KISS NOTE
TEN: Part Three

Seunghoon ventured to knock on the door of President Choi's room. Hearing the door of his study knocking, President Choi told the person across to enter. He still did not take his eyes off the documents he was examining.

“Presdir.” greet Seunghoon nervously.

Chairman Choi averted his gaze and saw Seunghoon standing before him, “ I thought Kang Daesung who would come first turned out to be his son who came first.”

“Come in, Seunghoon.” Reciprocity.

Seunghoon arrived before president Choi, “Do I really not get to see Seunghi?”

“If your father hasn't come to me it means he still hasn't realized his mistake. I don't want to take any chances, Seunghoon. Your sister must really undergo treatment until she recovers without interference from anyone.” It was clear that President Choi sounded calmer unlike the other day in the hospital.

Seunghoon let out a heavy sigh after hearing President Choi's explanation, he was quite disappointed.

“Kang Seunghoon.” Call President Choi when Seunghoon will walk out of his room. Chairman Choi stood up and approached Seunghoon. He patted Seunghoon's shoulder gently.

“If you don't mind, tell me everything.” President Choi smiled like a father to his son. Seunghoon stared intently at Choi and began to think that the father of his best friend was a good person despite having a bad temper as Seungyoon.

Five years ago.

“No want! I don't want to be locked up, Dad. Mother, help me. Oppa.” cried Seunghi as President Kang forcibly pulled himself towards a room that would be used to lock him up.

“Log in!” force president Kang.

“Dad, why are you doing this? Let go of Seunghi, Dad. This is not true.” Isak Seunghoon who was 21 years old at the time, he tried to block his father with his body.

“DIAM!” snapped President Kang while removing Seunghoon's body from his presence.

Chairman Kang still pulls Seunghi into the room while Seunghoon who falls because President Kang did not give up on saving Seunghi. Chairman Kang had the bodyguards who were also there pull Seunghoon and hold him down and even gave orders to beat Seunghoon if he rebelled. In the confrontation, Seunghoon is beaten by the bodyguards but the guards of Kang's president make a mistake, beating Seunghoon's head until fresh blood flows on the side of his face and knocking him unconscious. Seunghi who saw the state of Seunghoon could only cry without a sound, she said, his knees were too weak to make it easier for President Kang to pull his body into his room and Seunghoon's weak body disappeared from Seunghi's view as the door was closed by Kang's president.

The next day, Seunghoon steals the keys to the room where Seunghi is from the office of president Kang. With his head still bandaged, Seunghoon opens the door and grabs Seunghi's hand to take him out. But Seunghi's words stopped his steps.

“I'll wait, Oppa. I'll wait until Dad accepts me again.” he said with eyes wet with tears. He does this not without reason, Seunghoon is the main reason Seunghi decided this, especially now that Seunghoon is still wearing bandages to cover the wound on his head.

“Seunghi.” Seunghoon said in a weak tone.

“Please, Oppa. You must understand Dad's feelings, what happened to me will only embarrass him.” Seunghi says it with a restrained sob and it hurts more and more for Seunghoon.

“Stop, Seunghi.” Seunghoon said softly.

“We just follow the wishes of A—”

“STOP, Kang Seunghi!” snapped Seunghoon. He cut off Seunghi's speech.

Isakan Seunghi broke, he knelt down and his voice filled the room, “I don't want to see you get hurt like yesterday, Oppa. We just follow Dad's wishes. I beg.” Seunghi put his palms together. The girl was begging Seunghoon.

Seunghoon was surprised to see Seunghi kneeling while pleading with him. Her chest grew increasingly tight, no one could hold back her tears from not coming down to see Seunghi's sacrifice. He can only hide. Seeing no response from Seunghoon, Seunghi took the key hanging from the front door and moved it to the back door and slowly pushed the door shut. Seunghi locked himself in from the inside. It's too late for Seunghoon to stop Seunghi, even though he tried to bash and break into him but didn't produce what he wanted.

“Open the door, Seunghi-ya. Please, don't be like this. Open door! Oppa will protect you. Open the door, Seunghi-ya! OPEN DOOR!!” Seunghoon banged on his door so strongly that his gedor became weak.

Both Seunghoon and Seunghi can only cry from their respective places.

“Since then, Dad always told me to learn all things related to the company. He made Seunghi a tool to make me obey his wishes and I have no power but to follow his wishes. I did everything I wanted just so Seunghi could get out of there, but no matter how much I tried, I couldn't even match Kwon Taehyun. That's why Seunghi has been in there for over three years. It was all my fault, President.” Seunghoon. He could not hold back his tears because all the events were still clearly recorded in his head.

“Presdir, I still don't want to meet Dad.” said Seunghoon slowly.

“Five more minutes tell him to come in.” Answer president Choi.

“You, hide. There's a door near the bookshelf, go in there and wait until your father comes out of my room.”

Seunghoon follows Choi's lead, while President Choi returns to his desk and waits for the arrival of President Kang while re-examining the documents on his desk.

“Hyung.” greeting president Kang was a bit hesitant when entering the room of president Choi.

Chairman Choi did not return his greeting, he only gave instructions to president Kang to sit on the sofa in his study. When President Kang was seated, President Choi contacted his secretary to prepare tea for President Kang and then sat down on the sofa.

The atmosphere became silent as none of them started the conversation. Maybe he wants me to start it – inner president Choi.

“Haaa! How long are you going to shut up, Kang Daesung? What were you thinking all along, huh? How can you do that to your own son?” Chairman Choi began to speak. He did not raise his voice as before. President Kang just bowed silently.

“Covering it for more than three years. What made you do that?” still suppressing emotions.

“Project Anyang.” Short president Kang.

“Project Anyang? The project we worked on six years ago?” President Choi asked confusedly.

Chairman Kang only answered him with a nod, he started to raise his head, “I used the money from Anyang Project stored in a Swiss bank to pay the money to shut up on a Japanese Yakuza.” Evidently.

“How can you deal with them?” Despite trying to examine President Kang's explanation, President Choi did not understand Yakuza's story relationship with Seunghi.

“I killed the delinquent who raped Seunghi and I just found out that two of the delinquents were the niece and granddaughter of Watanabe, the greatest Yakuza Leader in Japan. When Watanabe found out, he asked for some money in exchange for the lives of his people.” replied President Kang. A tone of annoyance and regret clearly sounded chime in his voice.

“Why can you be so careless, Kang Daesung?!” President Choi's voice is rising.

“I can't let them do bad things.” President Kang replied.

“WHAT BAD THINGS ARE MORE? YOU ARE THAT BAD!” Jerak president Choi.

“NOT ONLY IS MY FAMILY IN DANGER BUT THEY THREATEN TO PUT YOU IN DANGER. YOUR FAMILY, YOUNGBAE HYUNG FAMILY, JIYONG HYUNG FAMILY, EVEN SEUNGRI FAMILY.” President Kang's voice was no less big, his face was already wet with flowing tears.

“You guys have nothing to do with this, then on what basis do I put your lives at risk?” his tone back down, president Kang felt his choice back then was the best. Chairman Choi did not give a response, he felt the burden that had been carried by President Kang and he did not know.

“I raised Seunghi with great difficulty, looked after him and made sure he grew up well not to be abused by those bastard children, Hyung. That's why you don't have to think twice about killing those sons of bitches.” continued President Kang sobbing.

"How dare they touch my dear daughter. Even if time goes back around, I will still do the same. Anhi, I will kill them more vile than I have done, Hyung". Tangis President Kang.

Chairman Choi just kept silent to see President Kang issued a burden that he had been harboring all this time alone. Letting Kang's president cry was all he could do right now while thinking about all the new realities he knew from his best friend.

He locked up his daughter so that he could run his business to pay a debt to Bigbang Corp, because if this disgrace is exposed then there is no Kang group that now especially he not only protects his family and company but also protects his best friend's family. That is what makes President Choi powerless to hold back tears that dariadi gathered in his eyes, as well as Seunghoon who dariitadi listen to all the conversations of president Choi and his father.

Don't consider yourself a friend if a single tear you can't understand. I am not their best friend because I can only whine at their attention and understanding without learning to understand their feelings. If you find someone who first understands you without you asking, then you have to hold that person, because he is the one who will be your best friend.
