Chapter 30: The Operation Successfully

Her grandmother's surgery went well last night and is currently in the hospital for recovery. By morning, Nek Ira was awake.

Diana herself had recovered from her illness and immediately decided to take care of her grandmother after the surgery was completed at 02:00 this morning.

Diana opened her eyes heavily, as she sensed a hand rubbing the tops of her head gently, she vaguely saw her Grandma's face looking at her, she said, he stretched his muscles that felt stiff because he slept in a sitting position, several hours he slept in the hospital keeping his Grandma right next to his grandmother.

"Grandmother is awake? Finally Grandma also. Is there anything Grandma needs?" Diana asked very gladly that her grandmother had regained consciousness after the surgery last night and a few days before

Grandma Diana shook her head with a faint smile on her pale face.

"No, Grandma was just thinking how long Grandma had been lying in the hospital. What happened to Grandma?" Seeing her Grandma smile even though with a pale face makes Diana also smile, Diana grabbed her Grandma's hand and held it.

"Grandmother need not worry and fear anymore. Now Grandma is healed and can keep me company in this world." Diana replied with a tremble

"Grandmother can't remember. Last time Grandma's memory was at work, but why was it here? How many days has Grandma been here?" Still absent-minded Nek Ira

"Grandmother should not have much thought. Grandma just woke up and it's better to just rest again, yeah."

"I can't possibly tell you what's happening to Grandma right now. "I think Grandma wants to go home, Diana." Nek Ira's

"Therefore, Grandma recovered quickly, after grandmother healed let's go home with Diana." Nek Ira smiled again, nodding his head

"But, what happened to Grandma all this time?" Ask Nek Ira again will not calm down until there is someone who can explain to him why he could lie in the hospital

"Diana, you're here." The conversation of Grandma and the granddaughter was cut short when the voice of a man interrupted their conversation, which was none other than Doctor Jeremy

Doctor Jeremy came at the right time. It made Diana who could not yet tell the matter of her Grandmother become a little calm and could shy away from an answer for her grandmother.

"Ah Doctor, I've been here since 02:00 this morning." Answer Diana

Doctor Jeremy nodded his head understanding, he came with a nurse who was carrying some tools.

"alright. Thank goodness Ira was dead. How worried we were to see Mrs Ira lying weakly in a hospital bed. It's time for a checkup, ma'am." Doctor Jeremy said kindly accompanied by a thin smile from the nurse who came with him

Dr. Jeremy is not only close to Diana, but also to her Grandmother, Nek Ira knows that Jeremy has always helped her in the past, he also knew Jeremy had been involved in a love triangle with his mother Diana, and how good Jeremy was that never brought his painful past.

"Well if so. Grandma, Diana went to the toilet for a second huh, Diana wanted to wash her face." Diana's permission

Nek Ira nodded still with a smile on the tip of his lips.

Furthermore, Dr. Jeremy and his nurse did regular checks, such as checking blood pressure, injecting some vitamins, and asking a few things about his complaints.

"Mom don't think too much either." The nurse chimps while cleaning the tools, because the examination is complete

"really. And for now, I just stay the recovery period so that Mother's condition is more fit like a young person again." Reply to Doctor Jeremy while cracking a joke

Doctor Jeremy thought what Nek Ira was going to say was very serious, he signaled to the nurse to come out first and the nurse complied without asking.

"What's the matter, mom?"

"Mother ask you to tell me what happened to my mother all this time. How many days have it been and the cause could be here?" Ask Nek Ira who disturbed his mind and now asked Dr. Jeremy

"It looks like Diana didn't want to tell her Grandmother anything. He was reluctant to say everything that happened as long as his grandmother was sick." Dr. Jeremy speculated

"Aaggh... There is no Mother. I'm just tired and after a full recovery I can go home later." Replies

"Mom still can't believe it. It seems like something is hidden from Mom."

"Trust Mother. You already think of me as your own son, don't you. How could I dare lie to you with all my false diagnoses." Doctor Jeremy was convincing

Nek Ira's gaze was not fixed from a very deep view staring at Jeremy's bead with brown eyes.

"That's it. New mom is awake. For now don't think of anything unimportant."

Nek Ira complied and tried as Dr. Jeremy ordered not to think about anything at this time. But it feels very difficult.

"Mother ask for help, take Diana to eat, the child is difficult to eat if his heart is very sad. Her face looks pale and I know that the child must rarely eat, so please force her to eat, yes. The thing is, I don't know what's been going on all this time."

Doctor Jeremy threw a smile at his Grandma Diana, promising to take Diana to eat without objection. She knew Diana had just woken up from illness.
