THE WOUND IS HEALED

"Othur!! Oe hold!!" Ace panicked when he saw Arthur close his eyes again.

"Let me rest damn!" Arthur said in a weak tone, he also opened his eyes again.

"Why did you get up? Didn't the doctor give you drugs to put you to sleep?" Ask Ace with a face of astonishment.

"Hehe, I'm a strong know, do you think such an anesthetic would work for me?" Arthur replied with a sinister smile on his lips.

"Arthur" call Astrid.

Hearing his name called, Arthur turned to Astrid. He saw the girl rubbing her tears and walking closer to him.

"Arthur, thank you and forgive me" Astrid said, holding Arthur's hand.

Astrid said those words with a sincere sentence, her eyes that looked as if they were proof that her words were not messing around at all.

"Oh, you two don't blame each other, and death is certain and unavoidable, and sooner or later we will all die, so why blame each other now?" Arthur told his two friends.

Whether learning where he came from so he could say such inspirational-sounding words, but the words that came out of Arthur's mouth successfully made Ace and Astrid contemplate.

"Hehe, make peace, I want to rest again now, my stomach feels like it wants to explode" Arthur said as he closed his eyes.

Seeing Arthur who wanted to rest again, Ace immediately moved from where he was standing now and walked towards the sofa. Ace immediately sat his body on the sofa while taking a deep breath.

"Huh, stupid! Thank goodness if you're really okay, I think you're going to die" Ace said after taking a deep breath.

He was relieved because it turned out that Arthur's condition was much better than he had imagined before. And now, it's just a matter of time until Arthur's body is fully healed.

On the other hand, Astrid was still standing and contemplating beside Arthur's bed. The beautiful girl looked silently peeking in place without moving at all.

Seeing that, Ace immediately tried to invite Astrid to talk, he wanted to make peace with the girl as said by Arthur.

"Hoe, sit here, I'm no longer angry with you" Ace told Astrid.

After hearing those words, Astrid hesitantly stepped onto Ace's seat. After that, Astrid immediately sat down beside Ace without saying a word.

"No need to apologize, I didn't mind it anyway" Ace said after Astrid sat next to him.

Ace's speech seems to be in contrast to his words during a fight with Astrid earlier, Ace's emotions have subsided now because of Arthur, therefore Ace also looks guilty now because he once said he would kill Astrid.

"On what I said earlier it was just a joke, I will never kill you" Ace continued.

"It's okay, even without you killing me I'll die" Astrid said, the girl started talking back now.

"You won't die, as long as I'm alive I guarantee you won't die in the battle against the ghost of legend" Ace said.

"Stupid! Don't talk shit like that!" Astrid immediately threw away her gaze after hearing Ace's remark.

After that, the two friends also laughed together, the two of them have now made up and joked together while keeping Arthur who was resting.

Arthur saw the two friends with pleasure, he was relieved Ace and Astrid had not quarreled anymore now.

"Ace stupid, it turns out you can also fall in love" Arthur muttered in a very slow tone.

After undergoing recovery for one week, Arthur's body was now able to move back. He is able to walk and move normally now, even so, but sometimes his stomach still often feels pain because the seams have not been completely dry.

"Hey Arthur, I didn't think you'd be able to recover so soon" Clara told Arthur.

"But your stitches haven't dried up completely, have they? You said you still have a lot of pain in your stomach" Ace said.

The three teenagers were eating together now, the three of them sat down at one table and ate their own dishes.

"Did? Don't be so rash! At least you have to rest for a month so that your stitches are completely dry" said Clara, who has been the most attentive person to Arthur since the man was recovering.

"But... If Mr. Fergie orders me to join the fight, I will definitely obey him" Arthur said.

"Can't!! If we're going to fight and you're still not fully healed then you can't come! Point!!" Clara strictly forbade Arthur to fight.

"Calm down, Mr. Fergie and the other chiefs will not start fighting again before you make a full recovery" Ace suddenly said.

"Hmm? How do you know that?" Ask Arthur.

"I asked for it, and they all agreed" Ace replied.

"Yay!! Ace can always be relied on" Clara pranced in excitement after hearing Ace's remarks.

Now, Arthur can focus on healing his wounds without having to think about the next battle. And thanks to his good friend Ace, he asks the chiefs to back down the battle against the Scarecrow before Arthur makes a full recovery from his wounds.

"Ace, why are you doing that?" Arthur did not understand why Ace made such a request.

"You are our spearhead, our Angel is not as strong as your Demon, so you are a very important person in this mission" Ace said.

"Hoi Hoi!! Look who is here, he is the one who has killed the ghost of legend!!"

That extremely loud voice suddenly sounded and disturbed everyone who was engrossed in eating. Ace and Clara immediately turned to the source of the voice, they both knew who the owner of the voice was.

"Roberto" Ace murmured after looking at the source of the sound.

"Hoi hoi boy, let's quickly tell me how to defeat the ghost of legend" cried Roberto as he walked up to Arthur and with his Angel who was behind him.

Arthur was immediately upset because his meal had to be interrupted by the actions of Roberto, he turned his body back and looked at the person who disturbed him.

"What do you want?" Ask Arthur to Roberto.

"You want? I want you out of this colony!!" Answer Roberto.

"Don't joke!! Roberto you have no right to expel Arthur from this colony!" Clara got up from her seat and tried to defend Arthur.

Likewise with Ace, he immediately stood up and put his body to protect Arthur.

"Don't do anything stupid!!" Seru Ace's.

"I'm the one who should have killed George Devil, not this brat!!" Reply Roberto.

Arthur remained silent in his seat, he was not at all provoked by Roberto who was in front of him.

"Remember!! This child carries a curse, sooner or later we will all be wiped out by it!!" Roberto exclaimed to all those who were there.

Apparently, Roberto wanted to incite all those who were there to hate Arthur.
