He immediately raised his face and smiled after a few minutes forming a new name. However, now he made a suitable name for an empire so boldly expressed it that way.
“I have decided to make a name that is Glacies empire that stands on the continent called Artrik. And, since the empire has one capital, I determined the name of that capital as well as Frigus Unie. For the placement of a new capital and imperial palace, I leave it to you.”
All the people in the room nodded with what was determined by Zeno, besides the name Glacies empire and Frigus Unie which became the capital was not too bad. So they don't mind the name.
As a new empire, of course they could not put a new government and capital here, or in a capital that was once part of the Southern empire. They had to make another capital, which was agreed upon by two parties who were now one.
