“It seems we meet again, doctor.” said someone who arrived to sit in an empty seat next to Dikta.
Dikta turned to her side and found a beautiful woman in her hospital clothes sitting beside her. He raised next to his eyebrows in bewilderment as he felt he had never seen or even met the woman.
The woman chuckled softly seeing Dikta's reaction to her. “Ah, you must have forgotten me huh. I'm Septi, Alana's best friend back in college.” The woman who said her name was Septi.
Dikta put his phone back in his pocket. Then he tried to remember who the woman sitting next to him was. After a long time, Dikta remembered it. Septi was Alana's loyal friend long ago. Where there he is there is usually always Alana. Dikta still clearly remembers, it used to be a person who was very instrumental in their relationship. Septi always helped her when she had problems with Alana so that the relationship between the two persisted.
Dikta's eyes glanced at the patient's clothes Septi was wearing.
“What pain do you have?” ask Dikta carefully so as not to offend Septi.
Septi smiled faintly, his eyes back to the front where there were a lot of patients who like him were laughing with his family.
“I was exposed to the end-stage brain ka*ker. That's why I'm here. I was frustrated enough in my room because no one was there, and I asked and begged the doctor to let me out for a while. Well, even though my hair is gone, I have to keep the spirit of living the rest of my life, no,”, Septi said with his empty gaze. He had given up on fate and was ready to accept everything. Including kemat.
Dikta could only stare at Septi with a look of pity. The woman beside him looks like fine even though Dikta knows there are many wounds in his heart because he has to accept the disease patent* it. However, Dikta also felt confused. Because he didn't see Septi's family with him.
“Your family, where are they? Why not accompany you today,” asked Dikta again.
Septi turned his head back towards Dikta with a fake smile that adorned his lips.
“They don't care about me anymore. Ever since I found out I had the disease I was immediately kicked out of the house. Until finally my illness was severe enough until finally I had to stay in this hospital for months even though there was no development.”
Then Septi's hand took Dikta's hand while pleading.
“I'm asking you to help. Please meet me with Alana. I saw Alana and you here a while ago. I don't want anything more than to meet him,” Septi said with a pleading gaze on Dikta.
He really hoped that Dikta could help him. Septi had long wanted to find Alana's whereabouts but she was hindered by her illness, which is why she did not spare the opportunity this time. When he saw Dikta, he immediately approached her.
Dikta stroked Septi's hand which was currently still holding his hand. He nodded slightly then smiled as if giving septi some calm.
“Don't worry, I'll make him meet you. Focus on your health. I will bring Alana as soon as possible to see you,” said Dikta.
Septi smiled brightly. Finally after all this time he hoped that this time someone would meet his expectations.

On the other side
After putting Rafka to bed in her room, Alana returns outside to clean up her house. He had left the house for two days because he had stayed at Dikta's house. Well even though the house is not too dirty, but Alana will still clean it. It was her husband's house so Alana had to look after it very well.
Alana started everything from cleaning her living room, then continued on to the living room. In every room he cleaned it himself. He did not hire a maid of his own volition. While he can still do it himself why should use the services of others. So thought Alana when her mother-in-law always told her to hire a maid only.
For a few hours he did it until finally everything was settled. Alana rubbed the sweat on her forehead with her hand and then returned to put the cleaning tool she was wearing.
After that Alana decided to sit in a relaxed in her living room. He threw himself on the long sofa and took the television remote and turned it on and watched it.
“Sorry, Darren. I can't. I've forgotten all about us. Please don't bother me anymore.”
“Nis, are you hesitant to give me a chance because you love someone else. If yes, say it now. I promise I'll stay away from you if what I say is true,”
The woman called Nisa was directly staring at Daren.
“True, I cannot accept you because of someone else. I still love my husband how can you say that to the woman who just left her husband,”
Alana clucked resentfully, it could be that the show was almost similar to her story with Dikta. Alana again took the remote to change the show. But then his phone rings. Alana who was about to press the remote button immediately paused her intention. He took his cell phone that was on the table.
An unnamed number contacted him. Alana knew it was Dikta's number. He immediately lifted it.
“Halo, what's wrong Dik?” ask Alana directly.
But Alana did not hear any sound from her phone. He kept his phone away from his ear to check the call.
“Still connected but why no sound,” muttered Alana.
“Halo, dicta. What is my voice sounding?” Alana asked again.
But it was not Dikta who answered him but the voice of the woman who called his name gently.
“Al, this is not Dikta. It's me, Septi your best friend.”
Alana who heard that immediately got up from her sofa and sat up straight.
“Septi? You Septi? You've come from anywhere. All this time I've been looking for you, too, but your family says you've gone far." Alana said with tubi tubi. He still vividly remembers Septi was his best friend in college. After marriage, Alana lost contact with him. But that doesn't mean Alana never looked for him. Alana had already searched and asked Septi whereabouts to her parents. But the answer he got was Septi went abroad.
“I need you, Al.”
Alana was just about to answer it but suddenly her phone died because it ran out of batteries.
“Why use lowbat everything,” said Alana. Then he went to his room to pick up a charger and charge his cell phone battery. Then he again dialed Dikta's number to contact Septi.
“The number you are going to cannot be reached. Try a few more moments,”
Alana sighed with rage. I don't know why he felt like something had happened to his best friend.
“Dikta must know something,” he said while holding his phone tightly.
