"Are you introspection?"

The heavy, hoarse-clad voice rang out as soon as the door of the room opened displaying the figure of a middle-aged man dressed in a black shirt and pants matching his clothes.

The woman who sat at the end of the bed looked up at the man who was her husband with her eyes.

"Do you have to look at me like this just got home?"

Her voice sounded upset when she spoke to her husband. Julia Zale Franklin, wife of Benjamin Eldegar was unhappy with her husband's sudden arrival.

"I'm sorry. Work out of town has to be done so I've only got time to go home now"

Benjamin apologized sincerely. He walked up to his wife, then sat down next to her.

"Noise hasn't come home yet, has he? What did you tell him until he left the house like this?"

She asked. Straight to the core of the problem caused by Julia. His wife had apparently pressured their youngest son to the point that he was fed up with his own mother, so Noise had now run away from home and had not returned even after two days had passed.

Julia was silent. He felt not wrong in the slightest because what he did to Noise was a form of affection, he knew what he was doing so it couldn't possibly be wrong.

"I didn't do anything bad. What I did to Noise was for his own good, too, but he again wanted to do useless things with music and violin."

Julia paused her words for a moment. He was very upset when he found out Noise was really serious about the violin and the music world, for him the music world was not suitable for Noise and it would not give any advantage to his son.

"He wouldn't be anything if he dealt with music. The world is not fixed, I don't want to let him fight like those musicians"

Benjamin laughed softly. He disagreed with his wife.

"We don't know Lia's future. Maybe Noise can be a great musician all the time, even if he does not succeed in the field he wants we can only support him. That's our job as parents, supporting our child's wishes as long as it's good for him"

Julia remained silent. Still happy with his opinion. Benjamin knows, it is not easy to lower the high ego of the wife—after all that is the attraction of his wife.

"By the way, where's that daughter-in-law you're proud of? Is he not here to comfort you?"

Julia knew exactly who Benjamin meant. Fiona, the woman he had always been proud of was not there to comfort him.

Usually every Julia has a problem she can pour her complaints on Fiona, after which they will go shopping like a problem and then never happened.

"Where is he going when you need him? There isn't one, is there? He's not even busy, Julian's back in New York, but he's lost somewhere."

Julia mute. Can't answer Benjamin's words because he doesn't know where Fiona is.

Actually she knew that Fiona might just be sweet on the outside to her, but she closed her eyes and treated him well, giving her everything she wanted and spoiling the woman.

'But I can't hate him'

Simple reason. Only Fiona can be her listener when she feels lonely because her children are busy working, she likes to spend time with Fiona and tell her about anything.

"Noise is outside the door. He's waiting for you to talk, solve your problems"

"Isn't he not going home again?"

He asked in wonder. But in the depths of her heart Julia was happy because of the possibility that she could be forgiven by her youngest son.

Benjamin stood up and hugged Julia who was still sitting at the end of the bed, giving her a warm hug that she hadn't done in a long time.

"Lucas asked Elise for help to persuade him to return home. Thank God Elise can do it, you have to thank Elise later"

Elise. Hearing her name right now made Julia feel a different feeling, not upset and angry but that feeling turned into surprise and shame.

The woman he despised wanted to help him, he even bothered to persuade Noise when he just came home from work abroad which was definitely exhausting the body and mind.

"Elise, she turns out to be a good girl"

Benjamin chuckled faintly at the spontaneous utterance of his wife.

"You just realized it? Too late"

Julia pinched Benjamin's left stomach to make the middle-aged man laugh loudly, it's been a long time they're not kidding this small.

Benjamin let go of his embrace. He looked straight at his wife, then kissed Julia's right and left cheeks in turn.

"Talk to Noise. Listen first to what he wants, do not snap let alone interrupt his words before he finishes speaking. If you still don't like his wishes, discuss them together. I want you guys to get along again, isn't Noise the son you really want?"

Julia nodded in understanding. Apparently the high ego was willing to be a little low to solve the problem with the youngest son.

While Noise talked to Julia elsewhere. Elise is now talking to Benjamin, the father-in-law figure(?) Who treated him well.

Benjamin straightened up a little of his coffee before speaking to Elise. He smiled, a gentle and dignified smile that Elise thought was almost the same as her father's smile in Boston.

"Are you still willing to continue your engagement to Julian?"
