Chapters 1. Exchange Position

That afternoon, as usual, Rendy cleaned her body before returning home. The young man did not want to make his grandmother worry if he came home with a dirty and shabby appearance.

Not to forget, he also combed his hair to look neat and replaced his school uniform that was dirty and full of blood stains with new clothes that he always wore just to go and go home from school.

After looking like a typical High School kid he then pedals his bike back to his house.

On arrival at home he looks confused because the grandmother is not there. He looked for the woman in his backyard, but he also did not find the old woman there.

He came out and opened the door when he heard someone knocking on his door.

A neighbor came with a face so anxious.

"You must go to Ren's hospital immediately" said the woman with breaths

"What's wrong?" answer Rendy

"Your grandmother suddenly had a heart attack after receiving a call from your mother,"

Rendy took her bike and rushed to the hospital.

Upon arrival there a nurse immediately took him to see the doctor who treated the grandmother.

"Are you the guardian of the Official Lady?" asked the doctor, answered Rendy

"Then the contents of this statement," added the doctor gave a statement of willingness to perform the operation.

"Why should my grandmother have docking surgery?" ask Rendy

"Your grandmother had a heart attack that caused her to fall and cause bleeding in the brain. If she is not operated on immediately then most likely your grandmother will die. So it's up to you. Please fill in the form, after that we will take action," replied the doctor

Hearing the explanation from the doctor made Rendy immediately sign the statement.

"Then what about the cost of operating the dock?" ask Rendy

"You can take care of it to the administration,"

Rendy immediately walked out of the room and headed to the administration section.

"The operating cost is four million rupiah, but if you have BPJS can be partially covered" said the nurse

"If we don't have BPJS?"

"You have to pay in full" the nurse replied

"If now there's no what if tomorrow,"

"Actually it can't, because there has to be a guarantee,"

Rendy then took off her watch and gave it to the woman.

"Although this is not an expensive watch but this watch is very valuable because of the gift from my close friends, consider this as a guarantee, tomorrow I will make up for it," replied Rendy then rushed away

He then opened his grandmother's phone and intended to tell his mother about what happened to his grandmother to her mother.

But immediately he ignored his intention when he saw the photo sent by his mother to his grandmother.

"So this is what got Grandma having a heart attack??" Rendy immediately clenched her hands as she saw her twin brother Rendra lying in a coma in the hospital.

He then opened Google and saw the news circulating about his brother who was in a coma after being bullied by one of his school friends.

"So he became a victim of bullying at his school, why did the school just shut up?. Is it because Rendra comes from a poor family and the culprit is the son of a conglomerate to be free to commit heinous acts on him??. This can't be allowed I have to repay what they've done to my brother,"

Rendy then contacted her best friend, not long after a handsome young man came to see her.

"Can you help me send my grandmother?" ask Rendy

"What happened to your grandmother?"

"She's in surgery and I need money for her medical expenses" Rendy replied

The young man smiled wryly then whispered something to her.

Rendy frowned when she heard the advice of her best friend.

In the morning, Rendy follows Barra to the school shed. There they saw a gang of women eating female students and collecting their money into charity boxes.

The two then followed one of them who brought the charity box money.

As the man left, the two immediately poked out the door of the room and took all the money in the box.

"Crazy for a lot of money, how do you know there's such a rich gang from where?" ask Rendy

"My cousin, she happens to be their victim" Barra replied

"So Lo deliberately did this for their equal revenge!"

"Yoi," replied Barra then left the place with Rendy.

"How much, less to pay your grandmother's hospital fees?" ask Barra

"The number is only two million and a half so it is still less than one million and a half" replied Rendy

"If so let me pay the rest" replied Barra

"Thanks, man" answered Rendy and put the money in her pants pocket.

When the two were about to enter the class a group of students directly confronted him at the door.

"So he's the thief!" one of them looked at him

The man then approached Rendy and pushed her to make Rendy crash into the classroom wall.

Seeing that made Barra angry and rebuked him, "How dare you touch him, are you tired of living huh!" hardiknya with a loud voice

They laughed at Barra's words.

"Who he is makes us unable to touch him. Is he anj*ng that should not be touched because of unclean!" suddenly there was a boisterous sound of laughter from the students when they heard the man's words.

Rendy immediately approached Barra and forbade her from saying anything.

His eyes instantly turned red when he heard the man in front of him continue to make fun of him.

"Awas guys, there's anj*ng lest you touch it if you don't want to get rabies!"

Rendy instantly unleashed her punch towards the man until fresh blood poured from her lips.

"How does it feel to be hit by anj*ng!" rendy clasped the man's neck

The man immediately tried to escape from Rendy's grip, but his body immediately crashed into the entrance making all the students scream loudly when they saw him lying on the floor.

Rendy was now staring one by one the men's friends frightened them.

"Fortunately you are a woman to make me not to beat you up. But if I see you guys groaning let alone picking up students at this school then I don't hesitate to hit your pretty faces. Because there's only one person who can do that at this school except Rendy Satria!" the man then walked away.

He and Barra then head to the hospital to pay for her grandmother's surgery.

But at that time the doctor also reported that his grandmother was dead.

Rendy was saddened to hear the news, and at the same time she received a warning letter from the school in which she was suspended for one month for injuring a student.

The opportunity was used by Rendy to come to Jakarta to see the condition of her twin sister.

That night he and Barra sneak into the hospital's ICU room.

Seeing the critical condition of his twin, he decides to replace his older brother and asks Barra to take Rendra away from the hospital.
