Vol. 03 Chapters. 44: Asmara

For a few days, Azn struggled in breaking Layha's heart. Although Archela continues to force Layha to immediately hasten her relationship, Layha denies and balked until Archela resigned with Layha's decision.

"You changed your hairstyle?"

"Then? Is something wrong?"

"No, it's just, why all of a sudden?"

"Hmmm...."

Like it continues. The chat begins with Azn's self who realizes the changes happening to Layha's body. No matter how small the changes Layha makes, constantly can be easily known by Azn.

Layha deliberately did this so that she herself began to open her heart but, each Azn realized the change in appearance, somehow she was always embarrassed after Azn said what was different from Layha's self every day.

<"Stop all this stupidity!!!"> said Archela who was annoyed by what she saw.

"Shut up!!!"

<"Ugh, whatever, I'll give you time.">

"You sure?"

<"Sure, you know, I think seeing a stupid drama like this is not bad, either,"> said Archela then he quietly did not speak again.

"What should I do?"

When Layha was about to ask Archela, Archela just kept quiet without giving any answer to Layha.

"I'm alone?" said it. Responding to Archela who just stayed and watched from the inside, Layha stood up to do her daily activities. Like, working as an adventurer.

His career as an adventurer, he just started 3 years ago when Archela urged himself to strengthen himself. However, Layha rarely takes on missions to complete in an adventure. Instead of adventuring, Layha prefers other jobs, such as robbing and stealing.

Right, robbing. Robbing is easier than adventuring while defeating powerful monsters. When robbing, the ability needed is only the agility and speed of the perpetrator of the robbery so that he is not caught by the citizens. In one robbery, Layha often get approximately 3-4 gold coins in one robbing someone.

"It's healed?" said Layha one morning after seeing Azn who was stretching her body.

"Although it hasn't fully recovered yet, this is enough!" he said with a excited face.

Layha seemed unconcerned by what Azn said. He is only grateful that Azn has recovered even though he has not fully recovered.

Even so, when Layha saw the stretching movements that Azn did, she was fully convinced that Azn had recovered.

Which means, it's time, Azn finished the promise he made along with Layha. The promise that Layha will be willing to be Azn's wife if Azn is able to make Layha fall in love with her.

"You want to go for a walk?" asked Azn with a sweet smile.

"As far as you know, treating a woman with the money she has, means nothing!" said Layha who then stood up and then got ready.

"Don't look! If you turn around, I'll hit you!" layha said, then she began to change her clothes behind Azn.

"Just relax, I think I have money. Although, I didn't know it was still valuable or not" said Azn, who kept her eyes closed until Layha allowed herself to turn around.

"Eh, then grab it! Know it? Women need more time to get ready before leaving!" layha told Azn to take what she meant.

"All right.." with his eyes closed, he tried to fumble and find out where the door was. After finding the door of the inn room, Azn immediately came out and closed the door tightly.

According to Layha's orders, Azn went somewhere using a teleportation portal. Azn left right after she came out of the room.

As long as he's gone.... Layhas.....

<"Why did you just let go of him?!! What if he runs away?!"> shouted Archela who said she just wanted to watch what Layha experienced from a vacuum.

"Archela.." said Layha in a soft tone.

<"Um?">

"Please, let me do it my own way" Layha said with a thumping heart.

<"...">

Not answering Layha's words, Archela just kept quiet and did not want to talk about anything with Layha.

<"When is he back?"> already one hour Layha waiting for Azn's return from somewhere. Layha was worried that Azn was actually running away from her. He was worried that Archela would judge him all-out to become bones if Azn did not return.

<"If you say it's a horror, although I know this is your first love affair however, he's a good subject. In order to facilitate a strong human race like yourself, it takes two people with the same conditions and complement each other,"> said Archela advises Layha.

"What exactly is your plan?"

<"It is not yet time for you to know everything but, if everything works out until we get a suitable descendant, I will tell you.">

"Promise?"

Waiting until about half an hour passed, Azn still did not return. Layha, worried about Azn's condition, intends to search Azn to where it is possible, but Azn is there....

"Udah?"

When Layha opened the door of the inn room she rented, she was so shocked that she was limp after seeing Azn standing in front of her.

"Why?!" Azn panicked with Layha who suddenly fell in front of her eyes.

"Hahaha, asshole" Layha said with a pretty creepy smile.

"Layha?!"

"If you're at the door, why don't you just go in!!? How worried do you think I am about your condition?! You haven't fully recovered, I think something happened to you. You should know that!!" layha snapped while tightly holding the clothes Azn was wearing.

"Layha?!"

"Damn it.." cried Layha who hugged Azn.

"Basar crybaby. I won't go far from you."

"Whisper!"

"Did the devil whisper something bad to you?" ask Azn while trying to calm Layha down.

"No...."

"Don't lie."

"...."

"Yes. I know that. Take it easy, as I promised the other day, I will start trying to live as a human being in general. Family, and have children and grandchildren. The world has been much different compared to when I first came to this world" Azn said.

"In the past, this world was filled with blood stains, the cries of the humans who lost their family members, the chaos that occurred when the demons attacked, and so on. I'm glad I managed to put an end to it all and be woken up in an age where everything has been peaceful, safe, and prosperous."

"Archela told me that as well" replied Layha who was still languishing in Azn's arms.

"Then don't cry anymore."

"Who's crying!" bentak Layha's.

"Yes-yes...."

"...?"

When Layha said that with a smile that was so alluring, instantly, Azn's heart began to beat fast. Seeing Layha's beautiful smile that smiled at him, somehow it made Azn's heart feel like pounding.

Although Azn is now more than 100 years old, what he felt earlier, he had never felt before. Heart pounding with love, Azn has just experienced it for the first time in her life. Previously, Azn had never felt it included in his home world.

"What~? Are you fascinated with me?" seeing Azn who was silent while thinking about her heart pounding, Layha suddenly had the desire to tease him.

"Yes... I just realized, why can I be fooled by the words of the King of old?" azn then patted Layha on the head and rubbed her.

"Collapsed?" layha said with a curious look.

"Yes.. but, please do not ask much, it turns out that the money there is a little.." said Azn while scratching his cheek.

"Basic no modal~. All right, forget about the money, let's just spend some time together?" layha said with her hand out and looked back.

"Yes! And, I think you better change your clothes."

"Huh?"

"No, it doesn't match your appearance. I'd rather you wear your clothes everyday, even if your belly is open, and your tights are short, but I think you're better suited to wearing that suit than a dress," azn said while imagining Layha's previous appearance.

"Oh...."

"Yes... Anyways...."

"You want to tell me I'm not fit to wear a dress?!" in a furious tone, Layha said to Azn while looking intently at Azn with a horrible smile.

"No!!!! Don't be angry! Please listen to me!" when seeing that Layha looked angry there, Azn suddenly looked for a way to calm herself down.

"I heard it, I heard it well. You said I was no longer fit to wear a dress. That's what you say, isn't it?!" layha said with a terrifying atmosphere, slowly starting to approach Azn.

"Layha?!"

"..... Never mind, if we keep this up, when are we going on a date?" forgetting Azn's words just now, Layha who was lazy to come out, went back inside to change her clothes.

"Remain standing there? Coming in!" fearing Azn would disappear again, Layha reluctantly allowed Azn to go inside even though she had to change clothes in front of Azn.

"No need to close your eyes or turn your back on me. I know you're interested in my body, so don't half-look at me. I've accepted you" said Layha, who started taking off the dress she wanted to wear to go on dates.

"It's not a matter of me wanting or allowing it. The problem here is, why aren't you more vigilant? You woman, you should be taking better care of your body so that not many people see."

"Well, who said you liked the way I dressed?"

After Azn was silent, Layha then continued what she had done earlier. After his clothes were changed to his daily suit, the two of them went on a date around the city until nightfall.

If bored, they go out of town to see the wild. Layha who leads, when out of town, Layha shows some of her favorite places that she had found during exploring.

Like, a lake, a vast meadow in the middle of a jungle forest, and so on. Layha is very enthusiastic when showing the place where she found during the adventure.

"Yahhh, I think you're right. If I put on my dress earlier, automatically we can not play chases on the tree," said Layha happily considering what she had done earlier with Azn.

"Rest for a while, then keep taking a shower."

"I know it~ by the way, rather than wasting time, what if we take a bath together?" layha said flirtatiously teasing Azn who was nearby.

"I'll just go later."

"Is that so? Yeah..well."

Then, Layha went to the bathroom of the inn which was on the ground floor of the inn, precisely in the backyard of the inn.

During Layha's bath, Azn, who was in the room, relaxed her body and thought about what the two of them had done together. Not infrequently he smiled when he thought back to how Layha's face during their date.

"Well, I'm not a hero anymore. I'm just a human being right now" Azn said, waiting for Layha to finish her shower.

After finishing, Layha returned to the room and told Azn to take turns bathing using the lodging bathroom. Azn then took the clothes he bought while dating earlier to change his clothes that had been dirty and smelly.

<"You look happy even though you initially rejected it,"> said Archela who saw everything from the inside.

"Yes, you're right, I'm really having fun."

<"Happy to hear it, however, don't get too carried away with pleasure.">

"I know that. By the way, thank you."

<"On the basis?">

<"It's nice to hear, then, doesn't that mean you have a lot of debt to me?"> said Archela with the intention to joke.

"Well, much. I know it. I can't promise that I can pay for everything but, at least, as long as we're together, I'll follow what you want in my own way."

<"Good... Now, take off your shirt and get ready!">

"I'm tired ~. Can I do it tomorrow?"

<"Say you want to pay the debt?">

"Yes, you didn't hear me wrong. It's just, you forgot the sentence, in my own way."

<"Wait, Layha?!">

"Good night, Queen of the Devil. I'll always count on you," then, Layha fell asleep not long after she closed her eyes.
