Ch 26: Friendship

That night in the group nine dormitory, after everyone had fallen asleep, it appeared that Chun Yang was still awake and sitting cross-legged on the bed.

"It's time!" thought Chun Yang with a bottle in her hand.

"I refused!"

"What!?" Chun Yima was jolted by Zao Hu's reply.

The Zen Yuan who was there was instantly enraged at the answer.

"This bastard, how dare you refuse the Prince? You seem to want to get kicked!"

Just as Zen Yuan was about to step forward, he was immediately stopped by Chun Yima's hand blocking him.

"Sorry, Prince!" zen Yuan retreated backwards.

Chun Yima then looked at Zao Hu who was standing before him.

"I've thought about it very well. I refuse to be your subordinate!" zao Hu said very confidently and without hesitation.

"Do you know the consequences of being my enemy?" said Chun Yima tried to threaten.

"You guys, let's leave him!" chun Yima continued to his subordinates.

Then Chun Yima and his subordinates walked away leaving Zao Hu.

A short while after that, in the group nine dormitory, it appeared that Zao Hu had suddenly knelt down and saluted Chun Yang.

"Prince, take my oath of allegiance! I promise to be a loyal subordinate and will always follow your orders!" zao Hu said an oath of loyalty.

The incident caused some commotion among the other members of the group of nine.

"Did I not look wrong?"

"The chief wants to become the ninth Prince's subordinate?"

"Could it be because of what happened that day?"

Some rumors and gossip started to spread among the members of the group of nine. Meanwhile on the other side, Chun Yang looked at Zao Hu who was still kneeling in front of him.

"Yes, Prince! Please accept me as your loyal subordinate!" zao Hu said with great sincerity and earnestness.

"No way!" answer Chun Yang.

Hearing the answer, Zao Hu immediately flinched. However Chun Yang then continued his sentence.

"Didn't you want freedom? If you become my subordinate, then I will become a new chain that will curb your freedom! Do you really want that?" said Chun Yang.

Zao Hu who heard that fell silent and pondered for a moment.

"Right, I don't want to be restrained anymore. I want to be an eagle that can fly freely. But I want to get closer to this guy. The one who has given me the answer to my wish!" thought Zao Hu.

But then Chun Yang continued his sentence again.

"But, instead of being a subordinate, would you be my friend? Friends who will always be loyal accompany me in a difficult or happy situation, friends who I can ask for help, and friends who can give me advice. Will you be my friend?" chun Yang asked as he extended his hand.

Seeing that, Zao Hu was stunned for a moment. Zao Hu seemed to see a new light in his life.

Then with a smiling face, Zao Hu reached for Chun Yang's hand and got up to his feet.

"Yes. I'm willing to be your friend!" said Zao Hu smiling widely.

Seeing what had happened to Chun Yang and Zao Hu, the entire group of nine then smiled and clapped in crowds.

"Prince, may I also be your friend?"

"Me too! I want to follow you too!"

"So am I!"

One by one the members of the group of nine began to make friend requests to Chun Yang.

Chun Yang who had to accept their friendship request looked troubled. While Zao Hu who saw that then smiled.

That day group nine was not just a group that had to work together during the exam, but also a friendship group.
