The Ruler Number headquarters.
Wein is currently thinking about carrying out his next plan.
Next to Wein there was Number Fourth who was thinking also in determining the item they were going to look for next.
Currently Ruler Number is eyeing the Seven Items that can hold the Three Protectors of the World, it is done to realize their plan of changing the world as they want.

This item was an item that was snatched from the Kingdom of Dandelion.
The third item, which was an item in the form of a great sword that had the power to weaken something that had dragon elements, the name of this item was Dragon Slayer Sword Gram.
The fourth item, which is a chain-shaped one that has the power to bind its target and the target affected by the bond the ability of its own will be weakened, the name of the item is Andromeda Chain. This item was an item that was snatched from a kingdom by Wein but the Kingdom was still mysterious in name.
Wein thought about the plan they were going to do next.

The item is currently in the Rose Kingdom which is currently clearly already tightening its security because it has been several times exposed to chaos from Ruler Number which will make Wein's plan difficult to implemented.
