Marrying a Classmate

Marrying a Classmate
Ch. 7: Why Should Myria?

Myria was stunned at the talk of Space. He couldn't respond spontaneously like that. His two eyes only blinked as if he realized that he was not dreaming.

“Why are you even dumb? Relax, I know myself enough, really, if I'm the brand gini not pantes for lo.”

“What do you mean, Kasa?”

“Lo time does not understand, My?”

Myria shook her head. The words of Space were like a riddle to him. He who rarely paid attention to the behavior of his friends in class, asked to think? Myria did not.

“That's it if you don't understand. Backhunting, rain hunting.”

Forced continuously, Myria could not stand it. He finally got on the motor slowly by holding a hodie attached to the Space body.

“Why, anyway, guys like to ride this bike? There's a gang too. Kan, ribet.” Just now that the butt landed on the splat, Myria had protested. Space that wants to start the machine, willing to delay in order to hear.

“Ribet make lo. Make me and the others.”

Getting such unfriendly answers, made Myria turn the eyeball. He no longer spoke and asked Angkasa to rush forward the vehicle.

“Where are you clocking up recently back?” In the middle of the trip, Angkasa opened his helmet while talking. He occasionally glanced at Myria from the left rearview.

“By work.” Myria in the back replied casually without shame. There is no prestige in his life as long as it is still on the right path and does not violate the rules of religion. The 18-year-old girl has long been forced to live the way she is without feeling burdened.

The space fell silent for a few seconds after hearing the answer. He thought back to what was just said. Was the question wrong? She was worried Myria was offended. However, the guy remembered that his classmate was a cheerful figure who impressed very kind in class.

“Dapet not?” Space continued to ask. One hand loosened to lower the speed of the vehicle and looked back at Myria from the rearview mirror.

Myria shook her head even though Angkasa was not facing her. He folded his lips briefly and just replied, “Not yet. Difficult to find work.”

Myria's answer can be a nod from Space. The guy refocused on the streets that looked darker because of the cloudy cover of the sun. It was late afternoon, but the weather was like late afternoon. After all, he did not want to ask any further and intrude on Myria's privacy.

“Myria!” Just when it reached the boarding house and Myria was about to open the fence, Angkasa called and took off the helmet. He said again after finding Myria turned around, “ Lo want to work in my bokap office? But I have to talk to him first. Actually ...”

“Not necessary, Kasa.” Myria answered directly.  “We are still in school, what can schoolchildren do if in such a company? I'm looking around here first, maybe there is. Thanks, yes, already give me a ride.”

Can be rejected, Space is not likely to force. He fell silent in front of the boarding building while looking at Myria's recently closed room. The girl's grim face makes Angkasa want to get closer so that he can restore Myria's smile like before.

“From the many girls who often admire me, why should you elo, My? Why I'm the one who messed this up should like a girl like lo. Why?”

Stocked distance. Like black and white, maybe it's the parable that's on the head of Space. Myria is a girl who is never strange, while she is a wanderer and far from obedient. Let alone the level of obedience, he understands religion but is not able to pursue it at all.

The dark sky turned blue, minutes to hours kept changing. Some days Myria accompanied Friska looking for work, but in fact it is not as easy as buying candy. Food supplies and money also thinned, Myria head increasingly dizzy thinking of solutions.

Amidst the confusion, Myria was startled by someone's arrival. He immediately closed the book that was not read at all despite having been silent on the library bench for almost half an hour.

“You ...” Myria's words hang unresolved. He looked at the face of the girl in front of him with a slightly puzzled expression.

“Gue, Erica. You must know, right? Can't you sit here?”

“Lo alone?”

Again, Myria looked over. He nodded with a faint smile on his lips.

“Gue denger lo again looking for work, huh? Want to work in a catering business nyokap I do not?”

Myria was stunned to hear that. In his mind, he asked where Erika could tell what was needed now. He remembers not telling anyone but Friska and Space. So, who among the two people is koar-koar?

“Kok, you know? What ...” Not so continue anymore, Myria did not want to carry the name of Angkasa in the middle of the chat. He hasn't made sure it's true or just a baseless conjecture.

“Gue knows, there is your classmate who is chatting with my classmate. Well, my class team was getting info from that child, he said friend lo who ngabarin.” Erika spoke so fluently while giving an image to Myria. She who always looks beautiful does not erase her bright smile from earlier.

Got a good offer, maybe Myria should thank you right away. However, for some reason, he was silent as if his surprise could not just disappear even though he had an explanation.

Erika who was in place was still looking at Myria's face. He took out a paper and wrote something. “Nih, my number.” The paper was thrust slowly towards Myria. “Lo can tell me when to accept this offer. I have no intention, just seriously want to help. At once, make add temen.”

The small paper containing the row of numbers was stared at by Myria. He is still silent without saying ‘iya’ or ‘not’. Until finally, the class bell rang and Erika pulled him back to the classroom.

Unmitigated in approaching, Erika accompanied Myria all the way to class. The friends who were already inside immediately paid attention when Erika came in and said goodbye to Myria.

Just as she was about to reach the doorway, Erika crossed paths with Space. He greeted, but the attitude of his former lover was ignorant and immediately passed by as if he had seen nothing.

Still in a strange mood experienced by Friska and other friends, Myria immediately pulled. Friska preparing to interrogate, “Why can Erika be with you, My?”

“So met at perpus.”

The sky sits quietly in the back. He glanced at the two girls in front of him while stealing hear what was being talked about.

“Since when does he like to perpus? What a coincidence to meet you? Keep your distance, My.”

Myria sighed. Nothing yet, Friska was already suspicious. “Friska, Erika well, really. He came to nawarin job earlier.”

“Hah?” Friska jumped until her stool almost moved backwards. His shout invited the attention of Angkasa who had been eavesdropping since. Seeing that Angkasa was paying attention, Friska directly faced the guy, “Kasa, why is your ex deketin Myria? I don't want my best friend to be brought to the complexity of your relationship, yes.”

Space almost answered. However, the teacher of the lesson had already arrived first. And then, he kept quiet again.

Time keeps rolling until the night is delivered. Having just finished writing a chapter of her writing, Myria was interrupted upon a knock at the door. He quickly got out of bed and looked at who was coming.

“Kasa!” Myria's two eyes opened perfectly. “What's up here? Mother who told?”

Yes, Myria's call to Lady Nasita changed like another boarding boy. After all, he himself asked.

“Kasa,” call Myria in slow voice. He saw the face of Angkasa who had a flat expression without even answering a single bit.

“It's the same I let you be safe, Myria. Let you do not need to bother thinking about work and can focus on school.”

Since then, space has been silent. However, once she spoke and replied, she successfully silenced Myria's mouth.
