Chapter 43: The Return Journey

Upon returning home, good food has welcomed us, of course all this was made by Yuri and her mother.

"It's delicious" said Lifa.

"All of these ingredients were chosen by Leona so they're all delicious."

"No, for me who cooks it great" I said.

Honestly, it's been a long time since I've tasted home cooking.

Lena said to me after putting the vegetables on Sofia's plate until she puffed her cheeks.

"Leona are you crying?"

"It's so good, so good."

Yuri and her mother just smiled gently at me. I don't know why I taste the food my mother made before.

After lunch we all started looking for the whereabouts of Grandma Yuri, since the wolves had already been defeated we could freely leave without having to be afraid anymore.

"How's it?" I said towards Sofia who was standing on the tile of the only house in this forest.

This house is the home of Grandma.

"Nothing."

Yuri and her mother went to another place with Lena, while Sofia and Lifa checked this place out.

When I thought about giving up, Lifa's voice preceded me, she shouted away from the side of the house.

"Leona did I find something?"

Sofia came down from the tile and I walked over to Lifa who was crouching while checking the footprints below.

"From her footsteps it's obvious this old woman, 150 cm tall, is fat."

He probably has esper abilities. Without waiting any longer we all followed my footsteps up the ravine, there were a few wolf legs from the other direction allowing that the owner of this trail was being chased by them.

Lifa gave off her panic expression.

"Could he have died from falling into the abyss."

"We have to make sure first, Sofia tries to go downstairs."

"Well, Leona."

As we waited with worry, Sofia again carried the grandmother in her hands.

At least she was fine, I carried her on my back and took her with Lifa and Sofia to her own house, in their front yard there too.

Yuri who saw us ran over quickly, while her mother and Lena caught up from behind.

"grandmother?"

"He's fine, how much better if from now on he lives with you both."

"I'd like to but.." Yuri's mother stared at the house behind her.

"If that's the reason I'll just take the building? Please take grandma."

"Good."

I approached the building and placed my hand on the side wall and lifted it lightly until their expression paled.

This house has precious memories.

"Let's go."

In order not to damage the road I was on, I jumped on a tree several times, then on top of the building before I finally put this house next to Yuri's house.

I used gravity magic which made me lighter.

After preparing for departure, the grandmother who had previously fainted had returned to consciousness, she approached the train with her family.

Yuri and her mother bowed their heads towards me.

"Where are you going?" ask the grandmother.
