"Chairman, we managed to catch that kid who liked to snatch the money!"

"Great work! Hold him until we get there."

"Good chief!"

Giovanna turned off her phone and put it in her jacket. He looked towards me.

"Kaira, looks like we don't need to go around anymore. Apparently the boy's been captured by my friends."

Why would he do this to a child?

"Next what will you do to him?"

"Of course punish him so that he doesn't dare to do evil anymore."

I really didn't think Giovanna was this kind of person. At first I thought he was a good gang leader for protecting the weak and defeating the bad guys. I salute him. But this time it was a little different, he was completely indiscriminate when dealing with bad people, even though it was children.

"We must leave now chief! It looks like it's going to rain soon!"

Claudia felt the rain drops begin to fall from the sky.

Apparently the two of them had prepared 3 umbrellas just in case it would rain, and they lent me their umbrella.

One of the "Black Flames" members reported to Giovanna.

Giovanna said that in a loud voice.

Is he serious about taking out a child who doesn't even know how to tell right from wrong?

"Yes Kaira?" Giovanna turned to me.

"You why?" Claudia also looked at me.

"Would we just let go of the boy?"

I finally said it too. I immediately remembered what happened this morning. A father who welcomed his son home by giving a warm embrace, showing how much affection for his son. Right now, maybe he's worried because Daven hasn't come home yet.

"What are you talking about Kai? We can't just let go of it."

Claudia refused my words.

"Are you kidding me? Haha."

Giovanna thought I was joking with her.

In the middle of our conversation, some members of the "Black Flames" escorted a boy here.

It's not wrong that kid is Daven.

"Daven?"

"Sister?"

He saw me and spontaneously called me "Sister".

"Son's the one who brought papa's side dish home."

"You know each other?" Ask Giovanna to me.

"My house is next door, so we're neighbors."

"Los neighbors? This is going to be a lot easier."

Giovanna approached Daven, pulled his hand and dragged him to the corner of the building.

In the midst of heavy rain, Daven experienced cold because he was in a wet and humid place. He also sneezed a few times while hugging himself so as not to get cold.

Giovanna's eyes were intimidating. His aura turned scary.

It seems Daven has reached his limit. His eyes were already half-closed, he almost fainted from the cold.

I can't see him being treated like that.

"Tell me where you hid the money!"

Giovanna forced him again.

"You know? Other children make money from their parents' sweat. The money they make is not something that is easy to get, even if you have worked hard though. That's why you shouldn't have taken their money."

"I-I won't tell you!"

Daven insisted on not telling him where the money was.

Giovanna let out a long sigh, wagged her hair and began to stretch her body.

Gio pulled Daven's hair firmly in front of him.

"Arghhhhh.." Daven screamed in pain.

Giovanna tightened her grip on Daven's hair.

"I did this for my papa."

He pulled Daven's hair so hard that he cried out in pain.

"Don't joke with me. You think this is funny?!"

I can't allow this any further! This way Daven could get hurt.

"Stop it!!"

I said it out loud making everyone in the place look at me. I am now the center of their attention.

"Why him? Wrong eating?"

"He's the one the chairman brought in."

"Bikin' shocked at girls."

I heard some people start talking about me. But that's not what's important now!

Giovanna was looking at me sharply.

"What do you mean Kaira?" Giovanna asked me in a serious voice.

Was he angry at what I said just now?

"Maybe you mind taking it off, but her father is waiting for her at home right now."

"What care am I about that?"

He answered my words harshly and pierced. If I'm honest, I'm offended by the way I respond to my words.

"His father was waiting for him to come home. Can't you explain it a little? He was just a child who still knew nothing about good and evil. My bole-"

Not done talking, my words were cut out by Giovanna.

"You.. It's so noisy." His tone and aura changed again.

His emotions were clearly on his face. He looked at me sharply.

"Kaira's.. Do you want to duel with me?"

Du-duel with Giovanna? I'm not sure but when I saw her fight with Julien on that day. I felt tension in him. This guy is so strong!

"I don't want to duel with you!"

"Then this is how it is. If you can get past us-"

In an instant the members of the "Black Flames" lined up and took positions to their respective places.

"-and amused me in the duel. I'm gonna let go of this kid."

Joanna. He just challenged me to fight him.. Not only is he alone, but against all members of "Black Flames".

Claudia also took a standing position beside Giovanna.

"Chairman, are you sure you're going to deploy all the children just to attack one person? It's not our style." Claudia asked Giovanna hesitantly.

"Today we will punish 2 people. You all get ready!" Giovanna just said that in a loud voice.

"READY CHIEF!!"

Shouted the entire members of "Black Flames" in unison.

Right now I have doubts about myself. Am I able to defeat them all?
