Bianca's heart is deeply saddened and guilt-ridden by Alvaro, as he influenced Dimas to have Dimas eliminate Joana immediately, not wanting Joana to ruin all of his dreams of taking control of the Alpha family's entire fortune through Dimas, and he's not very willing if Alvaro lives happily with Joana.

Bianca deliberately did it all because she did not want what she did for five years to be in vain, whereas she had to be willing to leave Alvaro, the man she loved so much, she said, for his obsession and greed. Bianca sat down on the chair beside the gurney, she cried holding Alvaro's hand.

"Al, why should you protect her? Why do you have to act this stupid for Joana? Until whenever I don't want you to get hurt for Joana. You shouldn't have come into this family in the first place, let us live each other's lives, because one day I'll definitely be looking for you, Al."

Once Bianca gets everything, she'll come back to Alvaro, which is what Bianca wants. But Alvaro has ruined his plans.

While out there, Joana is walking towards where Alvaro is being treated while thinking about her father's decision to entrust Alpha company to her, but even so she knows her father is unlikely to ignore Dimas. "Al, awake. I will not be calm if I see your situation like this, my heart hurts so much to see you hurt. Even I'm willing to lose Dimas and get out of the Alpha family for you, Al. Because I still love you. I'm willing to leave everything as long as we can get back together."

Bianca said that with all her earnestness, she was willing to leave everything behind, she was willing to leave the career she had been pursuing for the past five years for Alvaro, though it is possible that his position will be high because Dimas will still be part of the legacy and get some subsidiaries under the auspices of Alpha. Although Joana is leading the Alpha company as a whole.

So Joana recalls that when Alvaro asked her to eat with Bianca at a restaurant, Alvaro said that Bianca called him because Joana's phone was off, they acted as if they didn't know each other, but it turns out the truth?

Alvaro has had the heart to lie to her, toying with her life, so must act as if he does not know Bianca in front of himself, his father, and in front of many people. This makes Joana wonder what Alvaro wants from Joana? Is Bianca the reason Alvaro married her?
