That afternoon at the cafe Carissa

"Where's Ma's cake ? good, right ? " Mayang asked the In-Law and answered with a thumb sign by him.

"It just so happens to be my friend Ma's cafe, nice guy, humble again".

The two women of different generations are now in the cafe owned by Carissa. And of course the friend that Mayang meant was Carissa who he only knew a few months ago when he was in the salon.

"This is he who has ", he told the In-laws when he saw Carissa coming from the back of the middle-aged woman's chair.

"Have you waited a long time ?" rissa asked as she hugged Mayang.

Realizing that someone else was with her, Carissa greeted him.

Their gazes met and he was now surprised to see the woman who was similarly shocked by him. This situation is very difficult to explain especially Mayang introduce both but their response is rigid like something is wrong. Realizing that Mayang tried to divert the two.

Because Rissa feels very awkward, she can excuse herself if she has other business. His departure attracted the heart of his Mama Duta. He admitted that Carissa had changed and that one thing he had to make sure about the boy he saw in the hospital was his son as the husband had thought.

That afternoon Mayang remembered a book that he did not read, he was curious and took it and opened it. Two faces were clearly printed on the paper that she recognized as her husband and new friend. And one ring wrapped in paper with initials C&D which means Carissa and Ambassador.

The short stories written by Duta were read out by him. Even though he has become his wife, there is still pain that touches his heart. Now he knows why the Ambassador had refused their matchmaking.

In the room, Bram Prasetyo was listening to the story of the wife who this afternoon met the woman who had been with her son. Bram still holds anger towards Carissa since Duta dared to defy her request first. On the other hand, the wife still questioned about the child she had met at the hospital.

Bram rubbed his face with a huff making the woman beside him feel annoyed because there was no response from her husband.

He had to make sure that his guess was wrong. And one thing that Bram now fears.

In another room Mayang and Duta were hugging each other. Mayang felt afraid if indeed she had to give up her husband for another woman, however, he has lived with Duta and certainly he loved him somehow feeling Ambassador towards him even though all this time his attitude was always sweet and honest and loyal to his partner. But still love alone does not make Duta forget his past, Mayang thought.

How not, if indeed the Ambassador has forgotten Carissa whose incidentally his first love in the past is certainly not the item he kept.
