Chapter 2 ~ Enchanted

Barra's decision to make Shanum as Nabil's assistant has been carefully considered. He had also made a deal with Bagas, Shanum's father, regarding all of this. I don't know what the two middle-aged men were planning, but definitely sending Shanum in Nabil's office was the right decision.

The relationship between Barra and Bagas has always been very good. They have worked together between companies. But who would have thought it turned out Bagas was Barra's cousin. Even the two of them knew nothing.

Bagas was the son of Aunt Barra. Nathan, Barra's uncle, married a widow with one child, Bagas. But Bagas did not live with his mother, but lived with his grandmother outside the city. Meanwhile, Shanum is currently on an air journey to the city where he will stay and carry out new duties as an assistant. Shanum seemed very happy after hearing the father's decision to have him live in the same city as Nabil and become the man's personal assistant.

Shanum, who had fallen in love with Nabil at first sight and his cousin, immediately accepted his father's request to work as Nabil's assistant. Shanum doesn't care how Nabil feels about him. Being close enough to that man alone had already made Shanum happy.

Moments later the plane Shanum was traveling with his father landed safely at the airport. He immediately got down and rushed towards the new house that would become his residence later on.

“What Daddy will stay here also a few days?” shanum asked as the two of them had just boarded a taxi.

Shanum just nodded in understanding. He knew enough that his father was a businessman. Of course, important meetings with some of his clients can not be represented just like that on his assistant.

A few minutes later they arrived at a minimalist residence that looked beautiful. The house was not too small, nor was it too big. Moreover, only occupied Shanum alone. So he wasn't too tired to clean it up.

While the house that is right next to him, Nabil's house is larger than Shanum's house. The distance between the two houses was very close. There is no fence that borders it, because it is still in one area. The house also actually belonged to Barra who had no inhabitants for a long time, but was still diligently cleaned.

Lazily Nabil stepped his foot into the house, while his own father had gone somewhere. Nabil decided to take a shower first.
