Chapter 16: Meeting With Sage

Everyone in the city gathered and kept their distance from the troops who set up the camp.

There were some people on the side of the road cheering Enclair and Arinfred who were walking towards the castle they gave way and waved and called out the name Enclair.

"Miss Enclair, I don't think that you are a popular person in the eyes of people" Arinfred said

"Of course, because I'm one of the top brass of the Synore clan"

Arinfred was silent with his eyes wide open knowing that, now he knew he was an important person.

The gate of the inner wall was opened, visible in front there is a large field, there is a garden, many large white-walled buildings and a large castle that stands firmly.

They just walked straight to the big entrance of the castle, they had to climb the stairs that extended from right to left of the gate.

They got off their horses at the door, some soldiers took their horses to the stables to rest.

Arinfred and Enclair went up the stairs and on the right and left side of the door were two magicians standing guard, they started to open the entrance of the castle.

"Walk faster, Mr. Arinfred, we're going to the throne room"

The two men sped up their steps down the corridor of the castle to the throne room, Arinfred's heart pounding, with a happy look on Enclair's face.

They reached the throne room and the soldiers opened the door, they all entered and saw Alviers holding a girl.

"Your highness, I came to bring the man" said Enclair

"Aunt Enclair!"

Hearing Orvina call her aunt, Elclair was a little offended, but she understood Orvina.

"Daughter of Orvina, I'll carry you"

Arinfred was silent and fixated on seeing Alviers, and he knew something unknown to the outsiders if the Great Sage had a daughter.

"Your highness sage, I have come before you"

Arinfred bowed to Alviers.

"If Mr. Arinfred has come, let's move, I happen to want to show you something too"

"I want to come too!" Orvina

Enclair stroked the girl's head and said "daughter can't come, your father is doing adult business"

Orvina looks sad, Alviers approached Enclair and held his daughter.

"Mr Arinfred tried the wine as well, eating meat would be very good if accompanied by dwngan wine"

Enclair put the wine in the glass and gave it to Arinfred.

Enclair and Arinfred were shocked to hear that, they had no idea what sage they were planning

Alviers was sitting in the gazebi with the two men, Alveirs also took his daughter.

The guard went inside the headquarters and told the leader that the great sage had already come

Orvina began to wonder what stamoede was, she asked her father

"Dad, what is stampede?"

Enclair and Arinfred just smiled at Orvina's words.
