"Why do you want to take me and my husband out to eat together here?" joana asked Bianca, after successfully swallowing the food in her mouth, because of Alvaro.

The question makes Bianca seem confused, she has to find the right reason for Joana not to be suspicious of him, she sits down, joins Joana and Alvaro. Bianca glanced at Alvaro who was staring coldly at him. "Emm... I.. I just want to be close to you as my sister-in-law, is that wrong?"

"But I don't..." Joana did not continue her words, because suddenly her phone vibrated.

Joana sees a phone call from an unknown number, who is it, but she has to pick it up, who knows there is important information.

Joana asks Alvaro for permission to pick up the phone call, "Al, I picked up the phone first." After saying that, Joana left the room.

Alvaro was actually very curious who called Joana, who knew it was a phone call from Dion, but unfortunately now he is with Bianca, he said, there's no way he's listening to a conversation between Joana and the person who called Joana, near Bianca.

"Why did you bring Joana here?" bianca asked, she strongly objected to Joana's presence, greatly ruining all the wishful thinking she had imagined when she was alone with Alvaro.

Bianca was caught off guard by Alvaro's reply. "Don't pretend to love her, I know you don't love your wife. You must still love me, right? Don't lie to your own heart, Al." Bianca said confidently.

Alvaro smiled when he heard Bianca's words, he only realized that he had been blinded by love, so Bianca still thought he was still crazy about Bianca. "Yes I love you."

Alvaro added his words. "But that was before. Now I don't have any feelings for you anymore."

As Bianca's smile faded, Alvaro's words made her heart ache, it was so painful. It was as if he had been lifted up high and thrown into the bottom of the abyss.

"I am willing to meet you not because I miss you, but to warn you, I know you are a very cunning woman, justifying every means to achieve what you want. Therefore never once try to injure Joana, you will face me!" Alvaro behaves as if he wants to protect Joana, as a very alert husband.

Bianca's eyes glazed over, it turns out that now Alvaro has made him an enemy, even Alvaro will install if anyone hurt Joana. It seemed that the man had declared war on her.

That afternoon, Bianca, Madam Nadia, and Dimas had discussed an evil plan to make Joana disappear from the face of the earth, according to them they better choose the safest way, since they were confident Joana would not stay silent, she would definitely go to great lengths to be able to become the successor of her father's company. Moreover, they suspect that Mr. Riki actually expects Joana to be the successor of the company.

"Better you don't have to interfere in this business." Bianca only fears Alvaro is being targeted by Dimas as well. Bianca doesn't want Alvaro to get hurt. Only Joana will be hurt or eliminated, but not Alvaro.

"I'm Joana's husband, of course I have to do whatever I can to protect her" Alvaro said steadfastly, saying in a cold, flat tone.

Bianca's heart ached hearing Alvaro's words, the words Alvaro used to say when Alvaro protected her from thugs. Now the words Alvaro recited, not for himself anymore, but for Joana, the man was now willing to do anything to protect Joana. Bianca did not want to hear it. Bianca is not willing if Alvaro is injured to protect Joana.

Alvaro continued, "And I will do whatever it takes to get Joana to get what she's entitled to, she's entitled to Alpha."

Bianca felt her breath feel suffocating in the chest, why should Alvaro be a hindrance to her. Two people who used to love each other why now have to be hostile? Because they have been stuck in different camps fighting for power between the two half-brothers, as if the story of Romeo and Juliet.

Bianca becomes curious as to whether Alvaro has feelings for Joana or not, though she hopes Alvaro does not have any feelings for her sister-in-law. "Why would you want to protect Joana, there's no way you would love her?"

Alvaro was speechless when asked like that, did he have feelings for Joana? Of course not, he will never fall in love with anyone again, including Joana, let alone Bianca. He was no longer interested in having a special relationship with a woman. Marrying Joana was a mission, not love.
