Chapter 7 ~ Thinking of Shanum

Nabil hurriedly pushed Laura's body as the woman was about to put her hand on her neck. In addition to breaking up his relationship with Laura last night, Nabil also realizes that in his room there is Shanum who can be sure to see Laura kissing him. But wait, why is he thinking about Shanum.

“Why the hell, Bil?” asked Laura with annoyance.

“Don't I say last night that our date is over? so why are you here again?” nabil answered in a flat voice.

“But I don't want our date to end. I know you must miss my touch a lot, don't you?” laura said with confidence.

“Quite Laura! How many times have I told you I don't like being in a relationship with anyone. Don't expect more from me.” jolts Nabil without caring Shanum who must have heard it.

Laura was very upset to hear Nabil's screams. Then he accidentally saw a female figure sitting not far from Nabil.

“Who is that woman, Bil?” asked Laura curiously.

“Not your business. You better get out of here and don't come to my office again.” Again Nabil spoke in a flat voice.

Laura just grunted annoyedly. But he did not give up. For him being close to Nabil was already a fortune to him. Because not necessarily most women out there can be near Nabil. Finally he chose to get out of Nabil's room and would look for other ways how to get close to the handsome man again.

“Good. Take good care of yourself. I must have missed you so much.” Pamit Laura with a caring tone.

Laura walked out of Nabil's room while glancing at Shanum who he thought was prettier than her. There is a fear in Laura that Shanum has a special relationship with Nabil.

After Laura left Nabil's room, Shanum resumed his work. Although since then in Nabil's eyes he was still busy with documents in his hands, but believe me that Shanum's heart suddenly hurt when he saw a woman kissing Nabil's lips.

Shanum picked up his phone to see the message coming into his phone that had just sounded his vibration.

“Do not report this incident to Papa!” Nabil's words made Shanum surprised when he was about to take his phone.

“Until I hear Papa scolding me and get a report from you, I don't hesitate to make your life uncomfortable.” And Nabil's sweat again.

“No, Sir. You take it easy. I will not do that.” Shanum replied politely.

Nabil just grunted in annoyance. He immediately walked out of his room and left Shanum alone. Today Nabil's mood was completely messy after Laura's arrival. Though to anyone women who are close to him, Nabil never once snapped at Laura like earlier.usually he simply said it with busy reasons, surely Laura will understand for herself. But for some reason today her heart is not okay.

Shanum works pretty relaxed all day. He was still studying the documents given by his superior earlier, but since the owner of the room did not return, Shanum was able to breathe with relief.

Right after the office arrived, Shanum immediately finished his work. Not to forget he also cleaned Nabil's desk before he came home.

Shanum came out of the CEO's room to cross paths with a man who inhabited the room next to Nabil's. He simply nodded politely without daring to say hello or ask anything.

“Whose name?” ask the man who was twenty-six years old.

“I new assistant Mr. Nabil.” Shanum.

Kevin looked to be frowning. For what his boss must wear an assistant. Especially a beautiful woman like Shanum. Even the room is in the CEO's room. Kevin's bad thoughts about Shanum suddenly appear.

“I am an assistant and cousin of Mr. Nabil. So I was recruited as an assistant while learning about the business.” Shanum continued as if he understood what Kevin was thinking.

Kevin was glad to hear that. If Shanum's a cousin to his superior, then he shouldn't have suspected Shanum.

“Include, I'm Kevin. Secretary Mr. Nabil.” Said Kevin while extending his hand to Shanum.

“Shanum.” Shanum replied, returning Kevin's hand.

After that Shanum and Kevin went down to the ground floor at the same time. Kevin talks a lot with Shanum. While Shanum himself looked ordinary, he also felt relieved to have made new friends. At least he is not lonely if in the office, because Shanum position does not allow to mingle with other employees.

“Where do you live, Num?” ask Kevin after the two reach the lobby.

“Oh, I live near here. Yes already, I am first huh?” pamit Shanum before Kevin asked anything else.

Shanum's coming home in a taxi. Because it is impossible for him to go home with Nabil, while Nabil himself has been going somewhere since.

Just as Shanum was about to head to the stop, it suddenly rained heavily. He ran to make it faster until the stop before his clothes were soaked.

“Just working, already apes like this.” Shanum muttered when he reached a fairly quiet stop when the rain was getting heavy.
