"All right! First item! The technique manual of the second technique of the life seal is called the Living Doll!" Theo muttered, while carefully watching the worn paper scroll in his hand.

According to Tiankong, the life seal technique was one of the high-grade techniques that would still be useful to Theo even if he had ascended to a higher Realm.

Even in the records in his journal, some lord lords in the 100 main Realms, used this technique as a foundation to build their own civilization.

This is what makes Theo so interested in the Seal of life technique, if lucky enough, he intends to collect all series consisting of five sub techniques.

Theo's own intentions were almost halfway through as now he had obtained the second Sub technique of the Life Seal Technique, called the Living Puppet. He now has two series collections of this technique after having previously accidentally discovered the first technique manual called the Master-servant Contract in the library of the Hidden Village. Separating three more sub techniques he had to find to complete all of the series of Life Seal techniques.

"Hmmm.. All right, let's start reading the first chapter, or an introduction to how this lifelike doll technique works!" Theo muttered. He began to open the scroll in his hand with an enthusiastic face.

And after reading for a while, that enthusiastic expression that from the beginning was attached to his face, the longer it became.

In the opening chapter, it is explained that, anyone who learns the technique of Living Dolls, will be able to make something from inanimate objects to appear lifeless. By manipulating the Mana attribute of light, it assembles the Mana into a kind of artificial life that is later incorporated into inanimate objects.

"Hmmm... Pretty exciting! I think that fucking Ernesto also mastered this technique! It could be seen with him being able to make a group of Guardian guards that looked to have lives!" Theo muttered.

Now Theo understood why his Master had such high expectations for this technique. And when in the records of his Master's journal it is said that there are some Lord rulers in the main Realm using this technique as a foundation for building civilization, the, which was initially still a little doubt by Theo because he thought the Master was just joking, then now different again. Theo soon became completely undecided with his Master's notes after reading the first chapter of the Engineering Manual he had in hand.

Conceivably, the combination of the Gentlemen's Contract seal, which allows a group of people to be 100% obedient to the one who put the contract, so that it will be able to make an army that is loyal indefinitely. Added with the Lifeless Puppet Seal, it allows the owner of his technique to be able to build an army of lifeless objects just as the Golems and other Guardians guard the ancient Tower.

Just by the combination of these two techniques alone, it would be enough to build an incredible group of troops. Simply made as a foundation to build a civilization as written in the Master's Journal. Because obviously, the number of troops will be able to continue to be added.

Not to mention that it was only two techniques, when one mastered the other three series of techniques and completed all the techniques of the Life Seal. Then of course he will become an absolute dominant ruler. Just thinking about it, this time made Theo's chest pound quickly. Too enthusiastic.

"Hahhah.. It will be fun! I can't wait to make my own living doll!" Theo muttered, then began to put the old paper roll back on the table.

"Okay, second item! The main treasure of the second floor of the tower!" Theo muttered. Now he grabbed a hooded robe that was entirely blood red. It's a little creepy.

"Hmmm... Why does it still just look like an ordinary worn robe?" Said Theo, after watching the robe in his hand carefully for a while.

The hooded robe, other than its extremely domineering color, had absolutely no aura whatsoever coming out from it. Making Theo who from earlier examine carefully while flipping through the Cloak, now became very astonished.

Amidst the astonishment and confusion, he then originally tried to wear the robe.

*….!!!

And as soon as Theo put it on, a strange sensation immediately burst into his body. The sensation that emanated from the inside of this robe, felt extremely mystical.

The desire for power and wealth he felt so swiftly flowed from within Thomas' body. And once Theo focuses the mind, trying to calm the torrential flow of desire, it slowly turns into a hidden stream of fear. Where he could feel, the fat man who was currently unconsciously craving Theo absorbed. He is someone who has a great fear of betrayal.

The same thing happened to the three remaining Bandits, Theo now became aware of the hidden desires and also the most profound fears of each of these three people.

"Truly a mysterious item!" Theo muttered, taking off the robe. Making a flow of desire and fear that had from earlier rushed into his body, it now stopped instantly.

The event he had just felt that had to absorb all the desires and fears of those around him. Somehow made Theo's chest pound quickly. He also started to sweat cold. Absorbing desire and fear, really giving a strange sensation tends to be terrible to Theo.

"This item is quite useful, but it needs further research to understand the element of attributes present in it!" Theo muttered, then put the strange robe back on the table.

"Bright…! Alright third item!" Theo took a breath for a bit to calm down a bit before starting to pick up the third item which was the main treasure of the third floor of the tower.

"Hmmm, a pretty good weapon! Moreover, this has an S class!" Theo said, while playing an Ice spear in his hand.

"But I already have the Children of sin! So it's better that this thing is kept! It might be given to some friends!" Theo said, putting the Ice Spear back on the table.

"Fourth item! A map tear! I've seen a map tear like this before, and it's true!" Theo said, then began to raise one of his hands.

Along with the raising of Theo's hand, another paper tear, floated from one corner of the Castle's main hall. Fly fast into Theo's hands.

"Brighthh…! Totally fits!" Theo said, as he finished putting down the scrap of paper he had just picked up, right next to another paper tear he had gotten from the ancient tower.

"I have nothing to lose by buying this piece of paper at the Akbar Gaia Treasure Auction back then!" Theo muttered.

The paper tear Theo had just taken was none other than one of the strange items Theo had bought at the grand Gaia Treasure auction. This made Theo at first feel like he had seen a paper tear in the tower, because he already had other parts of the item inside the space-time bracelet.

"Hmmm.. A map! And it looks like this map is located in the South Region! Pretty far too! Next time I'll check after being there!" Theo. Back to putting the map.

"Okay, last item! The item that made the soul of a forger inside me churn violently from earlier!" Theo said enthusiastically. Then look at one corner of the castle. Where there are dozens of strange metal boulders scattered.

"Heavenly metals! Tens of tons of heavenly metals!" Theo.

The fifth item turned out to be none other than tons of heavenly metals. The metal used by Theo as the base material for the Winter Arrow of his brother Issabela and the Hydra Armor of Arthur.

"Hehhehe! I can't wait to do the forging!" Theo muttered.
