You're In My Grips

You're In My Grips
Chapter 14

Dara tried to calm Diana's grandmother, where maybe she could bear to let the granddaughter of the owner of the mansion sleep outside and strangely the grandmother only knew her one. It was not easy to persuade the old woman, a changing attitude due to old disease suddenly relapsed.

"Grandma, they're Erick and Alan, your grandchildren." Dara tried to convince Diana's grandmother.

"My grandchildren? I don't have grandchildren like them." Deny Diana's grandmother who felt she was right and they were wrong.

While outside the mansion, some servants and guards could only hold back their laughter. Erick seemed to think how his grandmother could forget him, although senile always recognized him.

"How did my grandmother not recognize me? And here's only Dara she knows." Erick rubbed his face rough, not knowing how other than to accept.

Suddenly Alan laughed out loud while holding his stomach, the amused look of misfortune also befell his older cousin.

"You why?" erick asked frowning.

"It's so funny, how could grandma not recognize you? Isn't this very interesting."

"Damn it, shut up and stop laughing." Umad pissed Erick.

"I'm sorry, but I can't ignore this. After Grandma knew Dara, you were forgotten."

"You want to die, yeah" Erick was so upset to hear every rant from his cousin.

In a very busy morning, Dara's routine goes back to the beginning. Accompanying Diana's grandmother and asking Erick to leave in order to grant the request of the old woman who wants to go for a walk.

"But Dara has to work in the office, Nek." Gusar Erick's.

"Heh, he's my friend and my nurse. I'm so bored in this fancy shack, and I need to clear my old brain." Clearly Diana's grandmother was staring at her eldest granddaughter.

"But what about my company?"

"Take someone else, like you don't have any other employees."

The end of the small debate was won by Diana's grandmother, as hard as Erick tried to fight over Dara. "Yesterday grandma just came home, is that still not enough? At the age of grandmother now it is better to stay in the mansion alone."

"Then? I'm so tired of the atmosphere here and I need something new."

While Dara watched the difference of opinion and desire, she also agreed to take Diana's grandmother for a walk rather than working in the office and back in the difficult.

"If grandma wants to go for a walk, why did you forbid it?"

"Because I'm his grandson." Erick did not accept the words that Dara said to him.

"I must have taken care of Diana's grandmother very well."

"But__."

"Enough, I still want to go for a walk." Grandma Diana ended.

Erick sighed and nodded resignedly, he was very worried about the health of the grandmother and what if his senile disease returned. While Dara understood how chronological the grandmother was when they met, she thought that the old woman had escaped feeling distressed by her eldest grandchild.

Erick stared at the departures of those who had begun to move away, immediately pulled out his phone calling someone.

"We will carry out the master's order."

Worry also filled Erick's head, but he could not see his grandmother was sad and ran away like before. Having no other choice, he rushes off to the office, he packed schedules and important meetings with the owners of foreign companies.

Dara pushed down on Diana's grandmother's wheelchair, the old woman longed for a breath of fresh air but her legs would not be able to walk. He took her to a flower garden filled with play children and elderly people who were spending time together.

The first sight he felt after so many years, the pressure from Erick who always did not let him out of the mansion under the pretext of his grandmother's health, was, moreover, senile diseases arrive without knowing the time and place.

Grandma Diana smiled on her wrinkled face, a very beautiful sight and also many elderly people there. Seeing children playing gave rise to one small wish, at his age that could be anytime an angel called his life-breaking, he was eager to see his great-grandson. He laughed at the thought of having a great-grandchild and playing together, the mansion would be more colorful with the sound of crying, pranks, and laughing children.

Dara caught it, crouched down to equalize their height. "What does Grandma like? Sorry, I brought Grandma here." He asked for opinions.

"No need to apologize, this kind of sight is what I'm looking for, not possessions." The grandmother answered focusing on the children playing.

"It looks like Grandma is interested in children compared to Grandma's age friends."

"Huh, what did you say?" ask Diana's grandmother who didn't hear it.

"Grandmother prefers children."

"You know, my age includes bonuses and it won't be long to pick up. But before that, I want to see a descendant of Adelmo junior, want to see all my grandchildren marry the right couple and have children. I always prayed to God to give me a long life, a chance to play with great-grandchildren." She said as she wiped away the tears, something she never told her son or granddaughter. How not? His two children were always busy with their affairs, as well as his grandchildren. Old age requires family not matter anymore, but no one understands it.

"I pray that Grandma's wish will be fulfilled."

Diana's grandmother grabbed Dara's wiggly hands, putting great hope on the girl.

"Grandma needs something?"

Grandma Diana nodded slowly. "There's been so much I've seen and understood the salt acid of life, you're the very good girl I've ever found."

"Don't praise me so much as Nek," Dara hid her face that blushed in embarrassment. "Don't we have to help each other, I'm just applying the teachings of the housewife."

"I should also praise your housewife, successfully educating you to be a kind and sincere girl."

"Grandmother could have."

Grandma Diana smiled as she stared at Dara long enough, seeping in her heart to marry off one of her grandchildren to her savior girl. "This girl should be my daughter-in-law's granddaughter, she's very kind and never even looks at people as well as her intentions are sincere." His inner.

Dara stood up again and pushed the wheelchair towards the children who were playing also greeted him.

The aura she had had managed to lure the children and one of them dragged her hands and brought her along to play together, while Diana's grandmother laughed cheerfully at the adorable behavior of the children.

Some people watched them give reports to their boss, secretly took photos and sent them.

A sweet smile was seen on Erick's face, looking at his extremely happy grandmother. "I finally lost my anxiety." He muttered while re-inserting his expensive phone. He realized that Dara's presence made his grandmother happy because he knew what she wanted.

Erick opened the work drawer and took out a small red box containing the ring. "If you hadn't hurt me then, this ring would have been stuck in your finger." His mind kept that thing back.
