerful ghosts using my Red Devil" Arthur muttered.
