Chapter 14 - Almost Caught

"I put the chip in.." The voice's speech stopped which made Rais speechless and wanted to release his anger onto the ball.

"Why? Are you mad because I stopped telling you where I put it. Hahaha.." said the voice that made Rais even more upset with her. "Yourfy.." Rais sighed and tried to follow his joke. "Now I'm serious" Rais said a little loudly. "Heah... Alright. The location is not known by anyone including yourself" said the voice.

Don sees the light inside Rais' body begin to disappear, as well as the protective armor attached to his body. Rais opened his eyes and looked around. The first he saw was Don and Aman just finished fixing Rais's door and time also showed it almost morning. "Ohh, are you done with her?" ask Don.

"Yes. I'm done" answered Rais. "So, how's the result? Do you know where that chip is?" ask Aman. Rais did not answer directly, but for now he was already feeling calm.

After they fixed the door, Don asked Aman. "Hey boy. Where did you put Jack's life chip?". Aman answers Don's questions and he doesn't want to show them. "If you don't want to show it, it's okay. But you better keep that chip, keep one more. You better check that chip so we don't get detected anymore with the guy Jack is in contact with" Don said.

"Why did you just tell me?" said Aman who felt something was wrong. "Because the chip you took is a life chip with detection power" Don answered directly. Aman nodded. "OK I'll show you the chip later" said Aman who had turned his back.

Rais and Aman immediately get ready for their school. "You sure you don't want to follow us, Don?" said Rais. "I still have to hide at this time. At least until the situation is safe. If anything happens, I'll catch up with you" Don said. When Rais and Aman travel to school, Aman opens a conversation.

"Rais, I want to show you something" said Aman and took something in his pants pocket. Rais who saw her felt strange. "What is this, Aman?" ask Rais. "This is Jack's life chip that I picked up" Aman said. "But why is it a regular square?" rais said he saw the chip shape of life.

"I don't know. All I know is when I saw Jack's body, this chip was still on. But when I unplug, this chip suddenly doesn't turn on anymore. Is this the same chip you got, Rais?" say Aman. "Hm.. Behold. Then later we try to turn it on again" said Rais. "okay!" Safe also keep the chip back in his pocket.

During her journey Rais and Aman meet Nora and Deni who are waiting for them both. At school, Aman still thinks something bad is going to happen.

Don who was sitting on the edge of the window of Rais' room thought of something. "Hopefully they didn't come down to look for Jack's whereabouts" Don muttered. He also looked up at the clear sky.

"This chip's not on, yeah!" said Don who noticed that thing. Aman answered her with a nod. "For a while don't turn it on" Don said again. "Why? It's not good if we turn it on and find out there is a detection device or not on this chip" said Aman.

"For a while, don't. Do you want that night to happen again? You guys turned on that chip. Although temporarily but still detected by Jack" said Don. Rais and Aman finally undo the intention.
