“Doctor, how is my wife doing?” Daniel moved from his seat.

“Are you family of the two patients who are inside?” the doctor asked, looking at Shabira and Daniel in turn.

“Yes, we are his family,” Shabira and Daniel replied simultaneously.

“Two patients experienced a critical and blood overload. We have blood for one of the patients. But, for the other patient we do not have a blood stock.”

“Take my blood,” says everyone in the room.

The doctor looked at the faces of the people who were now surrounding him with a worried look.

“The blood type I need is O positive. Which one of you has that blood type?”

“I,” replied Shabira.

“What else is there other than this woman?” The doctor again asked Luke and Biao.

Everyone shook their head slowly, as they did not have the same class as what the doctor asked for.

“Alright, follow this nurse. He'll take your blood in that room.” The doctor looked at the nurse standing behind his body.

“Mari, Miss.” The nurse took Shabira to the blood donation room.

“I'm sorry.” The doctor turned his body to enter.

“Wait, Doc. Among those men and women who need a blood donor.” Daniel looked at the doctor's face closely.

“A man. Both patients must undergo surgery at this time. If not ...”

Kenzo out of IGD, “Do whatever's best, Doc. Save both my friends. Whatever the cost requested, I will pay.”

“We will try our best.” The doctor came into the room.

“Kenzo, how are you doing?” Daniel approaches Kenzo's body.

“Only small wound.” Kenzo looked at the back of Shabira who disappeared from behind the door.

The IGD door was wide open, two brangkar came out carrying the bodies of Serena and Zeroun. Daniel ran up to Serena's gurney he looked at Serena and Zeroun's pale faces in turn.

“I'm sorry, because I didn't make it in this mission.” Kenzo's face turned sad.

“Don't blame yourself like that.” Daniel also lowered his head. His mind drifted back to imagine the faces of Serena and Zeroun who were now fighting their lives in the operating room.

One Gold Dragon bodyguard appeared with a paper bag. Give the paper bag to Kenzo.

“Bos, this is the shirt you requested.”

“Thank you,” replied Kenzo slowly.

“I have to change clothes,” Kenzo moved from his seat. Carrying a paperbag containing his clothes and Shabira.

Operating Room

Surgeons and nurses gathered around Serena's bed. Not far from where Serena some surgeons and nurses also surrounded Zeroun's bed. Wearing blue clothing, masks and gloves.

Daniel took a breath when he heard Kenzo's words. He knew what was on Kenzo's mind. Kenzo is concerned about Shabira's health as she now feels.

“Give me!” Daniel took a bottle of the drink from the plastic bag Kenzo was holding. Sipping the drink to quench the thirst that he had been feeling since.

Kenzo smiled before taking a bottle of the drink and sipped it quickly.

Several surgeons and nurses came out from inside the operating room. Daniel and the others immediately ran to get close to the doctor. Their faces were still covered in fear.

“Doctor, how is my wife doing?” daniel asked, holding the doctor's arms.

The doctor smiled, “The operation went well. We've managed to get the bullet stuck inside Miss Serena.”

Daniel took off his hand, “What happened?”

“I'm sorry, Sir. I cannot save the fetus conceived by Miss Serena.” The doctor's face turned sad.

Everyone was shocked when they heard Daniel's words. They never thought that Daniel could take the bad news so calmly.

“Patients will soon be moved to the outpatient room. You can meet him there.” The doctor patted Daniel on the shoulder slowly.

Everyone was shocked when they heard the doctor's words.

“What do you mean, Doc?” Kenzo looked at the doctor's face questioningly.

“Shabira and Zeroun have no relationship whatsoever. How could you say they're brothers?” Kenzo held Shabira's hand.

“I'm sorry, sir. But, the lab results will not be wrong. Miss Shabira and Mr. Zeroun are indeed siblings. We've checked their DNA results both.” The doctor was still firm on his stance.

“This is impossible,” said Kenzo slowly.

“Are you sure of your words, Doctor?” ask Daniel with a serious face.

“I can do the next DNA sample if you don't believe.” The doctor smiled with confidence.

“No need, Doc. We will ask this directly to Zeroun.” Kenzo pulls Shabira's body into his arms.

“What really happened?” shabira said in a very slow tone.

“We'll find out soon after Zeroun wakes up.” Kenzo gently rubbed Shabira's shoulder.

The operating room door is open. Several nurses took Serena and Zeroun's gurney out of the room. Pushing the gurney toward the patient's ward. Serena and Zeroun have improved. Just waiting for Serena and Zeroun to wake up.

Serena and Zeroun's room is located side by side. Daniel and Biao are in Serena's room. Shabira, Kenzo and Luke accompany Zeroun in his room.

The atmosphere is very quiet. Daniel grabs Serena's hand and kisses her gently.

“Build sweetheart. I miss your cherry laughter so much.”

Biao could only stand still behind Daniel. His heart was also shrouded in sadness, when he saw the state of his master.
