The Gambling Bet

        Adrian's hand was still clutching Alya's hand tightly. Adrian's gaze could not be separated from Alya's pale face, although love had not grown in Adrian's heart, but the feeling of wanting to protect the mother from her child was so strong. Adrian believes that Alya is a good person, he remembers Bayu saying it is unlikely that a pregnant person will deliberately sell himself.

             "I'm sorry, wake up our son needs you." Adrian lirih.

             Still in the same state no change. Adrian's phone rings. Adrian slowly got up from his seat to receive the incoming call.

            "Yes, tell me what news is jo.?" Adrian said curiously.

            "Boss, did the boss already know that Puspa and Alya are boss brothers, they can be called brothers and sisters." Jonathan said across the phone.

              "What.?" You sure what you said.?" Keep going, do you know where they live.?" Adrian said back.

             "Not yet, boss but still under investigation." 

             "Iiihhh.., you are a habit, if you love the news is true and complete, I told you not to give the news a piece.!" Adrian replied annoyed with Jonathan's words.

              "Good boss." 

            The call was cut off. Adrian rubbed his face rough. He recalled the words of Puspa at that time. If it is true that they are brothers, it means that they still have a family, especially mothers and fathers. But why Alya who became a victim of gambling betting his father. Adrian's mind was full of questions. Curiosity about Alya's life now tickled her heart.

           "Hi..., bro how has there been any development.?" Sayu who was standing next to Adrian.

          Adrian's daydreams instantly crumpled. He who looked serious was thinking now surprised by Bayu's presence.

           "You're Bay's habit, you always surprise me." Adrian grunts annoyed.

            "You're surprised.?" Something more surprising.?" Maybe you won't believe what news I brought today.?" Sayu seriously.

            "What.?" Just watch if it doesn't matter.?" Adrian looked at Bayu.

             "You remember.?" On the night of the party Sudirja held that night and you disappeared. Then you said it was like someone put in a stimulant.?"  

          Adrian frowned. Trying to recall what happened that night. It was true that after he had drunk what the servant had given him that night he was drunk, and his lust was so tempestuous that it was no longer restrained.

              "Yes, what's up.?"

            Bayu shows Adrian a pre-copied cctv tape. There is a beautiful woman giving drinks to the waiter and the beautiful woman tells him to give to Adrian. Adrian's eyebrows interlocked after several times in the image zoom of the beautiful woman.

                "Claras…?" Adrian.

                " Why did he come to the party. Isn't he abroad .?" 

                 "Yes he, the reason you made a tadpole with Alya back then. If it wasn't her there wouldn't be a baby in there.!" Sayu as her hands point towards the treatment room.

                "Where did you get this tape from.?" Ask Adrian.

           Bayu told me all he came to the ballroom building. With on behalf of the big name Dharmawangsa Bayu managed to persuade the cctv space control part . Thanks to the cctv recording Bayu can pull the red thread that is now wrapped around his cousin.

            Adrian was silent for a moment. He admired Bayu's intelligence. Now his mind is shifting with the goal of Clara . Why did Clara suddenly appear after the incident five years ago she disappeared during the engagement day that night. At the time, Adrian was very frustrated.

              "What do we do now, bro.?" Ask Bayu.

             "Just leave it Bay, I want to know what he wants. Because there's something more important than this, which I want to discuss with you." 

            "What's.?

            "It's about Alya and Puspa. They are brothers." Adrian.

           "What.?" You're sure , how do you know they're brothers, and whose mother and little girl Alya's company are you.?" Ask Bayu

           "Sir Alya, how did you wake up so long.?" Ask Rani.

           "We just pray Alya quickly wake up, right.?" Answer lastri's mother.

           Those who were sitting waiting in the waiting room of the patient, clearly seen the look of the face of sadness.

                Adrian who was sitting in the room, his mind was agitated looking at Alya's face. Adrian's mind raged thinking of Alya who was not aware and plus the shocking news about Puspa and Alya who turned out to be brothers.

              "Mother…" 

         Slowly Alya opened her eyes.  

          Adrian heard a voice. Instantly got up and approached Alya in the bed of the patient. Sure enough he found Alya slowly opening his eyes and repeatedly opening his eyes. Adrian immediately pressed the button that was not far from the bed. Because of the long wait there was no response Adrian rushed out looking for help.

              "Bay, please call doctor Alya siuman." Said Adrian standing behind the door of Alya's room.

             "Bu Alya's brother is conscious." Rani.

             "Alhamdulillah." Say mother Lastri and Rani simultaneously. 

             Soon Lastri and Rani's mother headed for the room. Where Adrian was standing at the side of Alya's bed.

               Soon the doctor came with Bayu. The doctor also checked on Alya. He checked from opening his eyes and mouth. Long enough the doctor checked Alya's condition.

            Until the doctor took a deep breath, and exhaled slowly.

              "Thank God, sir, your wife has passed her critical period. But remember , keep the mindset not to be depressed, and for now do not move much first, you know that caesarean section and surgery on the head can be fatal if it hits and a lot of motion." The doctor told Adrian.

            Alya who is not fully aware can clearly capture the words of the doctor. His hand was moving towards the stomach. And suddenly he was surprised to find his stomach that had been distended now turned flat.

            "Wife,?" Since when did I become the wife of this master takur."?" Alya muttered in heart.

           "My baby, where's my baby.?" Ask Alya lirih .

           "He's sleeping, son. That's ..you see." Said Lastri's mother as her hands pointed towards the corner of the room.

             "That's my son. I want to see it." Alya.

           Adrian who was talking with the doctor turned his eyes towards Alya. He knew what Alya wanted.

             "Doctor, can his baby be brought closer to his mother. Looks like her mother really wants her baby.?"  Adrian said in the middle of the conversation.

             "Why not.?" It would be better sir, the relationship of the child and the mother can not be separated, especially if it is out of the house." The doctor smiled.

                Deghs.

           It was like a big stone the doctor said just now. A feeling of tightness in his chest now enveloped his mind. How could he possibly separate Alya and her son. If only the source of the life of the baby was in his mother. Adrian slowly approached the box with the tiny baby. And he walked over to Alya. Alya who saw the scene was very surprised to see Adrian did not reject the presence of the baby instead he held the baby and handed it to Alya.

             "The baby's a boy." Adrian said, handing over the tiny baby.

            Alya received the baby, she was deeply moved and shed her tears. Alya's gaze now turned to the baby in her carrier. And, he was even more surprised to find his son's face was similar to the man standing beside him. Like a word like a betel in two. Alya's heart was very sliced by the events of that night, now presenting a new life, with the presence of a baby boy in his arms.
