Why is He Running?

Gina, Princess, and Lila were excited to see the good looks they had in their sight.

Currently Gilang walked leisurely towards the fried rice seller. His uniform looked disheveled but it made his domineering aura visible. He was very indifferent to the gazes of others around him, as if he was already used to being the center of attention.

"Hey!" Beni quickly shouted out a call towards Gilang, making the three girls who were stunned return to their consciousness.

The princess quickly corrected her feminine demeanor, Lila immediately let out a charming smile, and Gina returned to her lazy and indifferent look. They keep their appearance as good as possible and seem to be attractive girls.

Gilang turned his gaze to Beni in surprise. He looked to the right and to the left before being convinced that he was the one who was called.

Holding a plate of fried rice, Gilang walked towards the table containing the four people.

"Call me?" Ask Gilang while pointing at himself.

Beni noticed Gilang's appearance from top to bottom and went back up again. He frowned dislikely as he looked at the three girls sitting with him seeming to be paying attention to the mischievous disciple. He had absolutely no idea what was good about this disciple other than his slightly appreciable face.

"You're Gilang?" Beni asked in a sour voice. His tone of dislike could be heard clearly.

Gilang nodded confirming Beni's words, then glanced towards the twelfth class emblem that was on Beni's sleeve. "Hm, I'm Gilang. What's up, brother?"

"You Gilang? What a coincidence, I'm Lila. We've met before at the gate." Lila quickly let out her voice before Beni revealed her goal.

He seemed to think for a moment, but did not remember his meeting with Lila. But he still nodded, "Yes, hello Brother Lila."

Gilang's gaze immediately fell onto the other two girls.

The princess looked calm and sat sweetly without making her voice. She smiled faintly at Gilang, revealing her feminine side. "I'm a Princess."

"Sugar." Gina said briefly with probing eyes. He looked at Gilang with an unfriendly gaze making Gilang feel uncomfortable.

Gilang nodded in return, he was already familiar with the girls who wanted to get to know him. But this time there was only one aggressive girl, her gaze returning towards Lila who was smiling sweetly. But Lila's aggressiveness is just like her natural nature without the usual form of attraction she gets.

"Ekhem." Beni coughed softly, turning everyone's attention towards him. "You, do you know me?" Ask Gilang.

Gilang looked straight at Beni's familiar-looking face, but he didn't remember it. Honestly, Gilang shook his head, and asked soberly. "Whose brother?"

Beni stared intently at Gilang, his dream to attract attention and fame so easily snatched away by the child who had just entered a few weeks ago. "I'm Beni."

Gilang's gaze instantly froze, he suddenly recalled someone he should not have been able to forget.

Beni saw Gilang's reaction and continued his introduction, "I'm the Chairman of OSIS at this school."

Just when he heard the word 'OSIS Chairman', Gilang immediately put his fried rice plate on the table and ran away lightning-fast from the canteen. His actions made the four people at the table stunned in shock, especially Beni who had just finished speaking.

Beni did not expect Gilang's reaction to be this big and quickly stood up and ran in Gilang's footsteps.

The three girls at the table looked at each other cluelessly.

Gina casually took out a plate of fried rice and ate it while thinking. "What's wrong with them?" He said while putting a mouthful of rice into his mouth.

"Maybe he ran away because he got caught truant." The princess hesitated.

The princess let out a long sigh, "I don't know, I just feel embarrassed in front of Beni. I'm afraid I'm mispronounced and look ridiculous in front of him."

"Why should I be ashamed? Just look at Lila, she keeps talking nonsense with Bambang shamelessly. Next time you have to learn from Lila." Gina's advice sincerely.

Lila did not dodge and nodded in agreement, "Love is like that, there is no need to use logic. If shame continues, how do we get close to the person we like?"

The princess sighed softly, "I can't, I'm nervous in front of Beni."

Gina looked at the fried rice before her, and put a mouthful of fried rice back in her mouth. "It's weird." He murmured slowly but could still be heard by his two friends.

"What's so weird?" Lila asked who tried to focus on looking at Gina but her gaze always fell on the fried rice.

Gina did not care about her best friend's hungry gaze and only answered briefly. "Say, he's weird."

"You mean what's weird?" The princess also did not understand, she asked with interest.

Gina looked at her two best friends alternately in annoyance, "Remember well, the new student is always making trouble. He once hit a teacher and just now Beni said that the boy also likes to hit the members of OSIS who want to catch him."

Princess and Lila were instantly enlightened, they quickly discovered a strange part of Gilang's side.

Silang, that naughty student dared to hit the members of the OSIS and even the teacher, but why did he run away when he heard the introduction from Beni?

"So you think he's afraid of Beni?" Ask Lila.

Gina nodded, "I'm sure, her expression said that."

The princess immediately smiled, "Of course! Beni is very powerful, has a leader aura and is respected by many people. Of course a rogue disciple like Gilang would be afraid of him. Beni is so handsome!"

Gina and Lila ignored the Princess' speech which was very over-dosed. They were busy thinking about the real reason for it.

Just then, Gina suddenly thought of a strange idea. "I understand. Beni and Gilang used to be best friends."

Lila raised her eyebrows, "But why did she run away? And Beni doesn't seem to know Gilang either."

The princess nodded, "Yes, earlier Gilang also asked Beni's name. They can't possibly be acquaintances."

"Listen to me!" Gina put away the empty plate from before her and went back to talking. "Beni and Gilang were close friends, one day Gilang betrayed their friendship, put Beni in trouble and put deep hatred on her."

Princess and Lila think hard in search of the continuation of Gina's story.

Lila flicked her finger and said, "Ah, I understand. Feeling guilty, Gilang goes out of town to avoid Beni. Bring all his regrets and frustrations. He started a new life there."

"Keep Beni had an accident and suddenly forgot about Gilang. Years have passed and Beni has undergone rapid body changes. When they meet, they forget their faces. But their names are stored in each other's deepest memories." The Princess ended the story.

Gina nodded confirming the story of their creation. But suddenly a question popped into his head. "But why did Gilang run away when he found out Beni was the Chairman of OSIS?"

The three of them thought again.
