The next day, something Axton was waiting for finally arrived. His footsteps were so fast and excited towards a room. “Please Mr.” said Jack as he opened the door to Axton, where a woman in lab clothes was standing waiting for him.
“How was the result?” Axton asked without making small talk, he sat in a chair there, his sleep became unsettled if it was true that someone had put a poison to Arabella.
The woman opened a map in her hand, she put the map that was open in front of Axton. “The water does contain poison. But what makes me confused is that the content of this poison is not so deadly for Adults, I found there are some harmful components for the fetus in the womb.”
Axton's forehead immediately wrinkled, it felt so there was something strange from the description of the woman. Not everyone knew of Arabella's pregnancy, he didn't even tell anyone from Matthew's extended family, let alone the relatives he had hired yesterday.
