Fevers

The next morning everyone had gathered at the dinner table to perform their morning ritual of breakfast. The only one who has not joined them is the sibungsu Naufal Alexander.

"Oh yeah, where's Naufal? Is Naufal not awake yet?" helena asked when she did not see the existence of sibungsu.

"It doesn't seem like it, Mom." Aditya.

After saying that, Rayyan moved from her seat and headed for her sister's room.

"Come, Fal. You have to have breakfast." Rayyan still persuaded Naufal.

"Yakaakaakaakkk. You're such a fuss. My head's dizzy. And now let me sleep for a while. I won't die just from not eating!" Naufal, who closed his eyes and turned his back on Rayyan.

Rayyan was shocked when she heard the words from her sister. Especially when his sister said that his head was dizzy. Then Rayyan cupped her palm to her brother's silence.

"Jeez, Naufal! Your body is so hot!" shouted Rayyan.

"Mommy, Daddy. Naufal fever!" rayyan shouted from Naufal's room upstairs.

After a few minutes, Albert, Helena and her two sons Elvan and Aditya came to Rayyan and Naufal.

"Nowfal!" they cried out to Naufal's room, and they went to Naufal's bed.

"Aishis. Why are you yelling so much in my room?" naufal protest is still in a state of half-sleep.

Helena touched her youngest son's forehead. "God, baby! Naufal, you have a fever, son!" Helena was really panicking knowing her youngest son had a fever.

"I'm fine, Mom! Mommy doesn't have to be this way" said Naufal, whose eyes were still closed.

Elvan immediately contacted his uncle Kishan Alexander and asked him to come to the house.

Everyone looked worried and panicked towards sibungsu when sibungsu was just a normal fever. But don't be taken lightly. Naufal has a normal fever. If not treated immediately, it will get worse. Naufal is easy to get sick, easily tired. Unlike his three strong brothers and rarely sick.

Kishan Alexander kissed Naufal on the forehead and stood up from the bed.

"Yes already. Then excuse me. There's an operation schedule today. Take good care of my niece, brother" said Kishan.

Albert smiled, "All right."

After Kishan's departure. They looked at the face of the sibungsu. They've now wrapped up their beds.

Helena clasped his hand. Albert kissed her forehead. And his brothers still looked at his sister's face with guilt.

Five minutes later, a whimpering sound came from Naufal's lips, indicating that he was conscious.

They all smiled happily when they saw those round eyes open.

"Nufals." Helena looked at the pale face of her youngest son. While his hand was still holding Naufal's hand.

"Mommy," said Naufal.

"My head is dizzy, Mom!" answer Naufal.

Elvan took the drink that was on Naufal's bedside table with the medicine. And gave it to Naufal.

"Here you drink let the headache subside" said Elvan.

Helena who was still sitting next to her youngest son helped her youngest son to get up and lean his son's body on the head of the bed.

"Sister Elvan. Are you here too?" naufal asked when he realized Elvan's presence and received a medicine and a glass of drinking water from Elvan and immediately drank it.

"We're here too, Naufal!" aditya and Rayyan together.

Naufal almost faltered when he heard the voices of Aditya and Rayyan. Then the gaze turned toward his two brothers and his last Daddy.

Naufal frowned confusedly. "Why are you all in my room?" They just smiled looking at Naufal's confused face.

"We were all in Naufal's room because we heard a scream from Rayyan saying that you had a fever. So we all ran straight to your room" Albert said.

There was no response from Naufal. He was still silent and would not answer anything said by his three brothers.
