Elvan and his four younger brothers Aditya, Naufal, Fatih and Fathan have arrived at Naufal's mansion. Then they got out of the car.

By the time Naufal got out of the car and both his legs had already touched the ground, his body suddenly whipped. And swiftly Fathan who was behind him restrained his body.

"Naufal, what's wrong with you?" elvan asked worriedly.

"I-I'm okay?" lirih Naufal in a quiet voice but could still be heard.

"Are you sure it's okay?" tanya Aditya ascertained the condition of his sister.

They laid Naufal on the bed slowly. Then Kishan as an uncle and also as a doctor immediately examined Naufal.

"How's Naufal doing, Kishan?" ask Albert.

"For the moment it's fine. But I can't confirm it before further examination. So I suggest that Naufal be taken to the hospital for a check-up" Kishan said.

"Alright," replied Albert, who was staring at his youngest son.

Arsya was sitting on the couch. He was engrossed in his cell phone because Arsya was sending a message to one of his best friends to inform him about Naufal who had returned.
