Gossip in the Rain

The rain that had stopped came back to wet the earth. The rushing sound that became a melodic melody is now sending people to a dramatic past.

Eight young men and women who had finished group study were sitting in the living room waiting for the rain to stop. With the help of rain, it made the atmosphere gloomy and quiet.

"You live alone?" Ask Beni curiously.

Gina leaned lazily on the sofa, her legs stretched out straight on the glass table. His eyes drooped lazily staring at Beni, making everyone who saw him stricken with drowsiness.

"I live with my dad. But he went to— on work. Now that I'm alone, sometimes housekeepers come to clean and prepare food, they don't nap, hoaaam." At the end of his speech, he yawned long. He still cannot remember where his father went.

Beni nodded in understanding, she stared around the room and felt a little sorry for Gina. "It must be very quiet."

"And comfortable." Gina continued, she smiled obliquely when she saw the concerned look from Beni's eyes. "It's the palace and I'm the queen. It's very comfortable."

The others stared strangely at Gina, it was Fafa who voiced his thoughts first. "meaning? Isn't this too quiet and broad? If it was me, I would have stayed at Fani's or Dinda's."

Gina doesn't know who Fani or Dinda is, but she's lazy to question him, she's just retaliating. "Alone at home, if you're crazy, no one will know. It's fun."

Vino nodded in agreement, "Yes, I sometimes feel free when my family leaves to leave me alone at home. It's like a house of your own."

That was when Beni understood, he also immediately agreed. "Ah, I get it. That's fun."

Only Lila and Princess knew what 'craze' meant by Gina's words. The two of them glanced at each other then gave Gina a meaningful look. Gina simply chuckled amusedly in response.

Everyone immediately turned their eyes towards him and invited him to ask. That way, Fafa's gaze immediately fell on the Princess and Dion. It made the Princess and Dion feel uneasy and a bad premonition struck.

"I heard that Dion shot the Princess in public and was rejected, is that right?" Ask Fafa carefully.

The Princess and Dion immediately glanced at each other looking at the reaction to each other. When their views met, they quickly threw away each other's faces. It did not escape the sight of others, as if justifying Fafa's words.

Dion had just wanted to deny, when Beni replied enthusiastically. "Yes, that's right. I didn't expect back then that Dion would shoot the Princess. He didn't even tell me first."

"Hahaha, it turns out that Dion is the type who secretly drifts." Vino Canda.

Dion's face was covered in black clouds. "It's not what you think."

The daughter who felt guilty towards Dion, immediately followed Dion's denial. "Yes, it's not what you think. I didn't reject Dion in public, but in private. All you hear is untrue gossip."

"..." - ".Dion looked at the Princess with a complicated look.

The princess returned Dion's gaze and gave a sweet smile as if telling Dion that she would help Dion and would not embarrass him.

Gina giggled amusedly, she spoke up to drive away her guests. "The rain has stopped, it's time for you to go home."

That's when they realized that the sound of rain had disappeared, until they one by one said goodbye and went home to each other.
