Helena clasped her youngest son's hand tightly with unstoppable tears in a slightly trembling voice.

"Napril. It's Mommy baby. Open your eyes, boy! Eomma please."

Suddenly there was a shrill voice from Naufal.

"Eeuugghh." Naufal opened his eyes.

Everyone looked at Naufal with smiles and happiness on their faces as Naufal opened his eyes.

"Napril. What's sick, honey? Tell Mommy."

"Mommy, my chest hurts," complained Naufal.

Aditya pressed the button that was in his sister's nursery. Ten minutes later the doctor came with the nurse. The doctor approached Naufal and examined him. Naufal tried to open the oxygen mask that covered his nose, the doctor helped Naufal to release it.

"What do you feel now?"

"Pain and pain in my chest, Doc!" Naufal.

"How many times have you felt the pain?" ask the doctor again.

"This is the third time."

"alright. To find out what happened we will do further checks. Then excuse me first."

Naufal saw the faces of his parents and did not forget his sweet smile. "Mommy, Daddy! When are you guys coming?" ask Naufal.

"We just got to two hours ago, baby." Albert answered questions from his youngest son while rubbing his hair and peeping his youngest son's forehead.

"Sister. You guys here too?" naufal asked as he looked at his three beloved sisters.

"Yes yalah. You're our sister. How could we possibly calm down when we hear that you're going into the hospital again" Aditya said.

"I'm sorry. I worry you guys again. Must you guys be busting because of me?" naufal is accompanied by flowing tears.

"What are you talking about, honey? You never trouble Mommy, Daddy and your sisters. We all love you very much. You are the happiness of Mommy, Daddy and your three sisters." Helena spoke as her hands frolicked at the head of her youngest son.

"That's right, Fal. So you don't think weird." Elvan added.

"Napril. There are other brothers here too, baby! Don't you want to say hello to them?" suddenly Andhira spoke to his nephew.

A second later Naufal turned his gaze towards the 6 young men who had been focusing on looking at him.

"Sister. Are you guys gonna stand there? Don't you want to hug me?" naufal asked with a smile towards them.

Without wasting another chance, they ended up scattering around hugging their little sister and letting go of their longing all along.

"Naufal" they said together.

"Sister," replied Naufal.

"We missed you, Fal!" they speak simultaneously.

"I miss you too, brother!" Naufal answered her by showing her a sweet smile.

Everyone smiles happily.

No exception for parents. They are very happy, seeing their children happy.

"Eiem." Elvan berdehem deliberately menjahili happy moments of his sister.

"Tell my brother. What the hell's going on? Why did you faint? Brother wants to hear straight from your mouth, Naufal Alexander?" ask Elvan.

"Aaiiiissshhh! Brother! Can't brother give me a little happiness. I had just woken up, but brother had already attacked me with so many questions. Doesn't brother feel sorry for me? If you know this, mending I didn't wake up." Naufal nagged while whipping his lips.

They all smiled, seeing the funny behavior of Naufal when he interacted with his brother.

"Well!" Elvan took a deep breath. This time I'm gonna lose to you."

"Yeah! What are you saying, huh?! Again sick like this still had time to advise your own brother. Be brave now."

Elvan showed a sneaky smile and blinked her eyes at Aditya and Rayyan. They both understand.

"You must be punished, Naufal." They approached Naufal.

"groaning." The three of them tickled Naufal.

Those who witnessed the scene of these sisters could only smile and shake their heads. Especially Helena and Albert. They miss moments like this.

"Already, already. Don't you feel sorry for your sister?" albert smiled.

They eventually stopped their activities. And suddenly Naufal was in pain.

"Aarrgghhh!" Naufal held his chest. The pain came again.

"Naufal, what's wrong with you?" aditya asked frantically while rubbing his sister's hair.

Elvan pressed the button on the wall of Naufal's nursery.

"Honey. What's the matter, son?" ask Helena who was sitting next to her son's bed.

"Naufal" said Rayyan.

"Mommy. Sa-sickness, Mom. Aarrggh!" naufal's moans grew stronger until he shed his tears.

Everything turned into panic when he saw the crying Naufal endure the pain. And finally his consciousness took over his body. Naufal fainted.

"Yeah! Naufal, hey!" shouted Elvan while patting his sister's cheek softly.

"Naufal, wake up." Aditya and Rayyan were already crying.

A few minutes later, the doctor and the nurse arrived. You guys get out first. I'll check it out.

All of them came out of Naufal's room and let Naufal be examined by a doctor.

20 Minutes later, an open door showed the doctor and nurse exiting the room. Albert approached the doctor.

"How is my son, Doctor?"

"After I checked his condition. Your son has an injury to his chest muscles due to a blow or a hard blow. In the area around his chest there are bruises that cause pain. The pain may be felt when breathing in. I'm going to prescribe a medicine to remove the bruise on his chest. Usually within 1 or 2 weeks the bruise will heal" explains the doctor at length.

"Then what about the heart, Doc?" ask Helena.

"Nothing to worry about. His heart is fine. I suggest not to let this happen again. If until your son experiences this again, it could be his life as a bet. Then excuse me first" said the doctor.

"Thank you, Doctor." Elvan spoke while saluting.

"Oh yeah! You better go home and rest. Later you can come again here," said Helena.

"What Aunt Helena said was right. You must be exhausted. Naufal also needs a rest. If you are here, you will not be able to chat with Naufal. You see what the conditions are?" Andhira.

"Alright Auntie, Uncle. We'll go home and we'll be here again!" exclamation Ardian.

Helena nodded her head while smiling.

"Then I go home Papi, Mommy, Uncle, Aunt." Arsya is pleased with both her parents and her aunt's uncle.

"Then we went back to Albert. May your son recover soon. Tomorrow we will come again" said Agra Pratista and Daksha Carney.

Everyone has returned to their homes. Now these two families are Alexander and Ravindra. Andhira and her husband Felix decided to stay in the hospital.
