After their meeting with the four men, the Alviers disbanded all of them back to their jobs.

Alviers with Vasnela headed into a personal ripple and Alviers asked him a few questions.

"What about the development of the formation of our country?"

"Is this our flag?" Ask Vasnela

On the right and on the left of the shield he drew a unicorn and under the shield he drew a kind of ribbon for the slogan or the name of the country, there he wrote "Sage State Of Arcatia"

Alviers gave the paper and gave details of any color in various parts, after hearing Alviers' orders, Vasnela left.

Alviers was alone, he took out the blue sea-colored ball, as he pulled the ball out of his leather pocket, Caseia immediately appeared and snatched the ball from him.

"Hey, it's rude to steal someone else's stuff"

Bishop Corsius said "it is the pope's intention to form an alliance with the emperor, to maintain peace and unite the four kingdoms of the human continent, and also to unite against the threat"

Hearing that, in the mind of the emperor only one person thought, namely the Great Sage, he thought the threat the pope meant was the Great Sage whose name they did not know.

The emperor laughed, and he said "now that I know, this alliance is only a guise to form a precaution against that great Sage, citing the movement of the demon race as the reason of course"

"Did the king intend that?" Ask Bolton

The Bishop smiled and said "you are wrong, the alliance was really formed to ward off the devil,and also the king was not stupid to challenge a mysterious person who could control the two great white dragons"

"The king told the pope that the meeting would be held in three days in the royal capital of Norvins"
