Taehyung could only shut up while looking at Haruka who started her work again. It is very difficult to make Haruka aware and no longer bothers Megumi.

This time Taehyung's mind became indecisive because it remembered Haruka's words.

Megumi is not wrong, Haruka hates her because of Megumi's father's mistake. Likewise, Taehyung can be stuck in this city because of his father's work. Could something happen to Haruka after her father's death.

Taehyung's eyes began to be aghast, he decided to return to Haruka's workplace.

"Sumimasen (excuse me), can I meet Haruka?" Taehyung said to one of the employees because Taehyung no longer found Haruka.

"Sorry, Haruka's done the shift. He's just a part-time worker here." Reply to one of the servants at the bakery kindly.

"Haruka is very diligent at work, she even wants a full shift job. Of course it would be against the rules because he is still a teenager." Say one of the middle-aged women who might be the bakery owner.

"Haruka's still in school?" Taehyung muttered softly but the bakery owner could hear him.

Taehyung's premonition was right, something must have happened to Haruka after her father's death. Haruka hates Megumi.

"Sumimasen (excuse me), may I request Haruka's home address?"

It flashed through Taehyung's mind to ask Haruka's home address to be able to meet her and not interfere with her work.

His home address is not far from Megumi's home address. Taehyung also recalled that time Haruka once doused Megumi around this road. Taehyung manages to find Haruka's house, but all the lights go out and the small house looks completely unkempt. He decided to wait for Haruka a few more minutes even though many mosquitoes were biting him.

It's been almost an hour Taehyung waited and Haruka never came. The air is getting colder Taehyung can freeze to death if lingering outside. Finally he decided to go home.

A very familiar voice sounded in Taehyung's ears. He looked back and saw Megumi smiling at him.

Megumi said once more and ran over to Taehyung. But her foot stumbled over a rock and Megumi almost fell down.

Taehyung manages to catch her and hugs Megumi's body to avoid falling over.

Their eyes looked at each other. Taehyung's chest was pounding, this was his first time with Megumi close after a long time without each other.

"Gomenne (sorry)." Taehyung said nervously and helped Megumi to stand up.

"Iie desu (no), I have to thank you for helping me."

Megumi confirmed her bag despite the nervous feeling. He also tried to be normal to Taehyung.

"What's your house around here? But I just saw you here for the first time." Megumi asked Taehyung to relieve her nervousness.

Taehyung's smile began to fade, he seemed to forget that Megumi had really not remembered her house. His memories with Megumi while making sushi inari seemed to disappear everything.

"No, I just want to go to my friend's house. But it doesn't seem to be home." Taehyung replied and held back the disappointment in his heart.

"If I tell you my name, will you remember it?"

Remembering Megumi's shared memories of this flower makes Taehyung not willing to throw it away. And this flower also makes Taehyung first able to meet Megumi.

"Goodbye..."

Taehyung's tears trickled down along with the flowers that were wasted in the trash. He then returned to tidy up the scattered land.

"What's this?"

Taehyung saw a small bud left behind the ground. Whether the flower that has withered earlier still leaves a sprout, which will later bud it will become a new plant.

Taehyung wiped away his tears, he then soaked back the buds from the withered flower and rushed in search of water to water it. As the night air grew colder Taehyung ignored, he took the water in the pond with both hands because he did not find any container.
