Eps. 52 In Pursuit

Alden and Kyra finished preparing and they were on the bus at the moment. Alden saw the street view outside the bus.

Kyra wears her sunglasses and puts a headset on her ear and plays music.

“Why are we on holiday to a faraway place ?”alden looked to his left side and looked at Kyra.

Kyra who felt the man talking as he was immediately took off one of her headsets.

“Ha... ?”Alden repeated his question, staring at Kyra.

“Ya.. if the holidays are far away. I heard Cleveland is a beautiful place, suitable for you who are indeed vacation photos and also I have never been there.” Kyra replied with a smile. He put his headset back on and listened to music.

Alden didn't have much to do, and he kept looking at the street from the windowpanes.

Kyra looked at Alden who was just daydreaming staring at the streets, pulling his body leaning against the chair. Then he pulled out a head seat and put it in Alden's left ear.

“Sit down, relax and listen to this song.”ucap Kyra while shifting closer to Alden.

Alden just kept quiet, according to and tried to listen to the music played by Kyra which made her sense of tension reduced.

Cleveland is a long way from Ottawa and close to Atlanta. After three hours of travel, they finally arrived there.

Kyra walks excitedly down from the bus and into the location.

“Wait don't leave me !”alden shouted running after Kyra who was walking fast and lost in the crowd.

“greb.. !”Alden pulled Kyra's hand and grasped it tightly after finding the girl.

“It looks like you're so excited. Don't go far from me, I don't know at all this place.”ucap Alden looks a little scared.

Kyra just smiled at Alden and pulled him towards the ticket reservation. After booking the ticket, they both entered.

The first resort they visited was Metropark, a park with a variety of flowers that grow there and bloom beautifully.

Kyra immediately ran to see a flower bed that grew in various colors. He got into the middle.

“Alden...take a photo of me now.”ucap Kyra from a distance. Alden pulled out his phone and took a picture of Kyra.

“ckrek...Alden took photos of Kyra from various angels.

“Alden... get here fast ! Let's take a photo of both of you !”kyra called Alden.

Alden then ran and stood beside Kyra. They both took photos in various poses.

“Oh... The photo is beautiful..!”.kyra said looking at their photos after they finished taking pictures. And just this time Alden saw the girl smiling like that.

After exiting the Metropark area they entered the Edge Waterpark area, an ocean with several houses surrounding it. There are several gondolas rented there on the edge.

“I want to ride it, let's go there.”ucap Kyra pointed at one of the gondolas, immediately ran and climbed.

“She said I was on vacation.. but why was she the one excited from earlier?”.inner Alden looked at Kyra with a faint smile.

He immediately went up to the gondola. Alden took the paddle and started rowing.

“You paddle first, later if you are tired I will replace you.”ucap Kyra can not wait to surround the resort.

Alden started rowing. Kyra sits next to him and takes a picture of them, then sees the scenery there as the gondola has already walked around our work.

Alden felt the atmosphere become silent instantly and he could hear the sound of water in his paddle.

“bleb... blep.Alden saw his past memories. He saw some men coming out of a room with their bodies and putting them in a car.

“clack.. !”the car door closed and the car immediately slid into a deserted street.

“klak...”The car door opened again and some people had taken it out of there.

A man in black clothes was holding his body.

“Poor young master. I can't help her much, maybe this will reduce the medicine given by madam.”ucap the man took a medicine out of his pocket and gave it.

“Edwin... What are you doing ?”said a man who saw the action and tried to remove the medicine that was in the mouth of their young master.

“I just feel sorry for the young master.”ucap Edwin pulled his partner back and he immediately threw their young master's body into the river.

“byur.. !”Alden suddenly regained consciousness after feeling the gondola he was riding swayed as if to be turned upside down because he rowed so quickly.

“Alden... stop.. !”.Kyra's shout immediately shifted behind Alden and holding his hand stopped the man rowing.

“haah... haah.Alden took a deep breath and then turned around. He hugged Kyra who was rowing.

“Kyra. I saw him.. They threw me into the river.”ucap Alden still hugged Kyra trembling.

Kyra simply patted Alden on the shoulder to calm the man down.

“Calm down..it's just your past.”bala Kyra smiled a little because it turns out the advice of a psychiatrist turned out to be fruitful.

Kyra pulled over the gondola they were riding and took Alden down from there. They both then entered the Bedfort resort, a resort in the form of a waterfall that is between the rocks with a bridge that stretches in the middle.

Kyra and Alden stood on the edge of the bridge and gazed towards the abyss below them and turned to settle towards the waterfall in front of them.

“Come road.”ucap Kyra leaves Alden and walks over the wooden bridge.

Alden followed the girl on the bridge, but she was afraid to walk while looking down and continued to hold Kyra as she passed the bridge.

They then went around looking at the view from above. At another resort in Cleveland, Victoria's men break into the place in search of Gavin.

“This is also not there, maybe I have to go to another resort area to look for him.”ucap a man in all black clothes and wearing sunglasses after searching.

The man came out of the Museum Park resort and headed to Bedfort and combed the entire location there.

The impatient Kyra walked over quickly and left Alden far away.

From the front side Alden felt that someone was watching him.
