「 Auction 」Part III.

Back to the main story.

Callian is seen currently sitting reading a book while looking at the way Amy arranged her men to transport the herbs in Astel's house, to the inn where they were staying.

After Astel felt there was nothing more he had to help, because Amy could really be very reliable. He immediately approached Callian to report the incident last night to him.

"Looks like you made it." Callian said when Astel came to face him. Because previously, Callian had listened to the talk of people in the city about the magical item that will be auctioned two days later.

Astel nodded his head, as he had indeed managed to register the pills given by Callian for at auction at the auction. However he immediately told Callian the true incident, especially about the deal made with the Appraiser Master.

"But instead he said that if he would not take the pieces for the other two pills, he also craved one of the Marquis' magic ships for him to give us." Astel.

Callian immediately stopped reading, and closed the book he was reading. It immediately frightened Astel, thinking Callian was angry with what he was doing.

"I didn't expect you to have done such a big and reliable thing!. I'll give you a present later!." Callian said with a smile and patted Astel on the shoulder.

Callian is not out of thought, because Astel managed to get what he wanted to get. According to the book he read, the Astille Marquis Family was very strong with their navy as they had dozens of magic ships.

Of course Callian would be happy to exchange for one pill he could make

at any time, with one magic ship belonging to

them. Astel's decision was already very

exactly, because there was no harm also when having a relationship with the Astille Marquis family.

Since his first goal and plan had already been achieved thanks to Astel, now he only needed to do his second plan. To gather mercenaries.

But it turned out that it was not an easy thing, because when Callian accompanied by Astel came to the mercenary camp in the city of Crastille, they were immediately expelled even though Callian had said that he had come to hire them.

Because no one believes the words of a child, and is thought to be playing around, Callian was immediately expelled without even being allowed to enter first. An upset Callian vents it by coming to a place that is not a place for a child to be.

"Young master?!. Why do we come to a place like this?." Ask Astel. Since he had already counted as Callian's subordinate, he followed Amy's way of calling Callian.

Here is a place where the exchange of all information is done, only with money can we buy the information we want. This is called the Informant Association. They not only sell information, but also buy information.

Two days before the auction, Callian wanted to get his affairs in the city as quickly as possible. That's why he came to this place.

"Change this thing with information about the Crelles mercenary group as much as possible." Callian said while giving a bag full of gold coins given by Amy. He hoped that his two pills would be auctioned off immediately at a price sufficient to meet all his needs.

After getting all the information about the group of Crelles mercenaries based in the city of Crastille. Callian and Astel immediately returned to the inn as they had promised that they would not leave for too long.

And since there was nothing Callian could do anymore, he decided to take a break early because he wanted to recover as quickly as possible.

For a whole day, Callian never left his room even when he was eating. Although it makes Amy a little worried, but because she can still communicate with Callian, Amy just thinks that Callian is just tired and wants to rest.

The predetermined day of the auction had arrived, but Callian and Astel seemed as if the two did not care about it, they continued to carry out their daily routines. What will happen, let it happen. So too thought Callian.

"Young sir. Are we going back to the capital in a horse carriage again?." Ask Amy.

The question instantly alerted Callian and Astel to the magic ship they had promised to give them.

"No, we'll use a more comfortable vehicle." The reply.

Amy again nodded her head, before she finally left the inn along with Suisei to buy supplies. After Amy and her sister left, Astel immediately came to Callian.

"Truely, should the ship be?." Astel asked Callian.

Callian still hasn't decided on it either, because if he can, he still wants to hide Astel's identity for his future interests.

"Do you know of a place that people rarely go to. If there's such a place ask them to keep the boat there without anyone, along with the auction money. And give this to the Marquis, tell him that I'm very grateful with his good intentions." Callian.

After returning to the task.

Astel went straight back to his old home, and went back to wearing the clothes he had previously worn when he met the Astille Family Appraiser Master.

On his way to the auction house, he had a chance to cross paths with Amy and her sister Suisei, Suisei consciously knew that the person dressed all in black and wearing the mask, was none other than her brother.

"There are so many strange people passing by in the city today." Said Amy who while putting the meat she wanted to buy into the basket she was carrying.

"Did the servant miss not know?. Tonight it is said that there will be a magical item that will be auctioned at the auction house belonging to the city Lord. All the great nobles in the kingdom always send their men to get the item, it was actually already common when there were precious items to be at auction. But this time it seems like the scale is much larger when compared to the previous one." It was clearly a middle-aged woman who was the owner of this butcher shop.

Back with Astel who had arrived at the auction house, he was immediately greeted by two burly people who guarded the entrance of the auction house. The two burly men only said that the Marquis was waiting for him. Therefore Astel simply walked following them from behind.

Astel was brought into a room, where there was also the presence of an appraiser master, an Alchemist master, and two middle-aged men, one of whom was the Marquis of Astille. Astel knew it immediately because he had met the Marquis in person before.

"Oh, Master Disciple!. As long as we've come, we've been waiting for your arrival." Said the Appraiser Master welcoming Astel's arrival.

Astel was a little uncomfortable with the way he called himself, but there was nothing Astel could do to change the call.

Therefore he only directly joined in sitting together with the four middle-aged men.

"The auction will start tonight, will your Master please come?." Ask the Astille family appraiser Master to Astel.

"I'm sorry, it looks like my Master won't be able to come as well as myself because there are some things we have to do before we leave here. But he directly said that he was very grateful with the Marquis's good intentions, therefore he had prepared a small gift for the Marquis." Astel. He was actually trying to deepen his role as a disciple of the Alchemist Master.

Marquis Astille gasped at the words, and he also saw a small bottle of yellow liquid that had suddenly been removed.

"This is a special medicine made by my Master to suppress your eldest daughter's skin disease." Astel said to the Marquis.

Everyone there was immediately shocked when they heard him, especially the Marquis of Astille. Since his goal was here, none other than to enlist the help of the Alchemist Master to examine and treat the illness suffered by his daughter.

But now he had instantly gotten what he wanted, without even having to ask for it, as if the Alchemist Master had guessed it.

"Ron, please call Yoona here." Said the Marquis who could not control the look on his face.

Astel only knew the real name of the master appraiser of the Astille family, whereas before he thought that he was just one of the characters only because the author did not give a name to him.
