"But, what do you really want to do with Erina? Why did you ask her to meet?" ask Sierra rhetorically. Actually he didn't have to ask about what Marciel was going to do. Seeing a flower that had fallen on the ground just now was enough to explain everything that happened that Marciel had feelings for Erina.
But Sierra did not want to conclude on his own. He wanted certainty by directly listening to Marciel's confession.
Instead of answering, Marciel remained silent. He seemed to be looking for the right answer to answer his question.
"There's just something I want to tell him, that's all." Marciel.
"What's? Why should it be today too? Isn't there something you want to talk to Erina about you can do tomorrow at school?"
"I wanted to talk and take him for a walk. But I guess I'll have to postpone my plan first." Marciel turned her focus back to the cup in front of her.
Sierra speechless. His eyes were staring straight at the men sitting right next to him with gloomy faces. There was something he was hiding, and it could be seen very clearly.
Marciel, why don't you want to tell me the truth? But everything is clear. I can see that you actually want to express your feelings for Erina. But why are you hiding it from me? Sierra.
...*...
Sierra halted his steps in front of his classroom door as soon as he accidentally saw a man standing alone inside.
Sierra peeked out from the entrance. He rounded his eyes as soon as he realized who the man standing inside was.
"Marciel," muttered Sierra.
"What's he doing?"
Sierra silently watched the man's movements.
Marciel was standing near the table that Erina used to sit at. From inside the coat bag she was wearing, Marciel took out a chocolate bar which she then put on the table.
I don't know what drove him until he decided to go in and find Marciel inside before the man actually left his classroom.
"Marciel!" his call which in an instant made the man's body petrified in his position.
"What are you doing here?" Sierra's approaching.
Marciel turned her body slowly. His face seemed to be trying hard to hide the panic that hit him.
"Sierra, you've come.." he said.
"What are you doing in my class?" Sierra glanced towards the table. That reflex made Marciel misbehave.
"Are you.." Sierra pointed the chocolate on the table.
"B... no! It's not what you see. I came to see Erina, but I couldn't find her, and I accidentally saw chocolate on her desk."
Sierra looked at him full of search. It was obvious that the man was lying, when he clearly saw what he was doing just a moment ago.
Sierra could even see cold sweat pouring down his forehead.
"K.. then I go to my class first" said Marciel who immediately left his classroom.
Sierra silently stared at the back of the man who kept stepping until his figure disappeared behind the exit.
He just keeps lying. But everything is very clear. I saw everything with my own eyes, his mind.
