Ch 16: Health Room

Finally the Left Guard and Right Guard reached where Chun Yang was.

"Hey, Son! Are you all right?" ask the Right Guard in quite a panic.

There, Chun Yang looked completely limp and almost fainted.

"Users have lost as much blood as five percent and feel dizzy. I will perform the healing process on the damaged internal organs and restore the lost blood!" said Zero.

When Zero wanted to do some self-healing, Chun Yang then immediately stopped him.

"No! Wait!"

[Your condition may be dangerous!]

"Wait a minute!" said Chun Yang.

Then Zero stopped the healing process.

On the other hand, the Left Guard and Right Guard stared at Chun Yang's pale face.

"Crazy basic! Why do you have to force yourself? Can't you just give up?" the Left Guard said scolding Chun Yang.

"I can't give up!'' said Chun Yang.

"Actually how much of his inner strength had been able to last this far?" thought the Right Guard in his mind.

Out of curiosity, the Right Guard wanted to check the inner strength possessed by Chun Yang by touching his pulse.

But the Left Guard who saw the actions of the Right Guard then said.

"You don't have to do that. You won't find anything. I checked this kid before. He had no energy at all. All this time he had only survived with the strength of his willpower!" the Left Guard.

But the Right Guard kept checking it out and wanted to prove it to himself.

And when the Right Guard examined him, he was completely shocked by the truth of the Left Guard's words.

"What's? He really had no inner strength at all!? Meaning all this time he had survived just by relying on the strength of his determination? It's crazy!" said the Left Guard in his mind.

Seeing the Right Guard keep checking, the Left Guard then said.

"Hows it? Did you find anything?" ask the Left Guard.

"He was badly wounded inside. And he did not have any inner strength at all!" answer the Right Guard.

"He has no inner strength!?"

The participants who had unintentionally heard that, especially the descendants from the eight major sects, they were completely shocked and unable to believe it.

The Right Guard again looked at Chun Yang's bloodied face.

"This child..how much will he have to endure so far? Even the participants who had the exertion in five years all fainted. But he... only persevered with his determination? He's totally nuts!"

Right Guards simply could not gauge how much determination Chun Yang had. Because for him it was already beyond human imagination.

Seeing Chun Yang's really severe condition, the Left Guard decided to send Chun Yang to the infirmary.

With a wave of hands, the Left Guard called out to the two staff members who were outside the field.

"You two, take this kid to the infirmary!"

"Good!"

But at the time, Chun Yang refused to be sent to the infirmary.

"No need, Left Guard. You don't have to send me to the infirmary. I can stand up!" said Chun Yang trying to stand up.

Along with him giving orders to Zero.

"Zero, start healing my wounds!"

"Good, Sir. Start the process of self-healing!"

Then Zero began to do the healing process according to Chun Yang's orders.

However Chun Yang who was trying to stand suddenly lost his balance and was immediately restrained by the Left Guard.

"Damn! Although the healing process has been done, but the side effects are still not gone!" thought Chun Yang in his mind.

The Left Guard who did not want to see Chun Yang force himself then said to him.

"Son, you are injured and have lost a lot of blood. Let them both take you to the infirmary, and don't push yourself too much!" the Left Guard.

Hearing the words of the Left Guard, Chun Yang who could not resist, finally agreed to be taken to the infirmary.

By the time the two staffs carried him, the bloodied Chun Yang finally fainted slowly.

The two staff then took Chun Yang off the field and went to the infirmary.

The Right Guard saw the participants crawling about in the field.

"Now what should I do in this situation?" thought the Left Guard in his mind.

At that situation, the right Guard actually felt perplexed to proceed to the next step.

Meanwhile, somewhere not far from the main building of the Academy, there was a building that looked simple but quite large. The building is the Health Room mentioned.

Inside the building, there appeared a brother and sister, a man and a woman, Song Qiang and Song Qiu.

They were both disciples of Physician Song who had just been assigned to the Demon Academy at the behest of his teacher last night.

Both Brother and Sister have their own pleasure in the science of medicine. They are very happy to see the patient. The more patients they receive, the happier they will be.

"Why haven't any patients arrived yet?" said Song Qiu, the younger sister.

"It's really boring." Song Qiang Sang Sister complained.

When the two of them were complaining of boredom, that was when suddenly someone was banging on the door.

"Tabib! The healer! There are patients!"

"Patient? PATIENT!!?"

Hearing that, Song Qiang and Song Qiu were immediately excited and rushed to greet him.

"Where's patient? Whereabouts? Hurry along! Please enter!" said Song Qiu.

"We finally have a patient. The gods have truly granted our prayers!" said Song Qiu in his mind feeling pleased.

Then when the two staffers came in with a patient. The patient was Chun Yang who was drenched in blood.

The two staff immediately laid Chun Yang on one of the beds in the treatment room.

Song Qiu and Song Qiang were surprised to see the blood-soaked condition of Chun Yang.

Curious about what happened, the two brothers asked.

"What happened to her? What kind of test puts a man in such a condition?"

"There's a lot of blood. Was he hit by a sword or a spear?"

Then the two staff shook their heads and one of them immediately replied.

"No. He's got an internal wound!"

"What's!? It's because of the internal wound!?" said the two Physicians were surprised by a little scream.

"Since we studied medicine from teachers, only this time we saw someone bleed this much because of internal injuries. It's really a new experience!" think of the two physicians.

"He passed the level one test without any inner energy. And since he has no inner strength, so the Left Guard asked us to bring him here so that you can take care of him. Please help!" said one of the two staff.

"Without you please, we will definitely take good care of her!" replied Song Qiang

"Well, since we've already taken the patient, then, we have to go!"

Then the two staffs immediately walked out of the room to carry out their mandatory duties.

However as they were about to come out, one of them curiously, paused for a moment to look at Chun Yang's condition.

But the other staff, his friend immediately reprimanded him at that moment.

"Hey, why stop? C'mon fast! We have a lot of work!" said his friend who was in the doorway.

"Uhh... Alright. Wait for me!" then the staff immediately walked up to his friend.

He felt when he saw Chun Yang just now, Chun Yang looked better than the previous moment. But because he thought it was just his feelings, he ignored them.
