After the plane landed in Indonesia, Sian headed straight to the hospital by taxi. During his time in the taxi, Sian took the time to contact Bara. However, Bara did not lift it. Then Sian tried to send him a message.

“Alright doctor, I will bring the patient's family to the doctor now.”
“OK, I wait for you in front of the operating room now.” Said Sian who went straight to the operating room.

The nurse ran to see the patient's family. After meeting him the nurse immediately led him to meet Sian who was waiting in front of the operating room.
Arriving in front of the operating room, Sian was firmly silent when he saw the patient's guardian.
“Am I not mistaken see?” sian asked the nurse.
“No doctor, you don't see wrong. The only family the patient had was a 5-year-old boy.” Said the nurse.
Sian focused on looking at the boy who only had a knee-high height.
Sian slowly squatted in front of the 5-year-old boy.
Innocently the boy replied. “Raihan, my name is Raihan Sabian aunt.”
“Alright Raihan, auntie wants to talk important to Raihan now about mama Raihan.”

Then Sian entered the operating room. Before actually entering the operating room, Sian sterilized himself first. Then he put on the robe he always wore when operating.
After everything was ready, Sian stepped into the real battlefield room.

“Already doctor,” replied simultaneously Team who were on the battlefield.

Sian explained the patient's situation to his Team. Before doing this operation, Sian had first studied the condition of the patient. Sian had predicted everything, what would happen and what he should do as the operation progressed.

The nurse quickly gave the scalpel to Sian's hand. Without waiting long Sian underwent surgery at the place he wanted to be operated on.
During the operation, Sian remained focused. All this time, the operation was fine. When the removal procedure began, the operation was still going well. After removing the bone fragments, Sian wanted to close the hole tightly in the heart by sewing it. However, at the same time the patient had a sudden heart attack, as expected.
“Patient doctor has a heart attack.” Speak to the anesthesiologist.
“How much is his blood pressure?”
“110/68 mmHg.”
The patient's blood pressure is normal.
