"Dad, Mother, I feel the need to reveal something" Edgar said in a weak voice.

The two old men looked at him attentively, giving him room to talk.

"I knew the truth about what happened that night. About my best friend who kidnapped and hurt me, as well as an unexpected pregnancy," Edgar continued in an emotional tone.

Mr. Abraham and Ms. Clarissa looked at each other, revealing shock and pain in their gazes.

"I decided to forgive my friend, even though his actions were very wrong. I want to restore our relationship and try to understand the reason behind his actions" he said.

Mrs Clarissa added, "Edgar, this is a noble move. We all make mistakes in life, but what matters is how we learn and grow from those experiences. Let's rebuild your relationship with your best friend and give each other support."

Edgar was relieved to hear the support and understanding of his parents. She feels compelled to take positive action and restore the relationship with her best friend.

A few days later, after the two patients' condition in the ICU improved slightly, the family gathered to discuss plans for the future. They want to take advantage of this moment to invite others to do good and prevent violence.

Ms. Clarissa, as Mr. Abraham's wife, was instrumental in assisting the reconciliation process. She became the main supporter of her husband and tried to understand the feelings and worries that were in his heart. In every difficult moment, Ms. Clarissa was always next to Mr. Abraham to give her unconditional support and love.

At the same time, Farel and Abraham spoke privately. Farel expressed his admiration for the figure of the father who had only known him from afar.

"Dad, I know we've walked the wrong path. But I want to embrace a better future, with you by my side" Farel said sincerely.

Mr. Abraham pondered for a moment before finally grasping Farel's hand, "You are my son, and I want to be the father I can have. Forgive me for all my past mistakes. Now it's time to mend our relationship and build trust between father and son."

Farel smiled, happy to hear his father's words. They both realize that their journey to reconciliation will not be easy, but they are committed to trying and improving their relationship from the beginning.

The sincerity and commitment of all family members brings positive changes in family dynamics. Although there are still trials and challenges to face, they begin to feel the warmth and love long lost within their family.
