Chapter 53 - Why should you ask for my help?

"Sierra, wait!" Laica stopped Sierra's move that was just about to take hold.

This day, the girl kept avoiding herself and Erina.

Sierra stopped his steps and turned to look at Laica who looked anxious because Sierra was angry for almost a full day.

"What?!" with an annoyed face.

"There's something I need to explain to you. I don't want us to keep fighting like this. So, give me a chance to explain everything."

"I don't want to hear any of your excuses."

"Come on, listen to me. You have to listen to everything so you don't continue to misunderstand."

Sierra snorted angrily then said, "okay, tell me!" With an angry face.

Laica pulled Sierra's hand and asked him to sit on the park bench available there.

Sierra sat with a sour face. Both of his hands were folded neatly in front of his chest.

"Say!"

"Actually yesterday I was leaving for where we made the deal. But on the way home to change my clothes, Shawn suddenly came and pulled me."

"Shawn?"

Laica walked down the corridor to the front gate and went home to change her clothes.

Like the promise he had made with Sierra, they would head to the bookstore to buy some of the books they needed.

Due to picket duty, Laica asked Sierra to come home first and wait for him at the cafe, and he would follow after.

"Why should I keep a picket in the middle of this cold air?"

"When the cold air like this is more comfortable if you go straight home and laze in a thick blanket."

Without warning, Shawn appeared and cornered himself. Leica spontaneously locked between his sturdy hands which now rested on the wall behind him.

"S.. Shawn.." Laica stammered when she realized who had just appeared and surprised her.

The handsome man before him fell silent without answering his sentence. He then pulled the corner of his lips to form a smirk.

"I need your help" he murmured.

"huh?" Laica looked at him with a puzzled look.

"Follow me!" Shawn pulls Laica and takes her away from school. The man took her into the car and left without explaining where they were going.

"What are you really doing? I have an appointment to see Sierra after school. Where are you taking me anyway?" chirping.

Shawn did not answer and chose to continue to focus on the streets until they finally arrived at a cafe not far from the school.

"We're talking inside" he said.

"But I really don't have time to…"

Shawn really didn't give him a chance to talk. He pulled Laica and took her inside the cafe.

Inside, they sat at a table located near the entrance. Shawn ordered a drink for him.

"I really need your help!" Shawn looked at Laica with a serious look.

"What kind of help do you really mean? Then, why do you have to ask me for help?"

"Because I can't ask for help from anyone but you. It's about Erina!"

"Erina?" Laica raised her original side confused.

"You know for yourself that I like him, and I'm trying to get close to him. And so, I asked for your help."

"What kind of help do I have to give you so you can get close?"
